It has single-handedly scaled outbound at my company. We have used it for campaigns.
What I like most about Lemlist is its user-friendly interface, its many features, including the new B2B database and the possibility of creating 5 email addresses to continue prospecting. It was very simple to implemente The conditions steps in the campaign are very helpful. When I have a question, the customer support is very quick. I use it every day

The main problem for my campaigns is that I don't always have email adresses to contact my leads. You can however use the conditionnals steps to contact them by Linkedin or call them. And all in the same campaign. Lemlist offers also the possibility to enrich your leads and test the email adresses before the review. It helps me a lot to decrease my bounce rate.
Lemlist has a great concept for modern-day marketing combining email, with LinkedIn touches, LinkedIn messaging, and cold calling. Based on my selling experience, their selling philosophy is spot on for the current sales environment we are facing as sales professionals. They also appear to be constantly upping their game with new innovations that will only enhance your selling efforts into the future.
Although they offer a wealth of excellent documentation, the interface can be a little difficult to understand sometimes. Parts of it could be more intuitive but for the most part, it can be figured out and as I said, their help documentation plus Slack support more than make up for it.
They are giving me a platform and methodology to generate sales leads and sales appointments. This benefits me directly by allowing me to grow my business.
From the start, Lemlist always focused a lot on the quality of the emails instead of the quantity. While most tools advertise that you can send thousands of emails daily, Lemlist is much more focused on quality. I'm sending only a few hundred emails MONTHLY, and it works much better than thousands of other tools. Definitely recommend!
Nothing (not anymore). I used to dislike having to buy a separate account for more inboxes, but Lemlist just fixed it by allowing up to 15 inboxes on the plan. No extra charge, even on Lemwarm! I really like the tool now.
I can do cold outreach on both LinkedIn and Email with great success. The tutorials and resources they provide are handy.
Its use of AI and organisation to perfect sales sequences is second to none, the AI is very good at creating effective and bespoke campaigns, and it is easy to get an overview of your team's performance, what's working and how to streamline your sequences to be the best they can be.
It can take some getting used to when having to organise contacts to go in with the right data to have a smooth camping without too much manual intervention.

The support team, from the start were great. As a non-techy, they would handhold you through everything. Outside of that, the deliverability is great.
Iv not found I get as much value out of the LinkedIn connection feature and for the cost, I don't normally recommend it to my clients or use it myself.
Email at scale. I use it for events, lobbying, client acquisition and am about to use it for hammering public orgs with follow ups!
