The tool is very powerful and intuitive.

I haven't experienced downsides until now.

We use omnisend for communicating with customers through email (+ some of the other features, like forms and syncing lists with facebook ads). The benefit is their flushed out segmentation.

The platform is very intuitive, easy to use. In addition to that, there are many valuable articles that help you with new features.

Although it is very ready-to-use, at the same time, it may seem a bit too structured sometimes.

I use Omnisend to inform my customers about new products and special discounts. This helps increase product sales, sales that otherwise we would not be having.

I love the email automations that my account manager helped me set up quickly and efficiently. They have helped scale my business with little maintenance. I also love the detailed segmenting options that integrate with my Shopify store. It allows me to send specific email campaigns for various customer segments. I also love their SMS and how it can be utilized within the automations to work in tandem with the emails.

I wish they had some better reporting and analytics. We have hundreds of SKUs on our website so it would be great if I could easily see what product(s) was/were purchased from campaigns at a glance.

I am a one-woman marketing department and Omnisend has allowed me to send automated and successful manual email marketing campaigns that drive huge revenue with minimum effort.

Omnisend has an excellent customer service team. Their reps are responsive and knowledgeable. I can't thank them enough for helping us set everything up on Shopify.

- Templates: I wish creating and updating templates were more intuitive - Image drag and drop: I wish I could just drag and drop image files to email campaigns

The simplicity of how easy it is to use the website to structure the emails to send out to customers. The software is very user friendly compared to others I have tried.

I was a little bit disappointed when they changed the pricing structure recently. It is definitely still worth paying for. I would like video tutorials with tips and advice on how to make emails better.

I was struggling to alert customers to sales when we would discount items. Omnisend allows us to let them know when we have a promotion and it has increased our revenue. It also allows us to track how many customers are returning using their detailed reports

Easy automation settings. You don't need code HTML to get things done.

VERY LIMITED metric options. You have to go mail per mail to see your unsubscribers, sales per period,etc, there's no clickmap for mails in automations.

I love how intuitive the app itself is and how many customizable options it gives you for your email marketing. It has a lot of different options and integrations.

I dislike how the app isn't entirely free. You have to have less than a certain amount of subscribers to be able to use the "free" version, otherwise you'll have to pay.

I am solving the problem of not interacting with my email list, and the benefits i have realized is i am able to put my brand out in front of my already interested subscriber list.

Campaign and how you can boost them and the flexibility around builder and design. How easily you can segment the users.

Nothing at the moment. Maybe some more user-friendly interface and how you can directly import templates in emails.
