You can check all the information of a contact, track all the previous calls and mails activity or their current status. Very easy to use and check all the information
For my personal use if have put teh task for something so i need a place where i can check all the tasks that i have created, or how many i have completed already. Basically i can segregate them according to the dates or activity, In contacts options as well if we do have other activity options to segregate the leads for more detailing.
Helping in taking proper follow-up, plus you can track which source is working good for you, Easy to track down your reports what you have done or how many leads you have received Its very easy to use for executive level people as well as managerial level, You have the records of everything.
all is custom according to what you need and the updates fits the feedback sent
when ever there is a something that cant be done , you have to find loopholes to get it
facilitated my company sales and service workflow
Advantages: Easy to setup integrates with Gmail, Salesloft, etc easy to use deals page makes life simple and helps keep track email sequences and snippets are a life saver
i think conversation and tickets can be improved- bad UI on that side please allow call recording and saving- it would change the game customized sequences are not available more AI and insights from HS would be appreciated
Makes collaboration with a global sales team possible. Easy to track, organize and track sales activity across email, calls, meetings, etc. Overview of the pipeline really makes life easy.
In hubspot you can manually update everything data you put in and also you can also correct it on your own if any thing missed or wrong. Competitors might have automatic save or you don't have to put manually but I like the way hubspot is manual.
Sometimes it lags but other than that it has everything easy to use. You can remove the bug although it is great. This could be better if it has automated filter like 90days old lead something like that.
It solve lot of my time I dont need to write it done on paper it has every feature that will remind me if I will open the lead after . Days and contains every data I put before.
That you can basically in agreement with anything or any software
Too many not using it and not using all features
Customer contact
Using Sequences in HupSpot allows our team to easily reach out to prospects with the necessary emails and phone calls. Creating a sequence from templates is easy. The Analytics for Squences is useful in seeing the overall opens, clicks and replies.
The error report under Enrollments was difficult to find and not that helpful - the number of Unsubscribed or Bounced. There needs to be a report to provide the number of people who were not interested, no longer work there, or not the right person. this information is collected on the Contact's record in the Reason Unqualified field.
Using Squences allows us to capture information about our engagement with prospects. It provides us with the structure and organization to maintain our outreach with prospects.
Deals, CRM to organize customer and prospect data, Templates, Snippets,
Some features are available to Marketing or Service plans only :(
Use of Templates made my sales team become more efficient with our sales communications- especially the routine email messages.
It combines the functionality of Wordpress, Mail Chimp, and SEO tools like Word Tracker under one roof. If you don't know anything about web development or design and prefer having everything under one roof in a simple drag-and-drop format for creating landing pages and email templates, Hubspot is probably a good fit for you. I've integrated it with our Salesforce instance so that salespeople can enroll leads and contacts in drip campaigns and receive intelligence (website visits, form fills, downloads, and so on) directly in their Salesforce view, love it!!
NOTHING! For real tho! HubSpot offers everything I could ask for and more! Wish there was a way to pin multiple notes at once. Wish that notes written in tasks could be searchable in CRM searchbar. Regular notes are searchable but not tasks. Search function in conversations should be more accurate, often times it pulls irrelevant data/name/phrase.
It combines analytics, a contact database and email service, a content management system, and SEO tools into a single package. The advantage of combining all of these elements with the Content Optimization System is that you can deliver personalized, contextualized content to all of your contacts via a variety of channels. Can customize just about anything. All the naming mechanisms are custom and very quick to update. I had weekly meetings with a Hubspot rep that helped me figure out how to navigate the system. I'd tell them to wish list items, and they'd tell me how to accomplish this. This came with our subscription. They also have a training video or article for just about anything you would want to do in the system. Custom quotes are awesome. I was able to fully customize this with our branding elements, and there's a service, like DocuSign, you can use for digital signing. Essentially, you just need to put in a company website, and the system will automatically fill out all the prospect information (city/state/logo). Sequences - you can set prospects up for an email campaign. Once they reply, they're automatically taken out of the campaign. You are able to set all of your emails up ahead of time for specific dates / times. Ability to tag people in your notes. I am able to tag my boss in notes and he gets an email about it You can get granular with workflows. Example: if they're in x sales stage, all prospects will get an email on x day. Or 'active prospect last contact was more than 30 days ago,' a task will automatically be created. - I have the ability to set all of this up. The calendar booking is a neat feature - I don't currently use it though. Mass upload of contacts was really easy. You just need an excel sheet. Every email is tracked unless you choose otherwise. I get a notification every time someone opens my email if they click on links or open attachments. It's nice to use this even internally.
The tracking capabilities and automation. We can pretty much do everything the our sales and marketing organization needs on Hubspot.
There could be better texting integration capabilities and there are some minor features missing, but nothing is a major dealbreaker.
CRM, tracking customer conversations/engagement data, automated engagement via drip marketing, task assignment, etc. It does everything!
I love that make your work easier by giving they give you the possibility of carrying out the necessary integrations to achieve better results and they also advise you and train you at HubSpot academy.
Nothing really bothers me so far, because any questions or problems I have you always solve quickly and efficiently.
You provide the tools to keep track of your potential customers, from the moment they enter your website, during the purchase process, to later help achieve customer loyalty, and solve the problem of having all customer information in one place
I love how each and every morning I come into the office and immediately I know what outreach tasks I need to complete. HubSpot helps keep me organized and working efficiently.
So far the only thing that I have found to be tough is that if I need to change a sequence, I have to unenroll all contacts in that sequence for the changes to take effect.
It's keeping us in line with the level of outreach we need to be successful. HubSpot is also helping us close a communication gap between our business development team and our sales team by recording all outreach to contacts
I love all the aspects of Hubspot that I've used so far. Using the Deals section to keep track of Sales is easy when I can assign tasks for myself not to forget. Using the Templates section is my favorite part, as I can customize and personalize my email templates to keep my emails nice and organized for my clients.
The only downside I've noticed is not being able to set up client payments to accept multiple deposits/payments over time. I can only take one payment from a client and manually set up the next payment. But this is easily overlooked, so I'm satisfied with my experience overall.
I haven't noticed any specific problems that have been solved, as I'm still relatively new to the software this year. But I haven't experienced anything that urgently needed solving.
How simple it is to use! The platform is self-explanatory even if you haven't done the Hubspot training (which I highly recommend).
I wish there were a way to get LinkedIn statistics automatically synced. That can be a bit of a tedious process as it stands right now.
An efficient way to contact all my leads and stay organized so as to have the most productive sales process possible!
HubSpot Sales Hub helped me build a strong pipeline and is now helping our business a lot as we're able to turn those leads into customers. I really love the feature where the app reminds me with my appointments for the day, it helps me organize my day ahead of time. Kudos and well-done, team! I highly recommend HubSpot Sales Hub for businesses out there.
All good. All features are really helpful. I'm just looking forward to more exciting features in the future. It just freeze sometimes tho, I think that only happens when you guys have a system update.
Before, I used to miss some of my appointments, but now with HubSpot Sales Hub, it already has a setted reminder and there's an option for you to set how frequent you want to get notified.
I like that the sequences are helpful enough to speak to potential customers and that, overall there are different ways to update deals, contacts, and notes.
I don't like that we cannot populate easily a list of contacts by just entering their names on the search bar in the contacts section. Maybe new filters can be added to include both first and last name rather than just first name or last name filters.
The problems that Sales Hub is solving is the ability to communicate quicker and know who is interacting with us the most.
Hubspot integrations, lead-capturing, and reporting data are beneficial in growing our database, driving sales, and making effective business decisions. Having used the software for several years, I've been impressed with how the software has developed. We use hosting for our blog and automated marketing e-mails for our form responses, and I'm using Hubspot academy often. Not only to learn about the software but also how to become a better sales manager.
We have several teams at the office, from developers to ads, digital coordinators, and account managers. I have found that I sometimes struggle with the calling tool. The audio quality does let me down sometimes, but several factors may be involved.
I initially struggled with call scripts and lifecycle stages, but I have overcome this by using the call recording feature and learning from the articles and communities about customer journeys. I feel more comfortable delivering our solution to customers and managing the complete sales cycle.
Connections with other apps, integrations, sales info
Not easy to navigate without experience in Sales softwares
Easy to connect with other apps, easy to filter accounts and leads
Hubspot is easy to use and navigate. I think that is my favorite part about using it.
The only thing I wish I could understand better is how to use the reports section.
Tracking and tracing
Hubspot allows you to build custom templates, sequences, and reports to learn what works best. Their support is generally very helpful and they integrate with a number of other sales tools.
It is easy to let the data get a little out of control (duplicate companies for example) and difficult to clean it up.
Hubspot keeps everything in order so that our outreach is organized
Easy to use. User friendly. Easy to explore.
Sometimes bugs, lagging, sudden automations.
Can help connecting with clients and other businesses to expand their reach and resources.
