The notification features could be improved. At times, we will miss incoming chats due to not receiving a more obvious notification.
We deal in IT support for customers who purchase our products. PureChat offers us the benefit of being able to work to resolve issues customers are experiencing in a timely manner apart from a typical phone call.
Love that PureChat is user friendly and makes our customer service with our online customers fast and easy.
Dislike not being able to view FAQ's or canned responses in the same screen as the chat message. it takes time away form the customer having to maneuver through multiple windows

We really like the ability to chat in real time with our clients and help them with designs. It's also so helpful to be able to see what pages they're on to better serve them. We like that we are able to see daily what our chat statistics are, and it's a great way to keep our team members engaged and competitive.
Sometimes the website crashes (understandable) but it's usually up quickly. Also, in the reports section, the search doesn't always work properly -- i.e. it doesn't find the email or name you're searching for, even though they did chat with you.
It's another great tool for us to communicate with our clients. It gives us another channel, besides phone calls or emails, that is fast and easy to use. We like being able to offer clients as many ways to contact us as possible and Pure Chat has allowed us to seamlessly talk to our clients. We are able to talk to over 100 clients per day through the Pure Chat system!
The instant connectivity that the chat allows between the customer and ourselves in order to customize the customer's experience with our products, asking specific questions, etc.
The style of the chat boxes isn't customizable. I would like to be able to change the look of the chat box as it appears on our website in order to flow into the design of the website better.
People are more likely to want to chat with us than they are to call to ask questions, which has improved the website traffic.
The ease of use and how I can export the chats to create profiles for the sessions.
They only problem I have is sometimes it can run slow but that be the connection.

The ease of use, and ease of install were rather shockingly so. Up and running for my sales staff in 30 minutes, or less. I like that it gives our customers and potential customers a way to communicate with us on their own terms. Its very easy to start a chat, even easier than dialing a phone number, or sending an email, and we get real time communication. Customer support is great!
Anything that I would put here, is simply because the company is still on the newer side. We have brought a few wishlist items to Pure Chat and they have listened. I would like a higher level integration with Infusionsoft, but they are certainly moving in the right direction!
Getting a prospect to talk is the biggest challenge we face. Once we make contact, we have a very high conversion rate. Pure Chat helps us bridge that gap!
I enjoy Pure Chat's easy use of our customer service agents and support staff. It is authentic and intuitive and allows for customization, improving the accuracy and effectiveness of communication. I enjoy its quickness and interface.
Live chat extensions offer an intimidating interface with overkill for such rudimentary support media. Paid plans are also expensive, and I couldn't find a help module you can call or email.
