I love Omnisend. It really motivates you in your email marketing by showing directly how emails are improving your sales. It's the best I've found to link to Shopify.

The email editor is missing a couple of simple features like copy and paste and the ability to drag a photo over an image box to upload it.

I'm sending more emails now than I did before because I can see just how powerful they are for my sales.

Customer service is excellent. We scheduled a call and the representative gave me all the options so I could consider which package to go with.

I like that the templates are very updated. Also that it can combine with the brand colors or style. I like how easy it is to move the content block from one spot to another and how easy it is to upload images or videos.

Well, I am a native Spanish speaker, and it doesn't have all the features in that language or the tutorial videos. It would be nice to have the Spanish version of it.

It solves the engagement on my email database. I notice since the template is lovely, people are more willing to open, engage and even buy from it. Yes is the first time we have seen that one massive mail service.

The automation works lovely. We have made more sales using practical workflows, like the abandoned cart. We love the pop-up and the dynamic sales discount codes.

Maybe that we can have more free reports.

We love Omnisend's support team. They respond fast, and they only send detailed and relative information. We love that we can send Emails, Push notifications, and SMS simultaneously.

We don't dislike the beta editor, but we are waiting for improvements to allow us to use classic features on the new editor as well. Other than that, the platform is really worth trying.

With Omnisend, we don't have to worry about dealing with multiple apps for digital marketing. We use Omnisend for Email marketing, push notifications, and SMS simultaneously.

Omnisend is very beginner-friendly and the video tutorials are easy to understand.

I do wish there were more customization features in the email builder.

The most impressive thing about Omnisend is how easy they make it to build both decent looking emails, and automation as well. The interface is intuitive, the customizations are plentiful, and there are options for much deeper customization and future opportunities as well. They also provide a wealth of information both in webinars, help documentation, and via tooltips in the application that answer pretty much every question you have - whether it's about the application itself or marketing automation and best practices in general. This has helped me grasp concepts and more complex ideas more easily which have turned in to actionable items and results.

There isn't much to dislike about Omnisend so far, but I did wish they had a few more templated options or pre-built options that didn't require so much customization out of the bock. The line-height, spacing, text choices, etc. that are canned do require a lot of changes and only some of the modules available in the editor allow you to save them for future use. Assuming this will be fixed in the future if it already isn't on the way.

The biggest problem I'm solving with Omnisend is saving time and making sure all of my boxes are checked to maximize contact with my customers on a regular basis. They make it easy, including really robust reporting and a nice dashboard that makes turning things on/off, A/B testing, customization, etc really easy. I'm realizing more and more about my audience that I wouldn't have if I didn't have some of the reporting for analytics, and the easy of use for creating new experiments.
