I enjoyed the fact that I was able to see all my past hours worked.

I didn’t like that once submitted there was no going back but it makes plenty of sense why that is.

I have had no business problems using tsheets. The benefits are being able to track your scheduled hours a lot easier and it’s very convenient.

Super user friendly app. All of my users love it, zero complaints from them!

Not quite as many options for various timekeeping configs such as comprise and commissions as other software I’ve used.

Needed a better mobile app for timekeeping, needed something with an api to integrate with our erp. Super easy to integrate!

The most helpful aspect of Tsheets is the feature that displays a breakdown of the schedule, so I am able to prepare for my shift to the best of my abilities.

An aspect of Tsheets that isn’t as impressive is the “customer relations” tab.

That they merged with Intuit. The morals and values TSheets had alone could’ve got them further by themselves.

After the trial run it is a bit confusing to use but the customer service guru's they have are awesome and a great help.

Saves time to allow for more productivity in the HR Functions. Being able to link Tsheets to our quick book and syncing right away. The note function for employees to include messages if they forget to take lunch or extend their lunch break. The program is very easy to use after reviewing first.

The calendar function is a little complicated, thankfully it wasn't needed for our business. The GPS not tracking time since it can only be tracked upon the employee login.

We've been able to maximize our overall HR and Payroll functions. We save over 30+ hours a week using this program. The main problems we are solving are employees not getting paid the correct amounts, accurate reporting to the DOL and it even helped with an unemployment claim with a previous employee.

I like the ability to be able to easily track my hours and to be able to edit orders since I am not always free to be updating live. The best thing is the accompanying app that allows me to be able to track hours on the go.

The service is great. I just think the interface is not as simple to use as other services out there. Sometimes I am not sure where certain features live.

I am able to track my hours easily. I work from home and remote sometimes so having the app makes it easy to manage.

This system is very easy to use. I like that the Administrator can set it up so that the employee must be in the office to clock in. It help to eliminate time card fraud.

There isn’t a way to check your hours for the week with out having administrative access

Nothing particularly. The interface is slightly daunting to take on if you're new but really easy to figure out.

Our company tracks employee time with TSheets

TSheets is user friendly and interfaces well with QuickBooks online. Their customer service is top notch. I have only had professional, friendly, helpful, excellent service when I've reached out to them via chat, phone, and email.

I would like to be able to combine the different time entries for the same client on the same day into one line item on the QuickBooks invoice.

As a business owner, I can see when my employees working remotely in different states are clocked in and what they are working on. I can adjust time sheets when needed. The reports are helpful and easy to use.

Tsheets is easy, user friendly, and easy to navigate.

Haven't really seen any downside to using this software yet.

Has just made things easier all the way around.
