We have been able to streamline some processes that used to take up a lot of admin time. And, thanks to great support from the TSheets team (BD1) we're continuing to tweak our setup to make it better!
It takes a while to get everything just right, but it really is amazing once you get everything in the system!

Creating invoicing efficiencies across diverse clients
TSheets has features that we're still learning to deploy, like PTO. One visit to the website answered 85% of my questions and a great call with Denise helped answer the rest, while putting a giant smile on my face. So, I'd say I like the full-featured nature of the software AND how amazing the Customer Service experience is.
I wish TSheets were headquartered in Montana so we could all lean on one another easier.
We're making our administrative workflow easier and we find a great cost savings in bringing payroll fully in-house.
Alicia, went above and beyond to help the integration with T-sheets and Quick-books, she was really concerned with making sure the program worked.

Quickbooks Integration
This makes doing payroll a simple task. Especially for a contractor who does job costing and has completely different job sites and projects going on from week to week. It makes doing payroll a simple task. Their tech support is super.... I worked with Sam and he was great to work with.
It is beyond my computer savvy to get everything connected right into Quickbooks. But even that isn't to big of a problem, as their tech support are such pleasant people to work with and they all sound like english is their home language! I can understand them!
We are a small business and we do bookwork in-house. This saves me so much time as I can actually be out overseeing work more, not stuck behind a desk trying to do payroll.
I like the ability for my crew to be able to clock in at different job during the day and the time imports into QuickBooks with no problem.
I did not have any dislikes at the moment.
The ability to automatically enter time into QuickBooks. This is a huge benefit for us here. Our crews travel a lot from job to job and this helps save hours out of my day manually entering time sheets.
Alicia went above and beyond to help me do what I wanted to have done. Some of what I wanted to accomplish needed to be done on my computer...so she talked me through it very carefully and we were successful.
It needs a little more development in the area of tracking billable time to multiple clients in the course of a single day.
it does help me and my time track our time for payroll. We'll like it even better when it is just as good at helping us track our time that we use to invoice our clients. TSheets as a whole has been really helpful in working with us.

QB's sync.
TSheets will help our company move from paper time sheets and vacation request forms to electronic processing. The customer service has been exceptional. Sada spent a good deal of time answering many initial questions I had after using the trial version for a week.
As a suggestion for improvement, I would like to be able to add our company holidays to the payroll function so that each employee could see ahead of time what days we are closed and holiday pay will be in effect. I believe at this time you have to enter the holidays on each individual employees calendar.
TSheets will make our payroll and PTO processes more efficient. It will also provide our company with "real" hours spent by our installation team in the field versus the current paper time sheets.

There's nothing I count complain about my phone call to support. In regards to the Tsheets program, I would like to be able to maximize the different categories to full-screen. It is not very user-friendly being so small. I'd also prefer a scrolling menu for the employees versus clicking be pages.
We are new to Tsheets. We are hoping this helps us keep track of where our employees are when they clock in.
She went ahead and calculated the Sick and Vacation hours for my employees and whipped up an easy upload document. I was feeling pretty defeated at the time and this was a huge help. Later I was joking with the people in my office about TSheets' relentless optimism and how I'm going to use that with my employees as they use this product. It doesn't fit perfectly with our company. Our employees are pretty confused as to why its confusing in the first place, and maybe its just that everyone has this idea that logging in time is easy when it actually is the first step in a pretty sophisticated sorting process. That is to say, I am also grateful for the the contagiousness of your optimism. Bottom line, I trust TSheets because of help like Alicia's.
I set up the PTO codes with a TSheets representative a while back and they didn't work, so I had done the right things to avoid the PTO issue that Alicia solved. Also, the time card only displays and calculates weekly totals, which is weird, because we are not the only company who uses a 1-15th and 16th-31st pay period schedule. It makes it more difficult for the employees to check for mistakes. I've put in a few requests to the engineering team to make the manual time card flexible, maybe this is not a terribly easy thing to do, because TSheets syncs with Quickbooks and Quickbooks only shows time by the week. But even so, pleeeeeeease fix it! It's fundamental and I don't want to leave TSheets. There is also that caching issue which is more like a fly buzzing in my ear than a flesh wound.
We are taking care of timesheet questions more immediately. Employees now ask me questions instead of guessing.

No strong complaints, although I still wish there were a geo-fencing feature.
Tracking employee time while working remotely and making sure they are tracking time fairly and that the time is getting reported to my payroll system automatically and accurately.

I'm having issues with my field employees being able to switch jobs. Still working through to see if it is a connectivity issue or a TSheets issue.
This was our first payroll so there were all sorts of things that had to be mapped to transfer correctly. We have a little bit of a complex system and Amanda was so good to work through all our issues and get us figured out. I cannot express how grateful I am for her help!
