This is one of my favourite services of all time, being free for small businesses and being able to constantly deliver the high quality it does, it is a dream come true for every freelancer and also the integration documentation is quite complex. Simple love it

MailChimp is easy to use, yet extremely powerful and robust. They supply plenty of templates and tips to make your emails look their best. Analytics are great to help understand how to improve open rates and get great data points.

It would be nice to be able to title the various links I include in emails. Since most links that I add are auto-generated to our site, it makes it difficult to see at a glance what links people have clicked on.

MailChimp gives us a clean, customizable platform for communicating with our audience. Improves readability over a standard email by allowing us to add graphics and other eye-catching elements.

I like the user interface and the fact that I can schedule emails to be sent at a later date.

I dislike that creating the email is limited as far as design goes.

We have solved church-wide communication problems. Now everyone stays informed!

MailChimp is very intuitive and powerful, allowing the user to fully customize email marketing, manage lists, automate flows and elaborate drip campaigns in an easy way. They also have great support and a very good free product.

Personally I dont like how pricing scales and is not very clear on the go as your lists and sends grow over the month.

We used Mailchimp to communicate to our users and leads and automate drip campaigns. This allowed us to develop a continuous relationship with our users and nurture leads automatically until it was time to get in touch with them.

It's easy to handle and has a well structure, you can create very nice layouts and automate a lot of processes.

It's not working in German I think. Because the gender changes blabla but you can still use it.

We are using Mail Chimp for writing bulk emails and checking the opening rate etc. It's really useful if you want to know if people have clicked on your link, read the whole email etc.

Its easy to be a clever marketer with mailchimp. Its ready out of the box for subject testing and more complicated design testing. There are tons of templates that are easy to customize without being an HTML pro.

We had some issues with emails going to spam. This was lessened by asking up front that people mark our emails not as spam and then about a year later mailchimp made some changes that really made it better and only a fraction were going to spam.

It was easy to tie in 3rd party pieces like social media and donation boxes- we use mailchimp for development so that was huge. For a different company, I tied it in with Salesforce too.

In my opinion it is the tool for email marketing, I did use extensevely for over 2 years and I can say that it was great, every task was done very fast and very good, the dashboard is fantastic and complex.

Mailchimp makes it simple under the free heading - to creating and sending out mass emails. I also love the reports that you get, quite detailed.

I use it for my online clients and also for me, I help them integrate all their platforms and websites, to this amazing platform that Mailchimp is. I had the opportunity to start a long time ago with them, and they did the job very well.

The pricing after you make a great marketing base is a bit high, compared to other providers, but the service is the best.

I love how easily I am able to reach a very specific audience with pictures, links, and information. Having the tracking info to now who has opened my email. how many times, and who has clicked the links has been incredibly useful for me.

I wish that I could use the app on my phone to send an update to the same list via text message!

MailChimp allows me to send monthly updates to my financial and prayer support team. I'm able to stay connected to them, let them know what God is doing on the college campus, and provide them with tools and/or resources to benefit their walks with God as well. Supporters find this information exciting and helpful for them as they grow in their personal walks with God.

This cloud based software allows me to access it from anywhere. I can setup contacts and groups. I can easily define my email body. There are lots of tools to help make the email professional.

I have not found a way to select users without setting up groups. This may be possible. It could be my lack of knowledge - not sure.

MailChimp allowed me to format and send mass emails to my entire client base without having to set them all up in my local outlook. It tracks who opens and allows clients to opt out themselves.

I love that MailChimp is free for up to 2,000 subscribers. It's intuitive and easy to learn and use. The analytics are a bonus to help content creators tailor content to their audiences.

It is very simple to navigate and it offers easy access templates and layouts. It provides very helpful information regard who has opened my emails and at what time they were viewed.

I have not noticed any problems. I really enjoy using MailChimp and haven’t encountered any flaws or cons.

Easy marketing, because I can track how many people opened my email, and when they opened, I know what content/subject lines are more effective and what time throughout the day my emails are more likely to be opened.

I don't really have any big complaints about MailChimp. It's super easy to use and does exactly what I need it to do. There are several beautiful templates, but I suppose more templates would always be better. :)

MailChimp is a cheap resource for small businesses who are either just starting out with email marketing or working with a smaller budget. The small size of our (growing) contact list allows us to fall under the free plan. The quality of the product is on point with more expensive platforms I've used, and the user interface is bright and colorful, which makes it enjoyable to use.
