Although a solid application for business purposes but its application is very unique and sensitive if there is anything wrong with uploading then the whole application can’t be honest enough to get the benefit. So it is important to understand its feature first by availing its free trial, then install it into the scheme.

I don’t know about technologies much, but in this event, I must say a very easygoing and flexible software to interpret. Its mobile version as good as desktop version bot is very helpful and easy to establish. My line of work is increasing as I’m using its unparalleled features like graphics, email customization, analyzing the latest movements in the marketplace. My half work is executed by this software and I couldn’t grateful enough by accepting such a multipurpose application.

ProofHub is a program that is not only entirely interactive but also is complete. Every single feature that it offers is valuable and does its job well. I especially like the way it lets me organize the tasks and the Gantt charts, by putting in different templates to choose from. I think that this is a software that is an all rounder, because of its simplicity and because it offers forms to work on various projects while discussing easily with clients and my team. The synchronization with Google Calendar is pretty much robust and I can work on creating projects that fit mine and my team’s schedule.

While implementing Proofhub into our team, we found that it was very difficult to move things from our previous software to the new one. The guides that Proofhub offers are not very helpful and it took our time to finally be able to set up everything and start working on our projects.

When working on projects, my team and I like to put our best effort in communicating each step with one another, conduct different researches, divide/sort tasks, and track our time for the best result in our work. I think Proofhub has nailed every single one of our requests so far, and it has been an incredible software that does what it promises. It has helped us improve our communication and the way we do our work.

Our goal with ProofHub was collaboration and tracking. There are a lot of projects going on at any given time, sometimes projects within projects. Our utilization of ProofHub has allowed us to work in real time , as well as verify that the necessary work is getting done. I feel like there is a lot there that is sometimes hard to navigate. There is a lot visually to look at, making it tough to find things at first.

Having one place for a group project rather than 10 different places. It is benefitting me by giving one place to communicate.

No requirement to pay per user, but pay for one package with unlimited users. It's straightforward to use and has nearly all the functionalities required for a project management tool.

There are still improvements required for scheduling time to work on tasks, calendar view needs improvements. Ideally it should be able to set time to work on a project based on date + time.

We're working with 6 different departments over several markets and a couple dozen of brands. Within ProofHub we managed to track and list down all the projects and tasks we're working on.

It is very ease of use because you can split the large task into different sub-tasks in a single task. While assigning new tasks you can set the start date and end date as per assigned team members.Also it is very useful to start the discussion between team-members along with screenshots and text. Once you changed any task assigned to or change any task status then you can also got email for the same.

It is very useful to work inbetween teammembers easily.

It has a feature that lets me take write notes, which I can share with multiple collaborators online while working from home.

The downside includes; there is no way to set preference for the notifications to receive. Also, there's no way to manage groups into projects.

Proofhub has enhanced our productivity by simplifying our collaboration challenges to a great extent. Now, we don't require to switch between different solutions for project management.

ProofHub is all in all a reliable tool for our team. It has proven to be robust and it’s safe to say my team will be using it for the years to come. I like that the interface is very easy to get used to. It is also a preferred platform because it allows you to communicate in multiple ways with chat features and team discussion portals and all.

Since we were using a lot of tools before we got ProofHub, I feel that it has taken over most of our functions. However, I still find it a bit inconvenient that it has limited integrations with other software platforms.

We must take a monthly subscription to use the software, it is not possible to buy only a license. I already encountered bugs or delays that were a normally long. I don't know if it's due to the software or my internet connection.

Proofhub is definitely a very straightforward software that is very easy to use. The best thing I like about Proofhub is that it is compatible with my tablet so I can use it on the go. I like the interface and the features are mostly customizable. Affordable too. Simple, uncomplicated and affordable pricing tiers. Pretty good customer support.

I have noticed that Proofhub comes with very limited budgeting tools. It would be great if they could add some more.

Proofhub has made project management simpler than before for me and my team. For the price, it is a great software. I basically use it for everything about the project I am currently working on. Gives a quick snapshot of where my project is in terms of target vs actual data.

ProofHub has been a really useful software for me. From planning to implementation of the project, this software does its job seamlessly. Most importantly, I can easily track the progress of my project using this software which has made things less complicated for me and my team.

We researched several PM softwares primarily for project task and time management, and have loved using ProofHub. It’s easy to navigate, easy to organize and assign, and you can see all of your tasks from different projects with their respective due dates simultaneously.

I wish the main dashboard looked a little different or were more customizable, but it’s a minor complaint I’m the larger spectrum.

Task management! As a designer and marketer on our Development team, I’m balancing several deadlines and projects simultaneously, while also managing requests from the rest of the organization. ProofHub helps me breathe a sigh of relief that I don’t have to track all of my tasks through email or remember every deadline - it’s all right there, easy to see and manage.

I like that this program connects all points of contacts within a project together to communicate and share data, files, and time sheets.

The reports are not as useful as they could be.

The ease of assigning tasks and monitoring which tasks have been completed and which tasks are pending is one of the best things I like about Proofhub. Besides this there's also reports which tell me when the tasks have been completed or if there have been delays.

The tool isn't as great as we hoped it would be while moving from Clickup to here. It lacks a hue of features such as a good note tool, project management tool or for team collaboration.

We are using Proofhub to enable project collabs for events, everyday tasks and more. Besides this, the tool provides clarity on what tasks are being done by the teammates and what tasks are still pending.

Setting indicators for project and how to track them is really time taking but with this software I get a lot of help to make it better and faster

Overall, breaking a large projects into tasks is healthy. These tasks are then divided up, and tracked. The tracking is the key -- according to time, person, and completion. Ultimately, the record of the entire project is key here: knowing who did what, when, how communication was achieved, and was the project fulfilled.

Dislikes include the ease of making the project over-complex. Technology can be easily used to create delay -- for example, if a task is delayed, and then project grinds to a halt. There should be more ways to prevent this, otherwise the strength of the technology becomes its own Achilles heel.

ProofHub's vast strength is breaking down complexity into simplicity -- but beware it can becomes more complex very quickly. But in terms of benefits, its beauty is as a real time information strange flow system for any kind of project. Equally beneficial is its way of changing the perspective -- to view by task, individual, or comment. It has a steep learning curve, but it is very visually clear, and I enjoyed the sensation of completion of smaller tasks on the journey to complete the big picture.

Clean design with a variety of functionalities to keep projects on tasks. Some of my favorite features include: calendar settings, to-dos/tasks that can be assigned to various team members, email reminders, and the gantt view.

Not much to dislike at all, but we didn't feel it was better than other project management software out there either. Nothing bad about it though!

It's hard to look at past weeks of emails and ProofHub can be quite slow changing from email to email.

Great way for all my project in one place and very great price.

We were previously using Basecamp, but it had become a hassle since time tracking was not a part of the software and required add ons. We decided to switch to ProofHub since it had built-in time tracking and time estimates. It took a while to get used to it, but it does meet our needs. Support has been helpful and responsive to our queries. They seem to also roll out updates regularly.

Some of the user interface isn't as intuitive as expected or desired. The email notifications also seems to be spotty at times.

Switching to ProofHub has helped us only use one software for Project Management.
