There are currently five monday.com products, the core being Monday Work Management. The other four are Monday Sales CRM, Monday Marketer, Monday Dev, and Monday Projects. It’s free to use for individual users and paid plans are available on a per-seat basis.

The ability to communicate with a number of people in a simple and clear well. Also the ability to organise data and have multiple 'groups' while ensuring data safety. Also, this is an app that is used daily by mutiple people, its great to see that updates are instatneous.
No chat feature within the app, it would be nice to be able to communicate in real time with the team
Monday allows a global team to be in the same 'space' by breaking down barriers created by distance
Makes it easier to organise everything in one place. I love the amount of automations and integrations available and how user friendly they are. The free trail made it really easy to get started and decided if Monday.com would be the right tool for us.
The restrictive licencing, would be great to have something in between a member and a viewer.
Before Monday.com we were using a million spreadsheets. No more deth by Excel!
It keeps everything organized, easy to access and very user friendly. Their customer support while having an issue are very helpful. They have anumber of features available to you, that make the experience that much better.
There isn't aything I can think of that I dislike, I hink Monday thus far has done a great job at their wbesite.

Our team has been able to streamline communication across departments with Monday.com boards as well as integrations with our other software. Nearly every team uses it daily, because it's easy to use. We've also received quick support for issues, and it's was simple for us to set up for our purposes.
There are a few things that are hard to customize, such as the ability to limit our users' abilities to only be able to tag themselves on a subitem while also adding a subitem for themselves. We also can't manage our email calendars, because Monday doesn't give us the ability to track multiple send dates for stories that are running in one place seamlessly while also allowing us to track multiple brands.
Monday.com helps us tackle complex, multi-stage projects seamlessly while ensuring everyone is up to date on project status.
Acho excelente como posso gerenciar todas as minhas tarefas, além de poder utilizar formulários e criar paineis com Dashboards dentro da plataforma.
Unico problema que encontro é que em alguns momentos, para usar alguns recursos ou configurações é necessário diminuir o zoom da pagina.

Automations do the work for you to run in the most efficient way. It was easy for our team to set up the processes and expand as workflows change. Our entire department uses it every day.
There are still some limitations in connecting boards and duplicating tasks.
We are able to show transparency in workflow across teams in our department. There is a clear process of where the task is and how long it will take to complete.

I work at a company of just under 20 team members. We use Monday to track all our call notes so they can be moved to each designers board. Then when the designer is done with the task they are able to archive them. Monday does it's job for us exactly how we need it to!! Thank You to the Monday team for such a great product!
There isn't much with Monday we don't like. There are some customability we wish we had that isn't in the current features but it's things that would be specific to how we schedule out installers. Other than that, it does the job!
We're able to keep track of every call/note taken by our front office team members, inlcuding updates to the notes, phone numbers, when the note was taken, etc.
