I like the affordable pricing and good customer service. What I also like best about Mailchimp is how easy it is to get started on there website and how the customer service is always there when needed. I will recommending them to others and how the customer service went above and beyond for me when I needed help. They also have good pricing options I have found they are compeitively priced compared to other email marketing companies. I have heard about Mailchimp mutltiple times from others as well because of how popular they are compared to other businesses. I also like how easy it is to use Mialchimp on mobile as well and desktop version also. So Mailchimp si really conviente no matter what device you are using for Mailchimp at the moment.

They need more email templates and maybe more cusotm ones. I would really love having more customization in the emails but what they do offer is great as well. I think overall they are easily doing it the best when it comes to emailing campigns.

Sending email campigns to past customers. All the customers have said they love our emails that we sent through mail chimp. We also love when customer tell us about how they like the design of our emails. This has made our business more productive when sending campiagns out and we have noticed more of a response from people when using Mailchimp.

MailChimp is very user-friendly. There is a slight learning curve, but once a user has committed to using the software repeatedly--as most email marketers would do quickly--the platform is well organized, easy to use, and navigate.

MailChimp has particular features that are only accessible at certain membership levels. The increase in price does not seem to be worth the additions. MailChimp has never offered an opportunity to test the extra features free of charge to see if I would be interested in upgrading. However, I have worked for a different company with a higher membership level. I am familiar with some of the added features. However, this was several years ago, so MailChimp has added additional features that I have not had the opportunity to experience with my present company.

MailChimp works for our non-profit to communicate with our membership about education opportunities, organizational updates, and the like. It's an easy-to-use platform and is incredibly convenient for planning communications because you can create emails ahead and schedule them. MailChimp saved the day for me personally! I am the non-profit's only content creator and was expecting a baby in May, the same month the organization was opening entries for its most extensive exhibition of the year. Because of MailChimp's scheduling feature, I was able to create all the emails ahead of time and schedule them. So, despite May and June being some of the busiest times for our organization, it wasn't on my plate at all, and I was able to take my maternity leave without any worries!

Mailchimps freemium model made it a great entry-level product to use and the number of features they offer make it even better. The reporting on emails and ease of email setup are just amazing. The automation features to are taking it to the next level.

Thankfully, I can't really say that there is anything I dislike. If I can ask for an improvement when they add a "premium feature" make it free to try (not sure if they do this already).

Mailchimp proivide A/B testing feature , that is so helpfull when I needed to optimize the email open rate. I can Change the Email headling and send another email for testing. This is also one of the trustworthiest email services, because you can be positive about your email marketing which will always sent to your clients inbox. also I could get analysis reports too.

Sometimes many people not opening their emails which is not the mailchimp fault, So I wish there is a option to get thoses data and export in datasheet format
