"Best collaboration tool for the new hybrid-working norm"
What do you like best about Miro?

Miro is so intuitive to use and even if I am collaborating with colleagues who have never used it before, it is super easy to integrate into BAU. Being able to have guests on boards, control access and rights and having team and project areas is invaluable. It has everything you need in terms of tools from post-it notes to value stream mapping diagram shapes. I utilise the templates every day and love how it allows me to test ideas, and visualise and communicate concepts.

What do you dislike about Miro?

Some features do hinder productivity and can be frustrating - such as the tables. Some functionality does not appear in the app as it does in browser.

What problems is Miro solving and how is that benefiting you?

Being able to map and diagram - not just remotely but also easily and collaboratively.

"The ultimate hybrid working tool"
What do you like best about Miro?

- Love the ability to quickly spin up a board for a team or project - It's incredibly flexible - its my go-to platform for running workshops with teams, but it can also be used for project tracking - It's fairly user friendly once you know your way around it. Moving elements is simple. - There are SO many templates available, it's so quick to spin up a new creative workshop using one of the many templates available in the Miroverse

What do you dislike about Miro?

- Sometimes it can be difficult to find what you're looking for. - Formatting text can sometimes be a bit tricky All in all, dislikes pale in comparison to what the tool offers

What problems is Miro solving and how is that benefiting you?

Virtual whiteboard for running sessions and workshops while poeple are located all over the globe. Even when we are in the office together, I find going to Miro is often easier so it's all there online and everyone can contribute.

"Miro license review"
What do you like best about Miro?

As someone deeply involved in project management and team collaboration, discovering Miro has been a transformative experience. Here's what I love most about Miro: Intuitive Interface, Versatile Toolset, Real-time Collaboration, Seamless Integration, Great for Remote Teams

What do you dislike about Miro?

Here's what I think could be improved:Pricing Structure, Performance Issues, Limited Offline Functionality, Overwhelming Interface

What problems is Miro solving and how is that benefiting you?

Integrating with Other Tools: Miro’s ability to integrate with tools we already use, like Slack and Jira, has streamlined our workflow. It's easier to manage tasks and communicate within the team without constantly switching between different applications.

"Collaboration and Productivity Improvements"
What do you like best about Miro?

- its simple to use so people who have not used it previously can quickly learn to use simple capabilities and be part of the collaboration actvities (retro's, planning etc) - access to some great templates to help with a wide range of business related actvities (retro's, planning, problem solving) - the ability to increase and decrease the size of the detail on a screen, so you can quickly move around large amounts of data and zoom into what you want to look at - the almost limited amount of space on a single "page"

What do you dislike about Miro?

I don't have any issues with Miro's capability or functionality

What problems is Miro solving and how is that benefiting you?

I work in an environment which is geographically dispersed so having a "virtual whiteboard" is extremely important to be able to collaborate. I' m responsible for a wide range of actvities, including Planning, Retrospectives, Capturing work status, Presentations etc and Miro is the best all round tool to support these activites. There are a myriad of tools in the market and getting access to them, ensuring the team have access and its simple to use for even beginners, is critical and Miro "ticks" all these boxes

"Miro has revolutionised how I work"
What do you like best about Miro?

Miro is a fantastic virtual whiteboarding tool. In addition to this, it has become my go to tool for building presentations, capturing data, building process maps and many other day to day tasks that previosuly would have been spread across many different tools. I use it multiple times a day. It is packed with features for those of us who often facilitate virtual workshops and meetings, and new users tend to pick it up easily due to its intuitive nature. The Miro team also produce really helpful learning material and its easy to contact them for support with any issues.

What do you dislike about Miro?

There are some features that I would like to see improved - mainly how you organise boards and grant acess to certain teams or projects etc. I would also love to see it more closly integrated with the micrsoft suite of tools in the future.

What problems is Miro solving and how is that benefiting you?

Solves the need for us to travel internationally to hold team offsites and workshops. We can do these just as well virtually using Miro now. It also allows us to update aertefacts and share feedback a-sync, cutting down on the amount of meetings we had to have at less than ideal times across a globally distributed team.

"Infinite space for your creativity"
What do you like best about Miro?

No matter how your Idea or project look like. There will be a template or the whitespace which will help you too structre it. It is great and very easy to implenment, share the process and collaborate with others. Within our company we use it daily.

What do you dislike about Miro?

For work I have everything I need. But if I have to mention something here is that the Free Version for private use should offer more boards.

What problems is Miro solving and how is that benefiting you?

Visualising komplex topics is very easy with miro and helps a lot to get everyone on boarded. Annd it is very easy to share the result with agency's outside our company.

"A critical tool for Business Systems Analysts!"
What do you like best about Miro?

As a Business Systems Analyst, my role requires much conceptual and visualization work to accurately capture and communicate processes to stakeholders. To that end, Miro is one of the most useful tools in my toolbelt! I use Miro daily to brainstorm new ideas, map out existing flows, and draft new flows to present to decision-makers. I find Miro to be a very intuitive tool that can be used to accomplish many tasks and encourage people to present information in more visual and engaging ways. Even if you are new to flowcharts and graphs, Miro offers a myriad of templates to help you get started on projects and ideas, which helps minimize the "blank page" syndrome. Miro is conveniently integrated across many of the tools I use daily (Confluence, Jira, Slack, Teams). This makes collaborating on Miro boards and staying informed of all the changes made across the boards I follow a breeze. My colleagues and I were all happy to recently learn that Miro will be part of our toolbelt for the foreseeable future, giving us the confidence to continue building on this platform. I've encountered very few issues since I started using Miro, so I only had to contact customer support once, and they did a great job instantly responding to my message and addressing the issue I ran into. Overall, I highly recommend Miro to anyone looking for intuitive and visual collaboration tools!

What do you dislike about Miro?

While there isn't a specific aspect of Miro I dislike, I would say that the main frustrating thing about the tool is that I don't feel like I use it to its full potential. I try to keep track of new features, I attended a few webinars, but I find it challenging to spend time pushing the boundaries of what I do within Miro. I don't think it's a reflection of the tool itself, but simply the way we get familiar with doing XYZ tasks daily and sticking to what feels familiar.

What problems is Miro solving and how is that benefiting you?

Miro enables my team and I to break down, simplify, and present complex processes to a variety of stakeholders more or less familiar with the projects we work on. It also enables us to carry out our work in a real-time, collaborative way.
