It's basic to understand and simplified. Fast support
Quite expensive, and one of the main features doesn't work if you use laptop only with no mouse.
Cold emailing i suppose. They need to allow time of day scheduling for non mouse users.
I love the User Interface and the simplicity of the software. I also love the way they display the status of your sequences and the very many built-in functions to make them more engaging.
I dislike their pricing model. It seems like they have a few great products, like Lemwarm, that works brilliantly with the other tools, but they charge a lot for them. Another thing I'd like to see on Lemlist is their own lead generation tool, their own database like in Apollo.
The software helped me create meaningful interactions with potential clients. They also have a lot of resources in their help center, and the courses the CEO gives help you understand how to develop better sales relationships.
Integration with Dropcontact and Hubspot Marketing is super helpful. The platform is fast and not glitchy. Also very easy to navigate.
It is incredibly inconvenient that I cannot change the email address of a contact once it is uploaded into the Lemlist system. Having to delete and re-add is very time-consuming and frustrating.
We are sending a large volume of sales emails through Lemlist. We appreciate all of the tips not to have our domain blocked.
The setup for Lemlist is simple, and for things that are more complex -- they walk you through the process. We utilize Lemlist in conjunction with Hubspot to manage our email outreach to new leads.
There is a lack of complex automations. While you can create a sequence and migrate contacts through an email flow, the tool is missing features that allow you to use "if this, then that" logic. This makes it a little more tricky to build out complex flows that shuttle contacts into different lists and other sequences based on actions they take (or don't take).
While Hubspot has an integrated marketing tool that does, essentially, the same thing -- we have found that our responses on lemlist are better. This has helped us get to a better level of personalization at a fraction of the cost of using the Hubspot service.
It has been helping me with the creation of informative pages and landing pages with a fairly high visual appeal which is perfect to increase my sales since the first thing people see are the graphics, so for me it is necessary that my websites are of high visual impact, it also allows me to make a large number of customizations which is simply perfect, their customer service is quite fast when it comes to solving any problem or clarifying any doubt which is quite useful for me.
Are there really any? In my case I have not gotten any and to be honest I doubt that it exists

Very intuitive tool with multiple functionalities to automate sales efficiency. Lead section is very nice to help you find new ICPs quickly.
Nothing so far - however it would be nice if customized buyer enablement (deal) pages become part of the product at some point instead of just the calendar

my account got banned by google within a month - lemlist could proactively monitor the performance and limit the number of emails or something else. that could prevent email reputation from getting damaged.

Lemlist lets you automate your emails and send them out withouht being presnt. Gives us very goo insights.
Their money back policy - having a dispute with them as they say I did not cancel on time - though I had not used the product in months. Their interface can be difficult to navigate at times.
They added Linkedin outreach and are with one stop automation - can bring costs down and make it one-stop shop. Gives me a central hub to see where multiple channels of outreach are.
Lemlist is a great tool for your email marketing campaigns as it has a very friendly interface. The review before sending option is great for people who would like to add a super special personalization to their message.
Lemlist is not the tool for mass outreach using cold email and it only allows you to add one email inbox at a time which is very expensive compared to its competetors like snov.io.Lemlist does not have a trigger option and the followup sequence only has a delay option.
It is solving the problem of reaching out to multiple people using email using a simple tool. It is also automating the process of email follow-up. It isn't benefiting me much.
