Reply tool is really easy to use. It takes a few minutes to get used to it. A few more to create your first template and start sending emails. Then the best: it works. No downside. Emails are sent and we get feedback as we never did before.
As we do not use Reply every day we can notice that Reply often adds new tools to improve automation. We definitely lack of time to use the full power of this great tool. Then, some tools are maybe not always 100% usefull on all market: as an example Reply introduced a "find email" tool for Linkedin, but when we tried it it was lacking datas on our market. (Travel in France)
When you are contacting prospects, you can not be sure if you will get an answer, and it could take a lot of time to write follow-ups. With Reply, you just have to write your sequence with several follow-ups once. Then it will send automatically the email based on your agenda. It is saving so much time! No brainer!
Reply.io is the best outreach platform on the market with the most comprehensive functionality. I have used several sales enablement tools and platforms, and reply.io is always my favorite. My favorite functionality is its connection to Linkedin, especially if you use LinkedIn Sales Navigator it's an excellent resource for both. The product itself has great UX/UI and is very easy to use and includes reports, an easy way to add and remove team members, and is the best way to do outbound campaigns. Although the product is a selling point in itself, their support team is always immaculate when it comes to answering questions and troubleshooting issues quickly if/when they arise. They also do webinars for sales and new features of the platform which I always find helpful, even if it's not a direct quality of the product. I also love being able to individually edit sequences before they are sent out to add a personal touch if necessary.
No complaints from me - I've been using the platform for over 2 years and when I do have a small complaint or frustration, it's resolved. They always listen to feedback from their customers for product enhancements.
Automation for outbound email campaigns. This is a great platform to reach out to multiple individuals quickly and in a more personalized way. We're also able to track the success of our sequences which is helpful as well and directly integrate this into our CRM. All around it is very helpful for any business development professional.

Reply is simple to use and it has gotten me significant results. On a weekly basis, Reply easily saves me 5 hours of work manually following up with potential customers. And the ROI I get from cold outreach is easily my #1 sales channel.
My only complaint is that I cannot pay monthly. Currently, I'm paying my subscription on a quarterly basis. As a small business owner, cash flow is always front-of-mind. And I'd usually prefer to pay for subscriptions $50/month and above on a month-to-month basis.
Reply helps me to save lots of time following up with potential customers during cold outreach campaigns. This saved time allows me to focus more on warm leads, rather than spending time turning cold outreach into warm leads.

Email campaigns to keep in touch with customers.
Reply makes it super easy to send emails at scale. They know what can be challenging about sending emails, so they fill the gaps and make it easy! For example, they have a warm-up feature to help you safely send emails, an email grader to help write emails that get replies, and templates to help you get started. I've also noticed that they automatically add delays when you create email sequences. A simple touch, but things like that make me trust Reply for my email outreach.

Sending outbound emails to prospects. I use ZoomInfo to scrape leads, Sendspark to make videos, and Reply to send my video emails & follow ups to prospective customers.
The analytics is great, it's also very easy to set up campaigns.
Not much, it's quite good. When a campaign ends, and you add another sequence, emails don't automatically start, which threw me through a loop. But, their support team was really helpful to solve this.

There is nothing to dislike it does the job perfectly. Every aspect is recovered by Reply. It seems the team has thought of every little detail when sending email.
Reply is solving the issue of manually typing and sending each email individually. It can handle 100s of emails simultaneously and direct them to my Gmail account for me to review
I have used a few sales enablement tools including arguably the leader in the industry, so was looking to see what other options were out there before I signed us up with them. I came across reply and their sales team did a great demo and we just evaluated Reply on a 14 day trail to automate a lot of the leg work we were doing manually. My findings: 1. The product is excellent and is up there with the top sales enablement tools and at a great price. (its a 50c per hour increment to your labour component of cost of sales which for what you get in return in terms of productivity is great!) 2. The real-time e-mail evaluation tool is incredible and I retweeked some of my box standard emails using it and the results were way better! 3. The LinkedIn integration is incredible. If you are a heavy Linkedin user this gets you going fast directly into lists and sequences and you can validate e-mails. You can get the advanced Linkedin Automation where a sequence step is connection requests, inmails and browsing profiles. 4. Sales and support were great - free trials of products don't have all the features which is understandable because companies bear cost 5. Defining time zones for contacts and reaching them at the right time is great! Obviously if they travel you cannot control that. 6. Being able to look at acitivity stats and seeing which people you can contact in priority to others. 7. Sales and Support are great and very responsive. It got us great interactions and sales leads actively in the funnel that we are now working on. Coming from using the industry leader product I was impressed. Reply gets my thumbs up!
1. The pricing options were a little confusing and needed some reading and it was not clear at times what was or wasn't in the package you wanted to buy at the end of the trial 2. NOTE: There are three tabs you need to navigate to get all the pricing at the time of writing this review which I should have noticed (duh on me). 3. You can also see the options in your settings in your account at the time of writing this review so the self-service option is great. 4. Whether you pay monthly or yearly this is still great value when you break down the labour cost increment over an annual subscription which I calculated to 50c an hour on a 9 hour work day on the Professional package of $90 per month 5. With 20 work days in an average month. If used properly you do get the 50c back per hour many times over!
1. Automation - Getting targets straight out of Linkedin and getting them into Sequences fast. 2. Quality Assurance - email verification, email warmup and verification means you're sending out emails to real email addresses and your reputation is also intact 3. Knowledge from Data - no more sending out manual e-mails replies and not being able to measure what is going on on the other end. Everything is measurable. 4. Decision making and time management - Knowing which leads and customers to focus on at the right times.
I'm not good at creative writing, but Reply io helps me generate emails from summaries or bullets points and let's me know which are more like to get a response.
Sometimes you have to start over and if you don' t save a draft of the message, it can glitchy and erase the draft and you have to start over.

Improve the LinkedIn automation tool to help brands reach out to prospects via Linkedin as well, along with emails. The current version of Linkedin Automation has limited capabilities.

Some features don't have the quickest flow or aren't fully automated yet. For example, if I upload a contact list that isn't perfectly complete, it's pretty manual to update company names or some other field. True of most platforms.
