I like monday.com Docs the best because it helps me stay organized and efficient at work.
I dislike that when you export boards or docs that it doesn't look as good on the PDF as it does in monday.com so it's hard if you need to present whatever it is you're exporting out of monday.com. I redo the design after the content is exported from monday.com.
I juggling multiple projects at once all the time (like most of us) and monday.com is useful from idea to execution.
I love the collaborative project management. I can manage my tasks for a project while also keeping track of my other teammates tasks and how close we are to completion.

We are keeping track of things that have to be done. There are also integrations applied, therefore part of the work is being done automatically, so we have more time for the manual part. It's really time saving, I love the colors, helps me keep track of my tasks.
Being able to manage different projects efficiently and clearly. Relevant automation which saves time and is very efficient. The api documentation is unambiguous, and a good community for help.
We cannot create different roles for users
Because we are an international company, globalizing information from different companies was difficult before monday, now they are all grouped on monday ! I can manage more than one IT project and my colleagues are always aware of the task I am working on, this avoids duplication of work and leads to good communication

I love how many ways boards can be built, shared, integrated with other boards, and are so flexible in how the data is organized. Our company uses Monday.com on a daily basis. Everything within our organiztion is run through this program, making it frequently used by all staff members. Any time we have had issues, the customer suppoer is quick and efficient in helping resolve any issues quickly and seamlessly.
I would have liked more widgets and easier access to the widgets available. I would also love to have more integrations with other software companies on the internet.
We use Monday for every bit of our business needs. We track hours of employees, track projects, plan ahead for upcoming events, and collaborate for teams. Each department is able to use Monday for their specific needs. We also utilize this program to plan out a full year of events.
Ease of use and the ability to assign tasks to keep the team on point and know what everyone is working on!

Subscriptions must be all included and you only pay extra for extra team members. At least add more automations for cheaper plans. Because that's the only reason why i would upgrade. But for me it's not worth to pay more for each member each month.
Giving a clear overview of who is working with which task and easy to see when deadlines are and automations are the best!
An incredible blank slate to create specific processes for a business to scale.
While the project management component is incredible, it has been challenging to scale the CRM side of things. We also sell a lot of hardware and wish we were able to better manage inventory in the platfor,

I think learning how to use the platform effectively can take some time so it becomes a bit challenging onboarding new team members and familarizing them with our workflow.
