Rather than considering it as something, we would treat it as a suggestion. Our work revolves a lot around designs and files. And, with a lot I actually mean a lot. As daily, hundreds of designs are made, edited, changed and finalized for each client. So we would want to organize all our files in a much better way, in the files section. Something like folders would work best probably.

There is nothing I dislike. The tool looks good, is simple to use and can be used from anywhere, anytime and from any device. What else would anyone look for in one great project management and collaboration software.

All in all, it has lead to better planning, organizing and delivery of all projects running simultaneously.

While ProofHub is a powerful tool, there are a couple of areas that I think it needs to improve at. It does not create an invoice for logged time, and it is possible only through integrations with Freshbooks and Quickbooks. And there’s a lack of advanced notification systems, which can overwhelm some users.

My team leads of different departments were struggling with task allocation and management. As per my knowledge and experience it has been a great project management tool which helps team to complete task faster. And it is very easy to use and it helps to achieve target and provide accuracy and better outcome without investing a lot of time and effort.

There is nothing I dislike about this tool as it is also cost efficient tool as compared to other similar tools. This tool is really helping people and I don't have any negative thing so far which I have experienced.

It is helping people to focus on their goals by making the tasks easier and it is also very economically for those who do not want to invest much. It has all in one package we can access at any time with ease.
