I like Intuit Mailchimp because I find it easy to use. So many programs these days require a technician to figure out some of the steps. And while some things do take me a bit of time in the end I can figure them out.
Not sure if there is anything I dislike. It offers so many options and 2000 names for free before you have to purchase a bigger program. So, that gives you enough time to figure out if you like it enough to go to the next step.
Is not about what it's solving but also the fact that if you get confused you can reach out to them and get an answer.
I have been using it for years and find it easy to use, fast, efficient, and user-friendly. I can send email campaigns in minutes by duplicating past campaigns and just tweaking them.
I don't get much engagement from my subs, and believe my campaigns go to Spam.
It allows me to send holiday campaigns, promote real estate listings, and just remind my sphere that I'm still selling real estate and insurance.
The ease of the builder as well as the integration with our website and other services.
The cost scaling. They charge per audience member weather they are subscribed or not.
Communicating with a large audience of customers via newsletters or updates
Mailchimp is easy to use, both to add contacts and to create new email campaigns. Their plans are very reasonable in price and easy to toggle between as needed.
They have stripped a few features away from the free plan over the last year or so, but it is still a good solution, better than any I've found, for quick and easy email marketing campaigns.
I use and recommend Mailchimp for many of my clients for their email marketing needs due to the reasons I listed above. It has increased productivity in that we are able to send out emails more efficiently for marketing initiatives and general information.
This is one of the best plaform for email marketing. Here we use to send the campaign to targated customers. This can be helpful to reach genuine customers. We can increase the brand in less time.
No dislike from my end. Everything is going good at work.
Less in pricing, and it is great help for small scale organizations and startups.
I like the fact you can create eye appealing emails and flyers to send out to multiple people at once. It is very convenient and time saving. Easy to use unlike competitors.
There isn't anything I don't like about Intuit mail chimp.

Mailchimp can be laggy and slow to load which can be frustrating at at times. It is pretty seamless outside of that when it works properly.
Stay in front of potential clients and nurturing leads to book appointments and use our services
Mailchimp is easy to start, has an intuitive layout, and is a great starting point for beginners!
I don't like that one can't create more than 2 lists in the free plan.
I can connect with my subscribers and followers, let them know what I’ve been up to, and track how many emails were opened, and got clicks etc.
Mailchimp makes it easy to design, set up, and send a daily e-newsletter.
Having to manually import contacts is not always ideal
Intuit Mailchimp helps my business send mass emails to all employees with the click of a few buttons, followed by important metrics to measure success of the campaign
Ease of use, importing contacts, saving templates
Difficult to customize some of the design elements
Quickly sending mailings to large contact lists
I love how simple everything is to use and set up. It's truly plug and play and it's extremely easy to use.
I dislike that the ability to schedule emails lies behind a paywall.
I needed an easy way to create and manage mass mailings and Intuit Mailchimp had everything I needed.
I love everything about Intuit Mailchimp. I find it very easy and user-friendly. After using a wide range of competitors, I always end up returning to Intuit Mailchimp!
There truly isn't anything I dislike about Intuit Mailchimp. I have tried so many other similar automation platforms, and nothing seems to compare. At this time, I can't name one thing I dislike.
It is making it easier to send out mail blasts. It is benefiting me significantly but cutting down a lot of time. I am definitely more productive and my business performance has increased.
Tagging and ability to track subscriber's interaction with the email and to verify if an email has been sent to a subscriber.
Two clicks to search for a subscriber in all contact and three clicks to add contacts. Would be more efficient to have these functions in the Audience submenu.
Verification that the subscriber has been sent an email, has opened the email and has clicked on the links within the email. This prevents us from sending duplicate emails and from unnecessarily disseminating licensed information.
The fact it’s free and I like the templates
I don’t dislike anything about mail chimp.... the app works great, the templates are easy to use, I can manage my 436 person database without any charge and I can see who opens it and who clicks on what.
I can see how many people actually read what I send which solves the problem of whether I am effectively communicating with my clients. I love how easy it is to add clients to the database and how I can make different groups for different mailings
I've been using mail chimp for 10 years because it's interface, audience management and reporting tools making marketing enjoyable. MailChimp also has intuitive templates, editing functionality and testing tools. Intuit keeps adding and improving upon the strong foundation of Mailchimp and I'm really loving the integration with Canva.
I would love for Mailchimp to improve upon the image library to make it clearer which images are available after you edit the original image. Also, a notice/flag when fonts are different in like text boxes would be helpful. Sometimes you don't know until someone notices in a test email.
Mailchimp is allowing us to communicate regularly with target audiences, promote events and manages our list.
It's very helpful for me to use and their features are very good.
I haven't found any thing bad still yet in this
I had to send bulk emails and it help me in that purpose. I sent many messages and email easily
Ease of setting up segmented lists. Very easy to embed and even customize the signup form on your website so that it fits the look and feed of your brand
I honestly haven't had many problems using MailChimp thus far. I have used it on most of the websites I have built that needed email newsletter signup functionality without any customer complaints
Mailchimp allows business to compile email marketing lists as well as send them directly from their platform. Cost is minimal for relatively smaller businesses
Mailchimp's features have allowed us to optimize our customer segmentation and continually improve our conversions metrics from email marketing campaigns.
It could use some improvement in pricing. Spam email subscribers are an issue for us with the per subscriber pricing.
Email marketing and email blasts
Mailchimp has stood the test of time and has improved and expanded their services to integrate with many other tools, offering a wide variety of functionalities.
Mailchimp isn't the best options for those who run their ecommerce on Shopify--the integration was native at a point, but that partnership ended a long time ago.
Mailchimp is used for our newsletters, automations, and other campaigns for our subscribers. It has been easy to use, and has enabled us to send out updates frequently, without hiccups.
MailChimp has been fantastic at scheduling and creating branded e-blasts for our business as well as data reporting and analytics.
Deeper analytics would be nice for some email campaigns. Some of the demographics seem to be skewed so wondering if they're accurate.
Sending email campaigns and creating a new newsletter. The templates and features are easy to use and to be able to tell who is opening them and what if any are bouncing.
We can have several different subscriber groups to meet the needs of our organization and send targeted messages to our audiences. We can also track who is opening our messages and change our strategies if needed.
If the message is being sent out to an outlook user it does now show like in the Mailchimp preview. I have reached out to Mail chimp customer service and was told that this is a known issue and they suggest I hire a third-party code writer to customize the HTML code for our needs.
Being able to share when funds are available to patients or when services are expanding. We can also creat different groups so that only those that want to receive certain topics will only receive what they signed up for.
The interface and email creation screens make it simple to deploy an email. The campaign report clearly shows helpful and relevant information about our mailings. Mailchimp integrates well with other contact management systems we use.
There is some ambiguity when managing cleaned, deleted or archived emails.
Mailchimp is powerful enough to work with our large mailing list. It is simple enough for new users to jump in and create a campaign with minimal direction. Mailchimp pairs well with another contact management system we use at our non-profit.
Mailchimp is one of the great and most effective tools for managing email marketing campaigns with tons of benefits by automating your emailers. Their key area of focus is to provide the analytics angle for the campaigns and customise your plans and campaigns accordingly.
There are no such major dislikes but there are a few restrictions with the customization for the emails, as it doesn't have a great template to offer. It does provide new ways of automation for your work and utilizes time.
