HubSpot has freed-ed up so much time when working in a CRM. I used to use an outdated, slow platform, but now I have so much more free time to do my actual job!
As far as what I can see, there really isn't much room for improvement.
Sending email's faster, keeping track of my deals easier and having a great look at what is actually happening.
WORKFLOW AUTOMATION AND ALL THE PAGE ACTIONS
PRICE POINT IS TO HIGH, I THINK PRICE SHOULD GO DOWN
PROSPECT O DEAL TRACKING
Easy and understanble. It is very much user friendly no need for long training to learn and underdstand how to use and navgate.
I like everything and there is nothing to dislike.
Easier to track and make notes unlike other platforms. No confusions because you can tag the leads as you start working on it.
I like how HubSpot holds all the interactions with the customer on one page. You can quickly view emails, calls, tasks from the customer page. All employees within our company are aligned as to the info and what stage the customer is at.
I took a while to get used to HubSpot. I wouldn't say it isn't easy to use, but you have to spend time getting to know the features within this platform. I imagine less techie people struggling here.
Here are the problems that we are trying to solve: - customer relationship management - customer data management - internal employee alignment (in terms of the customer)
Hubspot enables a growing company to get into a quality sales tool without breaking the bank. The free version has all the tools needed for a small sales team that is ramping up to grow into paid services without any upfront costs.
The one thing I found frustrating was the lack of partners that support HubSpot.
We have an old, outdated database and not a large budget to get into a more modern CRM that provides the tools that a sales team needs. We were able to migrate our data to HubSpot easily. HubSpot was ready for my sales team to use! Later we added the paid subscription that gave us access to some great tools, dialing, email sequencing, and inbound lead generation to mention only a few.
Accessing the data is extremely easy. Being able to deep dive into each customer action, when it happened, for how long, etc. makes it easier than ever to sell when they want it.
Enterprise can be a bit pricey (thousands per month) but if your organization is big enough k justify it then it doesn't matter. Training can take a while so prepare ahead of time.
Marketing and sales automation. Email tracking and notifications have helped marketing work smarter and bring in better leads for sales. Email templates are great too.
A super easy and seamless way to get the most out of your services.
No complaints. Just trying to filter out the calls that are not leads vs the ones that are.
Following up with leads and making sure we are reminding them of our services. The ease of setting everything up and forgetting about it until you receive an email of interest.
Basically, everything about HubSpot: the best thing for me is the reminder and the fact it separates your tasks day by day.
It was a bit hard for me at the beginning to find the features it offers in the menu.
I am a lot more organized. There is no way to forget to do a particular task.
It has a very user-friendly interface and almost all the valuable features a sales rep would need. The workflow and sequence creating features are great and very much helpful.
Few features are not visible to the Marketing Hub users, such as sequences created by the SalesHub user. Also, the Marketing Hub user doesn't have access to the meeting links of SalesHub users.
It integrates with a few required third-party applications very quickly and, of course, sales activities. It has been helping out in streamlining the complete sales process and procedure. The workflow and sequence creating features are great and very much helpful.
I can track team's funnel and the time required for closure as per the stage of the deal
Downloading format in Excel could be customised further
One place to track the whole team's funnel
It is simple to set up workflows, tags and the pipeline for sales.
At the beginning I was thinking that the tool was not the best for scaleups, but later I understood that in terms of price-value is the best in the market
Set up the pipeline workflows automations emails landings
The feature where i can cosolidate sales and track every leads
sometimes leads has been routed to different bucket auto email has been sent..
faster email sms sent/easier communication
HubSpot is super easy to learn because they provide you with incredible support and HubSpot Academy. They have gone above and beyond with their platform and are constantly making updates to improve.
Not all of the support people I have chatted with are knowledgeable about what I am asking. I have had some tell me I can do something that wasn't actually possible. I have also had someone tell me I couldn't do something that was possible.
HubSpot keeps us organized and on top of all of our sales staff. It makes it easy for us to pull the information we need, create reports, and marketing to our clients and potential clients.
I love the ease of adding properties and filters to sort and organize projects. The reports to see progress- it all is very user-friendly. Way better than others! We only ran into issues when trying to code in a macro- tried CSS and HTML, but then another person on my team was able to find a plugin for Google Chrome that worked with Hubspot.
I think the CS team was just as confused as I was about the coding issue and they only offered the same help pages I already tried to troubleshoot with. Would have been helpful to have an engineer to connect to in those situations. Similar to Wordpress- when there is a coding issue they connect you to a developer. Perhaps at least having the CS member respond with the plugin option would have been helpful! Still got it sorted in the end.
We are sorting huge OB call projects within HubSpot and the benefits of actual sorting/keeping each round separated with values/properties/filters has been a godsend. We are hoping to connect the system to Kustomer (CRM) and learn to better integrate all of the systems we use to pull real-time data from other platforms as necessary.
Everything i need to effectively communicate with our customers is in one place. The customization of what is important to us to view about our customers helps get all the information we need in one place .
Not sure if its possible but when a lead opts out but then decides to send in another request can we opt them back in so I can send emails in HubSpot since they requested to speak to us again
not to sure of the full extent
Such a diverse product allows for great CRM and communication between the team
There are sometimes a few issues with the site crashing but this is common for anything like this and is quickly resolved
It allows us to know what's going on with every merchant that we are workng with. making it easier to to pick up from where someone left off. increases efficiency
task are more helpful, help me remember the most important tasks planned for today, besides, the transparency of the platform
a very convenient option for me would be if the tasks that I have scheduled at a given time would pop up as a notification on the main screen of the platform
za krótko pracuje na tej platfomie żebym miał wyrobione zdanie na ten temat, platforma pomaga mi w sprzedaży - to wszystko ;]
Hubspot CRM is super intuitive to use and has all the necessary functions and integrations for efficient operations. Getting started on day one until now on Hubspot has made it easy to keep track of who I've been in contact with and how the conversations go.
Getting the automated workflows to work properly in Hubspot has been a challenge, and in addition, I wish I could view some of the reports without having to pay for Hubspot
The largest problem that was solved with Hubspot was having simple integrations with other applications like Slack that has made our sales operations a lot more efficient.
I really appreciate Hubspot's user-friendliness compared to SalesForce. It's much easier to create reports, workflows, dashboards, etc. Everything about it is intuitive, even for those who are a bit low-tech like me!
A big downfall is that we're unable to see how many users are using features, like snippets, for example. Because you can't have more than one snippet with the same name, it can be frustrating to ask the entire company whether or not they still use an old snippet to determine whether or not we can delete it and take the name.
We're able to track the performance of each Sales Rep, learning about what kind of deals/customers make up our ICP, book meetings, and keep track of tasks.
What I like best is the simple and ease of use. Additionally it has allowed me as the national sales director to add permissions and integrate to our sales team.
One of the challenges was how to integrate multiple users and divvy up the permissions. Additionally I had to search for plug-ins for expense solutions which I had to use an outside vendor.
Customer information control, email tracking, marketing material distribution, deal tracking. As we grow as an organization I am able to see deals progress make changes as necessary.
