It allows me to plan and create systems for my company. I can keep track of all the important things I can't miss and deadlines that must be met.
I wish that some features were easier to use. Managing milestones didn't work as expected and recurring milestones didn't work for me.
I manage tasks, dates, and my teams using Nifty.
Since switching to Nifty, my team has been able to spend less time managing email and searching through endless threads for the information needed to get projects done. As a leader, I love the high level views of Project Milestones, Tasks, and the Workload for each team member. It helps us be nimble and rebalance workloads on the fly.
Nothing. The development team seems to be very active and they are constantly releasing new features and updating the view to make it even more user friendly.
The main problem Nifty has solved for us is keeping everything related to a project in one centralized location. Instead of using a different tool for project management, internal team chat, external client communication, and file management, we're now using Nifty for all of it.
Everything. It's the best UI/UX I've ever seen. Using the tool is super intuitive, and then you find there are even more powerful functions just underneath the surface. Makes it both approachable, easily adoptable, while at the same time being able to scale to meet the new challenges/complexities of your business as it grows. This is the absolute best tool you have never used. Yes it's the best project management tool, but in terms of app design, feature set, quality, interface, customer support and beyond, Nifty is also the best SAAS tool that exists in any niche.
There is literally nothing I dislike. I found one problem, where I was unable to paste content with bullet points into a Nifty Doc. I reported it, and they already had it as an upcoming fix for their next update. Less than 48 hours later it was fixed. Not only was it fixed, but their support team followed up with me to let me know. Just first class in every single way.
We are a software development startup that overlaps slightly with an existing successful business. It's been very difficult for us to coordinate projects and communication across the team, and as we bring on new team members, this was becoming more of an issue. Nifty has allowed us to organize our projects/tasks/communications, while providing an approachable interface for even new users. It's awesome. My days are literally better because of Nifty.
The Ease of Use and Ease of Systemization and the Milestones. I also like the Reminders, the Builtin Messaging and of course, Dark Mode.
Perhaps, would be good to get some more variables in the Trigger Actions from Zapier. Maybe some internal triggers as well so that different tasks can be automated or duplicated instead of manually doing it. Not much else, the software is very robust.
Lack of Focus on Important Tasks vs. Doing Unimportant ones. Now we can structure our work easily. Every team member knows exactly what they should be doing at exactly what time.
First of all, Nifty is a tool that meets or expectations. It is built on a great tech foundation with the exact features that allow users to manage their projects with ease. Secondly, you can give permission to your invited members which is a great benefit.
I would like to be more flexible on how Nifty handles the description field. A more interactive approach, possibly with the use of an HTML editor would be a great enhancement.
Project management efficiency and communication with colleagues and project partners.
Easy to use and fast. It's a bit like Asana, but formatted a little differently. UX experience is great. Fun to use and checkoff items and seems to be getting better each week.
I think the time tracking can be a lot better. If they could incorporate that to be more like Harvest the time tracking feature would be extremely valuable. Feels like a bit of an afterthought/add-on at the moment.
Task/project management and tracking projects and milestones.Really helps organizing the clutter of things to do.
Nifty has a beautiful and well-thought interface, that makes it easy to move around. Another great feature of Nifty that I really loved, is that the tool is very flexible for any type of project/team. You can manage very complex projects as well as simple to-do list with ease, and the interface can be easily rearranged on the basis of your liking. Also, I strongly liked the idea of incorporating Files & Docs into the Nifty. Now it saves me a ton of time, because I don't have to move between tabs to find my files, get link and share with the team members on another platforms; Everything is now done within Nifty.
I won't say I dislike them, but there are some points which I would love to see get improved even more. For example, the UX can be more smooth in some places, making it much easier to utilize/find some features when needed. Also, the native Nifty Documents are pretty basic right now. I would love to see it gets upgraded and compete with Google Doc.
1. Now, I don't have to use multiple tools/websites for team communication, file sharing, document sharing, Google sheet collaboration and many more. All can be done within Nifty. 2. My team management and communication have improved a lot over time with Nifty. 3. I have multiple wings of my business, which have separate team members and projects going on. It becomes super easy to manage all those projects & teams in Nifty, because I can create separate portfolios and projects with different format of task management for each project and add team members on each project separately as needed. 4. Nifty also helps to collaborate with freelancers I hire. By adding them as guests, I can make sure exactly what task lists or projects they can see and comment on. This would have been a great hassle without Nifty if I had to do this on separate tools.
I like the flexibility of the service and the possibility to turn on/turn off functionality. There is a product management system, a chat, file manager, time tracker, dashboard, and documents editor. All your team needs right in one system. Nifty sends you email notifications, there are Android, iOS, and even iPadOS mobile apps, which allow you to be on track with your tasks.
The UI can be a bit improved. I would like to see sharper text and pixel perfect icons. Also, I would like to see more comprehensive statistics about the jobs done. There is a visualization of the teams' productivity, but there is no additional data about the productivity of every team member, the number of closed tasks, weekly story points burnout etc.
I use Nifty for managing projects related to mobile app development. The main benefit for me is the possibility to visualize tasks (Gantt charts) and create recurrent tasks. Also, it's quite a flexible system, it has the ability to add custom fields and use Scrum's story points, which I use for product management purposes.
Nifty has helped our team to stay on track and organized with multiple clients ant projects. It's very easy to see what is left on the to do list, what is in progress and the projects that have been completed. I would highly recommend this to keep an individual or team on the right path!
It took me a little bit to find the various settings for different views.
It's great to keep on tasks and see everything that is left to do.
I have been using nifty since 6 months. this the first time i keep using an organising tool. very flexible and easy to use. totally recommend it.
The app need some more enhancements when it comes to insights or productivity measurements. Also have features such as CRM in the future will be great addition
Organising tasks when you are working on multi project in the same time with different teams
Dark Mode and Project Management for all clients
better ios app sometimes dont get notification
better project management with my team and also all my clients
Ease of use Accessibility Usage by non-technical folk Have used asana and trello, this is actually usable
now that know what's possible, i'd like an even better and easier UI
project management, timelines, access, documents, discussions
Beautiful User Inteface, Night Mode, mobile Apps and notification
No folder feature to manage file on each project
We are company with around 20 employee that work on elearning and digital content field. With diverse task and objective, nifty helps us to achieve our objectives and develop our product smoothly. All of the features has been really helpful and still adding. Using nifty is our best decision.
Milestones, task management, connecto to Google Drive.
Documents could recognize markdown, so it could be easier format texts.
Manage My own projects, share progress with customer had been awesome.
It allows me to collaborate with teams around the world on my projects
I wish it didn’t require Zoom for video chat and had its own video function
Tracking the time of the freelancers I work with as well as day to day tasks and project milestones
It is a very simple interface and you can set up different projects to invite different people, yet as the "owner" I can see everything in a single view. Provides milestones, dependencies, you can view in calendar or list or kanban, you can add time tracking, etc. There is messaging and places for documents, files, links. I love everything about it! It pulls together the best of every other tool I've tried.
I haven't really come across anything I don't like yet (have been using for a few months).
Managing work flow for my own company and several clients. My clients have not regularly adopted other tools I've tried, so in the past I have had to take information from email and load into the PM tool which made me abandon previous PM tools. With clients also adopting and using, it is working just as it should!
The easability of adding team members. Team members are able to get into the tool and start working right away. I also like the color option that we are given (light/dark modes)
Navigation seems not as polished as other tools.
Having a place where all clients can go and be interactive with the team has been a huge help.
The way you can work and collaborate as a team is astounding and it has made me move my team from other platforms.
It can become somewhat challenging to learn the way the flow and functionality works. I sometimes find that challenging to say the least.
Team Collaboration and Project Management and its stopping me use several tools to achieve this.
Layout, options available, integrations.
Not much really. looking forward to more features, and ill submit ideas when i have them.
Just being more organised, having notifications.
After looking for a l decent project management tool I could trust and rely on for what felt like forever, Nifty came along and answered all my prayers. It literally does EVERYTHING you could want from a PM tool and then some!
It was a bit of a chore figuring out the best way to set things up for my workflow, but i got there through trial and error in the end!
It’s helping to save a TON of time on client management and project onboarding
