Omnisend integrates amazingly with my website, forms and campaigns are easy to build and the prebuilt workflows are priceless!
Some steps aren't as intuitive as I have experienced in the past, but I can get through with a little exploration.
Keeping my customers up to date on new products, sales etc.
The email templates are simple, they're not too bulky and I can get my point across easily. I like the plain text options to keep it personal from time to time. I like the spinning wheel option for email signups. It's a great way to add a bit of fun to the experience. It was easy for me to transfer from Mailchimp and I find Omnisend a much more user friendly and cost effective option to Mailchimp.
I haven't found anything that we dislike at this point. I've been with Omnisend for a few months now and I have found the support to be good when we've needed it and overall, it's been a good transfer from Mailchimp.
Being a business owner I have a lot on my mind all the time and I can often overlook simple steps to improve my site. I like how when I come to the Omnisend dashboard it will tell me if there is a step I need to take so I don't have to spend time figuring this out for myself. For example it may tell me I need a product abandonment workflow and then it will take me through the steps to create one.
I love how userfriendly the system is and how many options it has for creating email campaigns, landing pages and segmenting lists for users! My absolute favourite feature is the dashboard for their Omnisend partners which allows me to manage all my client's Omnisend profiles from one account. Such a great platform for businesses that are new to email marketing or advanced. I'm looking forward to starting SMS campaigns soon thanks to Omnisend!
Omnisend doesn't have some of the fun interaction pieces that other platforms have (at least not yet) so it's hard to drive engagement via emails without polls, quizzes and things like that that we can build into the emails. I hope these are features they will be adding soon!
Omnisend partners profile allows me to manage all my client's Omnisend profiles from one account which is a huge advantage so I don't have to remember usernames and passwords to multiple client accounts.
The pricing structure makes more sense than the previous service we were using. As you grow your business and lists, the pricing reflects that. You can start using OmniSend right away without having to pay very much at all, which is an ideal situation.
Some more advanced metrics would be helpful. I'd look to see a full breakdown of how much revenue (percentage wise), is being brought in from each service OmniSend provides (Email, SMS, and Push-Notifications).
Mainly pricing as I said before. We were using another service for years that raised their pricing to levels that were completely unsustainable for us. Also, OmniSend has more helpful customer support which is a big bonus,
The most helpful aspect of Omnisend is their ui/ux, incredibly helpful docs, and super friendly team of customer service agents. The automation is also very easy to setup and start using.
There is not much I dislike about Omnisend. As a startup founder, I find myself completely satisfied with the service. However, their docs, at rare times, are a bit hard to follow.
Omnisend is helping me solve the complex tasks of automating emails to my large user base. I'm more productive, and more effective (Sales🤑) after adopting Omnisend into my stack.
Everything is optimized for eCommerce, and they have pre-built templates for automation and segments.
Still lacking some configs to work as a powerfull CRM.

Its is very easy to use as especially being a first timer. Also they have awesome customer service. Anytime you need help you can call and talk with someone is very personable and knowledgeable about what to do and how.
I honestly don't dislike this at all. this app is a perfect one . Especially if you a beginner in business and marketing. I absolutely love this app . There is nothing you need to change.
It helps with email marketing for you business. It's takes the hard work and makes it super simple and easy. It easily causes me to set a campaign and or use multiple templates
It's easy to use, there's a neat email builder, reports are fairly straightforward to build. They have various options for collecting emails, and you can also use SMS.
Most things are pretty easy to use with the platform, so no major complaints.
It's helping us scale our email marketing department with easy to build emails, and we can quickly send out newsletters to our subscribers. It's helping us drive incremental revenue.
