Rep.ly is incredibly user friendly. They have done everything possible to simplify the process of setting up a drip. The automatic opt outs are fantastic as are the guidelines they set up around reply rates.
Nothing but it would be great if I could get more information around which emails people are replying to in order to optimize.
Reply has allowed me to quickly set up and iterate on business to business cold outreach campaigns while running fast and easy tests around which value propositions different groups are responding to.
Reply.io was incredibly helpful at helping us to cold outreach. The email recommendations are helpful for crafting emails with a high likelihood of response, but most helpful is the opportunity to write a campaign, but quickly and easily personalize each message with one or two sentences. Our response rate is 40%+ because we were able to iterate and optimize our campaigns with Reply.
The software can occasionally lag / load slowly - frustrating but infrequent.
We have a small sales and marketing team, and Reply provides leverage by making it quick and easy to do cold outreach.
Simple campaign management. I can easily juggle multiple lists and build email sequences for each. I make use of templates and clone campaigns I build to easily modify for new campaigns.
So far I don't have any complaints. I'd say there's likely room for improvement on categorizing some of the replies that land in buckets that aren't 100% accurate, but given the keywords/sentiment in some replies I can see why it's not perfect.
Primarily sales outreach to potential customer lists.
We love using Reply because it is super easy to use and we can execute campaigns quickly. The built in tools for optimizing our emails is super helpful to ensure we get the best engagement from our emails. As a small team, the ability to create and share campaigns with each other is really helpful. The layout is intuitive and very user friendly.
My only complaint is that we didn't find this tool sooner. We've use other email tools for automation, but there are specific use cases where Reply is the best option for us.
Customer engagement is a big one. The ability to personalize messages and send them to multiple people is super helpful. When the customer replies, they don't keep getting automated messages, we are now able to engage as real people. Keeping it real is a big value here at Rotessa.
I like how easy the software is to use. They also make really great suggestions on things like the subject line, length of copy, reading level, tone, and call to action. It's really smart and puts you in check when you get a little too excited writing your emails.
I wish this tool was built directly into Hubspot so I didn't have to use multiple platforms for sales outreach. That said, it's good to keep people at the top of the funnel separated from people further down the funnel.
Reaching out to a lot of cold leads who are a good fit for what we do. It saves us a ton of time on manual emailing processes.
Blacklisting is great - super important for my niche. Had a lot of issues with other solutions I had which got me into some hot water. Never an issue here. The UX is really clean, intuitive and easy to use. Support is great and most importantly business focused. They're trying to help you get more response and make more money.
Really not a lot to dislike. Support getting back in 3 minutes instead of 5?
Going to market with outbound. I've been doing this in some capacity since 2012 with spreadsheets and gmail and have upgraded piece by piece into better solutions. I have a hard time imagining living without some of the benefits I currently get from reply such as universal blacklists, awesome support and very easy UX.
I was spending too much time and worry about keeping in touch with people. The fact is without some planned followup sequence - people will eventually get lost and not respond to your email.
I hope reply will expand the API to help external software control more functions. You don't need this if you use it as intended - but I have to make new campaigns every time I deal with the same person through the same process again.
contact followup
Reply allows me to streamline my outreach and track all interaction. It's the only way I'm able to make all my necessary touch-points
I really like Reply. I can't think of anything right now that would improve the product.
I use Reply for my PR outreach for big announcements targeting a large audience. It's the only way to get the word out there in an effective and effective manner.
Ease of use is my favorite thing about the Reply. I needed no training to have a campaign launched!
It would be nice to have some design templates that allow for drag and drop features of images with hyperlinks.
Communicating to hundreds of people in a personalized way is hard to do and with Reply we are able to communicate with our potential clients in ways that would be difficult without Reply.
Easy to setup sequences and import lists to send emails to.
Would love to see text/SMS added as a feature to complete a true multi-channel sequence approach to outreach.
Reply helped with the ability to reach out to current customers to upsell/crossell more easily with dynamic data.
Our sales team loves the user-interface. It's really fun and easy to use. We're able to easily import contacts, setup campaigns and continuously follow up. We also love the support provided by Reply.
Small issue with the editor. It is sometimes a little slow, but nothing that is very problematic.
We use it to follow up with leads who may have downloaded an ebook or one of our decks This helps us keep in touch with leads as well as reach out to new business. We've already seen a few sales from using the tool.
The tips and metrics are very helpful for generating positive results.
I only had a couple minor issues, and the support team was very helpful!
This helps save hours of time reaching out to our prospect list!
I like the simple set up process, clear interface and super friendly and helpful support.
Sometimes the interface is a bit slow, but overall everything works fine
We're using Reply to automate: 1. Outreach emails 2. Some lead nurturing activities 3. Billing emails 4. Trial sequences etc. We've integrated it with our website backend as well as with Sales Force through the API, so it saves lots of time, eliminating manual work. It's being used by several departments in out company and we find it an amazing timesaver, which is very simple to set up and use.
I used Reply for my inbound real estate needs and its brilliant. Very clean UI. Very easy to use. The pre-built templates saved me time and the sequence automation saved me hundreds of hours tracking all our inbound leads, which we used to do via Google Sheets.
It was slightly difficult to connect my email at first but after talking to their great support I figured it out.
We receive a couple hundred inbound messages regarding various real estate needs and Reply helps us manage all our replies.
*Ease of use *Lightning fast response times *Metrics/reporting *Price *Flexibility and ease of customization *Did I say customer service?
To be honest there really isn't much not to like with Reply. They are best-in-breed for all of our marketing use cases...we'd truly be lost without their product!
*Recruiting - Reply has enabled us to efficiently reach out to qualified candidates and engage them on our open searches *Sales/Business Development - Reply has really upped our sales game through the use of their drip campaigns and outreaches
Reply has a really slick interface and reasonably robust integration with Zapier. This is my first time doing mass emails so the support team has been absolutely awesome in giving me guidance both in Reply specific actions but also Mass email guidelines in general.
I wish I had a better way to push data FROM Reply to Zapier and thus to places like Airtable where I keep my Prospects. This is about the only weakness that Reply has in my opinion. The system is fairly good at sensing what's undeliverable, what's a positive response, so on.
I'm a sales consultant who is doing automated sales outreach for a B2B marketing agency. I want to be able to send customized sales emails at scale. I have seen my open rates plummet but that's because I didn't follow their advice about warming up a domain. That's my fault.
We tested dozens of email automation services over the last 18 months and Reply is the clear winner. Their sequencing is gold. Way easier to use and customize than any other service. The AI for subject lines and readability is excellent as well.
My only dislike about the platform is the speed. It can be very sluggish at times when shifting through different campaigns.
We use Reply to handle multiple different email outreach campaigns. From cold email, to Biz Dev and PR.
It's very smart and intuitive and was able to get up and running in no time having no previous experience with similar programs.
Can be a bit slow at times managing contacts.
I use reply to reach new clients.
I'm a HUGE fan of Reply.io. I did a price/feature analysis on all competitors and found Reply to be the most affordable by far without losing core functionality. The UX/UI of the product is cutting-edge, a novice could figure out how to start sending campaigns in no time.
Not much to say here, honestly. I had a pleasant sales experience, the support was always quick to respond and helpful, the product is easy to use.
Cold email outreach to prospects to generate leads and acquire new customers.
I love the we can automate our emails and be able to scale with out losing the personal touch! I love that I can track all the metrics like deliveries, open, and clicks for every email sequence. Love that they have templates so that I can set up a campaign really quickly.
There is not a lot of things to dislike. Like everything system, sometime you run into a bug that can cause a headache, but they have great customer service and are very helpful. Plus the bugs are usually fixed very fast.
We are a online gifting company and have been trying to grow our B2B Side as we feel our product is a good fit for all corporate gifting. We use reply to engage with executives from different firms to see how we can help with their gifting needs. Reply really helps us bring a personal touch with our potential Clients.
