Lemlist not only provides a fantastic set of tools to help you easily scale your outbound activities but also ensures that all tools are easily implemented, thanks to the excellent explainer videos included in the onboarding flow. Beyond the software, Lemlist shares tons of valuable information on improving your outreach. For me, the cherry on top is the customer support, which is extremely fast and helpful. I strongly feel they practice what they preach.
So far, I've had a smooth experience using Lemlist without any significant issues. However, there are two features I'd like to see introduced: - The ability to use snippets in LinkedIn messages. - An easier method to add lead-specific links to campaigns in bulk, perhaps through CSV upload or a similar function.

Lemlist is supe easy to use and very effective. With my campaign I usually reach 15 to 20% reply rate. Also, from the beginning I really like all the tips that were avaialable online and on YouTube. The customer support is really great, too. Each time I've communicated with them they were fast to respond and VERY friendly.
There is nothing I dislike. I would suggest another improvement though when uing the multichannel option. I think it would be great to be able to have a timer based on hours or min and not days to send an invite after seeing the lead's profile.
It helps reaching out new leads in an automatized way. Plus, I can monitor my results.
Lemlist helps you connect and contact with your ideal audience through cold e-mailing and linkedIn messages. While lots of tools are capable of doing that, Lemlist is simply better. Easy to use, clean, and robust. I use it on a daily basis for my clients.
The only downside is the limited amount of e-mails you can connect to one seat of paid plan. Which makes using multiple addresses quickly extremely costly. But I know they are working on changing this. So the future seems bright!

I love that it manages my email campaings for me and that I have total control over every aspect of my email campaigns. Not only that but they also warm up my emails as an included value.
I wish that they had phone support including screenshare although the support live chat team is is very good and responsive.

Not much, except perhaps the integration of personalized voice notes and the fact that you can do both file integration and linkedin in a single campaign.
