I like how easy and fast it is to contact my customers, including instant messaging that allows me to easily connect with them

Staying on track on activities associated with each contact helps the sales team to be organized & efficient
The UI is straightforward to navigate and use. Linking accounts such as email and calendars is very simple. Creating lists of prospects, closed deals, and adding filters helps me stay organized.
Hubspot's email tracking can sometimes be inaccurate. Creating different views can sometimes be complex. The site slows down at times and lags. Task notifications should be more apparent.
It helps me keep track of email opens and clicks. I am also able to see how long prospects view files in Hubspot. Scheduling meetings. Creating sequences and follow ups

I would say something I dislike would be changing email sequences their should be a way to edit sequences from the contact page itself and not have to go to the sequence tab to be able to modify it
It helps me enroll my ICP into sequences that have a multi-level steps such being able to call the person then the day after add them on linkedin and so on. makes it easy for me to warm up contacts.
It's simple to become a HubSpot Sales user. It doesn't take weeks to learn to use the CRM, it gives you all the tools you need to be a successful salesperson and reach your potential customer base.
Sometimes I feel that HubSpot Sales Hub lacks the advanced features that I am looking for in a CRM. It's difficult to customize deep sequences and run advanced reports.
Hubspot acts as my sales task scheduler and reminder. I integrate the tools in hubspot with my calendar and it keeps me organized and on track. Without Hubspot I'm not sure I would be able to keep track of all the activities I do.

I like how it give you all options of CRM. You can track deal sizes, Communications. On top of that they have extensions that will help keep the conversation going.
The fact that It's not that easy to customize. Let's say you want to a custom website with your own style and Branding it's quite hard to do. But the sales hub has no problem.
Instead of tracking client conversations manually, hub spot helps me keep record easily. Also instead of using too many tools to achieve the task of communication. Hubspot has it all.
It's easy to use once you get the hang of it and it really helps to give you a quick overview of where you are in the sales month and which clients to prioritise.
Wish the speed were a bit faster, not sure if it's my internet connection but my home wifi is pretty fast so maybe the loading time of pages could be better?
Organising leads, finding leads contact details and helping me to prioritise which leads needs following up. Definitely more productive and confident about tackling projects and targets because of it.
I love how I can utilize this tool to create forecasting and track the progress toward achieving internal goals for our sales team. It also helps us navigate which deals need to be pushed along if anything has been stagnant, and reconnect the deal to progress it forward. Additionally, tracking turnaround times on tickets has helped us improve our CSAT and help determine how many people we need based on our flow of services.
I wish that the cost could be a little nicer when adding more paid seats to the sales hub, it's a bit high in my opinion and as a growing company, we want to be mindful of where our dollars are being spent. Additionally, I think that if they had more permission settings to determine who and what kind of details users are allowed to interact with (for example, some reports are ok to download, but we wouldn't want people exporting contacts), I'd love to be able to give some users those permissions.
Tracking our goal progression has been solved pretty nicely especially in conjunction with the reports page where we can see how close we are to achieving monthly and quarterly goals. Additionally it helps us to manage how we market to our contacts and when/if we should market to them.

It's been really great at connecting appropriate teams on client work (Marketing, Client Success, Sales, Finance).
Many integrations or customizations have limitations that aren't very obvious upfront. You may spend time working towards a new solution or workflow only to find out it will not be able to perform the way you need it to.
We had a hard time ensuring our last CRM was working for each team that needed to use it. With HubSpot Sales Hub, we've been able to have all the appropriate temas integrate it into their work, which has helped us be more productive and efficient.
HubSpot is very helpful to me and to the company I worked for, it's because we can easily reach out to our prospects and clients easily and we can easily track our Sales Pipeline.
So far, I don't have any negative thought on HubSpot, I really like it cause it's really helpful to us.
