Document sending has been automated, we have been using it for around 2+ year now.
E-signatures are so efficient for a business. I love how easy and time efficient it is to get signatures for policies and applications from insureds.
Once you start a pandadoc, it's difficult to go back and change the document or who the item is going to.
skipping the mail and getting signatures in a timely fashion!
I like adding email info and sending a complete list of paperwork with one click of a button. I like the notifications for View and Completed paperwork.
So far it been great, I don't really have a dislike for PandaDoc
Our contractors can sign and submit their paperwork in less than 5 min. We receive it automatically and no friction about emailing back and forth with contraactors.
It's great that we can just use it for signing documents as well as a complex contract and document management system. Really like the possibility of using variables and assigning them as we like.
Sometimes it feels a bit hard to create the templates exactly as desired. However, this is a really small con!
We save a lot of paper and hassle to manage all our contracts and documents which have to be signed.
I like the speed at which I can obtain signatures and from various parties without having to wait on the postal service to get things to and from where they would otherwise.
The inability to edit a document after sending it is frustrating. Sometimes we make errors and need to fix them. I understand the issue is a security one, it would be nice to have some way to fix that, though!
PandaDoc is making it possible to send out documents for review and signature electronically eliminating the time and need for the postal service as that can be time ineffective.
I was going to put this part at the end, but figured it'd be best if I lead with it since this it what astounded me about PandaDoc and the high level of service they provide. It's absolutely a great product but this is what makes them uniquely exceptional: ***Here is why I am taking the time to write this review: THE EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE PANDADOC PROVIDED TO US DURING OUR OFFBOARDING PROCESS with them. I have never, ever had a SaaS company continue to provide the same quality of service (and PD sets the bar high) when leaving for a competitor. Usually, once you inform a SaaS company you are cancelling, service quality decrease sharply. This creates operational risks when migrating from a SaaS that is very much interwoven with other SaaSs and processes. PD made their engineering team available to us and assisted in automating what would've otherwise have required hours of manual tasks extracting our data. They were were there to answer all our Offboarding questions and assisted us through the entire process, providing the same great service they always had. We never felt as if we were on our own nor did PD ever, ever make us feel like they were holding our data "hostage" throughout our time with them (you know which companies notoriously pull this "pretend-gangster" move when renewal time comes around). PD saw us through to the end and it left a lasting impression on me. I highly respect them, the way they do business and treat their customers. The product is great all around. Onboarding ans service provided throughout is amazing, they are exteemelly responsive to any support tickets and are, simply out, dependable. You couldn't ask for more. We all know some SaaSs become interwoven into your software stack the longer you use their services.There are even those who are well known for reminding you how much leverage they have, and will smile in your face while they use this to their advantage when you renew terms. I've purchased and cancelled many SaaS agreements in my career and, although we unfortunately had to part ways with PandaDoc through no fault of their own own, I felt they deserve an extremely positive review. They are excellent in all areas, all the way to end. Unfortunately, there were changes in some of the International markets we serve new whixh required us to seek out multiple new solutions just to replace PandaDoc. Otherwise, we would still be with PandaDoc. I greatly appreciate how PandaDoc has helped enable MetaMap to scale our business. Their support through complex integrations exceeded our expectations when compared to the support provided by other SaaS companies. It will not be forgotten and I highly recommend them.

We required a specialized implementation/integration of PandaDoc into our SalesForce instance. They made document management a breeze.
It is very easy to use on both the customer and business side of contracts. Keeps you posted on the progress of the contract being viewed, signed, etc.
Honestly, there hasn't been anything we have really disliked about using the program.
It makes it easy for our customers to open and sign contracts wherever they are. This makes running our construction business easier as the customers rarely come in office.
My clients love how easy it is for them to sign the documents and get a sign copy! I only need the full name and email of the client, and the rest is done by PandDoc. The clients and I can always return to the original email and review the document.
I haven't found any downsides to using PandaDoc yet. It is very user-friendly for my clients and me.
Since I prepare income tax returns remotely, I don't always meet the clients face-to-face to obtain signatures. PandaDoc helps me to get the signatures I need to keep all my documentation in order.
I like the template-building functionality of PandaDoc. Before using the software, I struggled to create proposals in Google Docs and other word software. PandaDoc makes the process quick and easy.
There honestly isn't much that I don't like about PandaDoc. It's very simple to use, it was easy to learn initially, and I feel that it is fairly priced, so I don't have any complaints.
I had an issue with finding a place where I could write proposals and have clients sign in the same place. PandaDoc provided this solution and integrated my CRM, so it was my best choice!
I like that you can collaborate and work on digitally signable documents and then send those direct to the client. It helps making contracting easy and managing templates along side it is a breeze!
Pricing structure of the product is confusing and in many cases more frustrating than anything. Intentional blocking of features like the content library seem to have no real justification but I understand the need to earn more on a SaaS like this.
PandaDoc solves our need to have all our contracts and proposals in one place. It also allows us to quickly create docs based on templates. This has massively cut down on our proposal input time.
you can easily upload existing documents when onboarding, make duplicates on an ongoing basis, quickly send out documents to clients, everything kept in one place which makes it easy for the whole team to have visibility. Hubspot integration is excellent, it's nice to be able to quickly click into a contract while on a company/deal/contact profile
Nothing that I've experienced so far - it's saved a lot of time from manually creating documents each time, and is much more professional than sending clients a PDF/word doc
We used to use Canva for proposals and Word for contracts. Using PandaDoc for proposals is way easier because I can pull contact/company/deal fields from Hubspot to prepopulate the proposal. I used to spend 15 minutes editing contracts in Word, now with the Hubspot integration with PandaDoc I click 3 buttons and the document is created. It's helped so much that I'm now writing this review as a thank you to them.
it is a very simple method to get signatories in an official way. most importantly, the platform is very user-friendly compared with other platforms. This is recommended by a government authority.
I have suggested this to some other friends and they are not able to access it free for their signatories. It implies that some of the users may not comfortable with the platform.

So simple to use. Pandadoc has made getting clients to sign agreements and documents remotely a piece of cake. I love the fact that you can do most things on the free version of PandaDoc too

I have been using PandaDoc for requesting signatures for my small business for a few months now and I am absolutely loving it! The platform is incredibly easy to set up and use from day 1. I needed to improve our contract quality, approval processes, and speed to send/sign. Hubspot integration, contract templates, reusable content snippets, and configurable data elements turned our contract creation process from hours to just a few minutes. Automated approval processes, client reminders and built-in digital signatures make the signing process smooth. We also use Zapier to store signed copies and contract data in systems of record.
I would like to see data integration with accounting systems setup as a standard part of the product. We have a combination of one-time project contracts (single invoice) and subscriptions (monthly recurring invoices) that we setup manually. Unfortunately using Zapier, in this case, is too complicated.
PandaDoc manages our entire contract lifecycle (CLM). It is the orchestrator between hubspot and each contract's final destination in our document management system. Without Panda our contract creation process took literally 10x as long and we still didn't get the benefit of automated reminders, digital signature, and easy integration.
