They're so helpful. They will help with any problem and solve it.
I wish the wait times wouldnt be as long but other than that everything is fine.
Any phone issues, call issues, and its benefiting because it makes things easier for our office.
The priceline and included features paired with the top tier customer service made switching to Nextivia a no brainer.
So far I have not encountered the downside.
I received a Portable handset at two remote locations with a shared fax for a rerasonable monthly price
I like how easy it is to add new licenses, create new or update existing users, support is very responsive and does not close a ticket until they are absolutely sure that the problem is resolved. Nathan Kramer, our account manager has been excellent in pointing me in the right direction for Nextiva's products and services!
I can't say that I have much that I dislike about Nextiva. There are the occasional odd bugs that sometimes disrupt workflow but that is understandable and comes with any service of this magnitude.
Nextiva allows us to communicate internally, with customers and much more. Their service is always reliable and has not caused many issues, if any with dropped/missed calls.
Nextiva makes it easy to seperate work calls from personal.
I wish the app had a few more options regarding account information.
Nextiva allows me to keep my personal number for myself and use their number for customers.
Nextiva has provided us with a way to communicate with our clients in a streamlined and user-friendly manner. Whether I am at the office on my desk phone, at my home office on my desk phone, or working remotely using my cell phone or PC application, I have all the options available. We also utilize the text messaging option daily as many preferred communications of our clients have shifted to text messaging over the years.
The app on my PC often needs to be restarted after the most recent major update. I assume this will be worked out, and it hasn't caused any issues.
Nextiva provides our small business with a phone line for client communication, text messaging options, and fax correspondence, which we use heavily with the government entity we work with regularly.
We have been very happy with Nextiva. As compared to our last solution, Nextiva app's ease of use is remarkable. Couple of years ago we migrated to nextiva and the implementation and migration was really smooth. We needed a robust solution for our dispatch agents, after utilizing Nextiva since last many years, I can say we have the best Contact Center Software solution deployed. From Chats, video calls, conference, to inbound/outbound SMS this UCaaS Platform is providing us all what we need. With the groups, flows and other extremely useful configurations available on portal, Nextiva is pretty handsome Call Center Infrastructure (CCI) Software. Nextiva stands the best amongst the VoIP Providers. In case of any updates, configurational changes, or in case of (rare chance) troubleshooting the customer support has been awesome.
The report / monitoring feature of calls can be improved a lot. When I need to get a report on missed calls, I would like to filter out the calls in a way that doesn't include the numbers who were called back. Also, 3 entries per missed call doesnt makes any sense.
Call groups and extension handling is pretty awesome. SMS, Instant Messaging is saving every day.
We signed up for Nextiva a few days ago. The customer service and onboarding process so far have been excellent. The desk phone arrived 48 hours after we signed up, and aside from a small hiccup with the time zone settings (which turned out to be my own error and not on Nextiva at all) it was an incredibly fast and easy setup! The audio quality is great. It was really easy to integrate into our existing tech stack. So far we have used this system daily. We are still exploring a lot of the features but so far they seem fairly simple to understand.
Some of the things we are interested in involve paid upgrades that we do not feel are worth the investment. (For example, business texting and conference calling should be part of a base level package but they are only available on the 2nd tier and higher). There is also no option for an AI voice to generate the phone tree. I have used systems in the past where you simply typed out what you wanted the phone tree to say, selected an AI generated voice, and let it do it's thing. In this system we are having to do this ourselves.
Nextiva is solving the issue of needing a phone system for a small startup that doesn't break the bank. We have limited funds and a bootstrap budget. Nextiva provides great value for what it costs.
Nextiva covers many of my company Center Hope Solutions' communication needs. The call, messaging, fax, and ability to set up meetings make running my business better. Also, the support has been really helpful. *Update: Nextiva's updates over the last few months have made it more functional. The support from Nextiva has still been great.
The learning curve of using all of the abilities of Nextiva can be confusing, but support often helps with this. The various options that Nextiva offers can be overwhelming at first. Update: I wish the fax and messaging were on the same dashboard.
My biggest problem when I started my business was using several different programs to make calls, text, fax, and have team meetings. Honestly, working like this made a significant cost to my overhead. However, combining my business needs with one company and app made running a business more affordable.
I like how the notification window comes up in a small corner so it doesn't overcrowd when a call comes in. I also like how easy it is to use it is very beginner tech savvy.
I would say the only thing I dislike is not being able to hear voicemails that are left which can be a ME issue and not a Nextiva issue
The problem Nextiva is solving for me is having to use a traditional handheld set. I can answer using my headphone make it super convenient when in the office.
I like how user friendly the desktop version is, I love the fact they developed a mobile app so I can stay in toch even when I'm away from my office, and my favorite feature: Analytics, using this I can keep track of what my team does on a daily basis
There is nothing to dislike about Netiva, I love it!
On top of providing great calls quality, the caller ID keeps unwanted calls away, this helps improve our productivity and a lot, the fact that I can send and receiver media files makes my days easier
