Lever categorizes department, hiring manager, pay range, and descriptions very well, and it allows for easy use when looking at a business's internal functions
I don't like that when backing out of a specific position, it doesn't return you to the same level in the page you were viewing beforehand
Lever is helping develop reports for Protective that show sourcing/hired status. We have previously been without and it will be very helpful to us when they are available
What's not to like - extremely user-friendly, all the need features or even future release of new features, and great responsive customer support.
Only small - I would like to be able to edit users' information myself but at the same time I understand why I can't. I also wish I could attach feedback forms without needing to schedule in the system.
Being able to track, adding in more features, and help building efficiency in our workflow.
The ease of use is what appeals the most to myself and my employees. Keeping track of interviews and candidates' progress is very user friendly.
Haven't found anything to dislike yet! Can't do my job without it.
Lever allows myself and my employees to accurately track applicants and their progress within our hiring process.
Lever makes it easy to review our candidate pipeline, key word search for specific skill and experience and collaborate with my management team on their candidate score cards.
I cannot think of anything specific I dislike about Lever at this time.
Lever is helping to be our main source of candidate and application tracking for our company.
I love how easy it is to see upcoming and past interviews. Very intuitive interface too!
The interface is a bit colorless. Would love to at least one color on the site. No current downsides other than that though!
Helping to make it easier to do interviews
• User-friendly interface • Efficient interview feedback process • Customizable features
Limited reporting options Occasional system glitches
it helped me hiring great talent across the globe
All edits to the feedback forms are autosaved.
Seems like the feedback forms have to be tied to a calendar event?
Coordination of recruiting process.
Very easy to import resumes, its import all the information avoid the user type everything
Maybe the interface could be more friendly
Recomend colleagues
It is easy for employees to refer candidates and provide timely update on the various stages of the interview process. The integration between Lever and our company's job posting is also very user-friendly. As an employee, I have used Lever multiple times to refer candidates. By uploading a candidate's resume, many fields, such as candidate's information, links to LinkedIn, are automatically filled with ease. As an individual contributor, I would recommend Lever to any company who needs a referral system.
I would like to better understand the meaning of different terms used in the interview stages. Sometimes it's not always self-explanatory to an individual contributor or someone who is not part of the HR department.
Visibility on various of interview stages. It provides a quick update between HR and the user (referer), so we don't have to reach out to HR ourselves, and can better assist our friends/ex-colleagues who are being referred.
Lever is very easy to use and navigate. If you are trying to refer someone there is a dashboard that clearly outlines who you have referred and what their status is in the application process. It's also great for tracking applications for yourself.
There are a few things I would change and the biggest one would be connecting our google accounts to Lever so that when you click on a recruiter's name, it provides you with a box to send them an email directly via google instead of pulling up your computer email system. Additionally, I wish there was a function to see attachments on past applications.
Lever is the tool we use for tracking our applicants and referrals company-wide. This is the easiest way as an employee to refer friends and family and actually provide them withh helpful feedback on their application status.
