"Reply.io is an incredible service for all outbound emailers!"
What do you like best about Reply?

The interface is super easy to use. It also helps if you're having email deliverability issues. I was previously using another service which caused me to have deliverability issues and I stopped having problems wth Reply.io. The interface for customizing messages is super easy, and the campaign management is great.

What do you dislike about Reply?

I have nothing bad to say about Reply, it solved my issues.

"Excellent Email Marketing Software with Robust Omnichannel Marketing Capabilities"
What do you like best about Reply?

This is one of the best all-in-one marketing automation tools on the market. It has robust and easy-to-use email marketing capabilities while also providing facilities for omnichannel marketing (i.e. WhatsApp and Linkedin automation).

What do you dislike about Reply?

There is not too much to dislike! However, importing contacts into the application can be spotty at times. The Pipedrive integration used to be not so good, but it works relatively well now. Contact management for large lead lists can be slow at times (i.e. the application itself slows down), but the speed is not too bad. Contact filtration capabilities could be improved on in the app.

What problems is Reply solving and how is that benefiting you?

Reply is resolving our marketing automation at scale issue, and it is doing a wonderful job of helping us improve our sales and marketing workflows. With Reply we can reach out to and make connections with large numbers of leads with less effort.

What do you like best about Reply?

We've been searching for similar tool for a long time and Reply is the only tool which has everything you need in one platform: email search, unlimited sequences, different integrations.

What do you dislike about Reply?

Sometimes we face with some bugs, but customer support works quite quickly and all our problems have been solved immediately.

"Efficient Email Marketing Tool with Great Customer Suport!"
What do you like best about Reply?

From all tools that we've tried Reply.io works the best. We have consistent flow of replies and instant and detailed answers from customer support, in case we have have some issues. The tool also has extra options to improve email deliverability and avoid spam folder.

What do you dislike about Reply?

Sometimes, Reply extension is stopped extracting emails because Linkedin notices this and blocks account. The rest works well.

What problems is Reply solving and how is that benefiting you?

It helps us gather emails of our potential customers from Linkedin profiles automatically, which saves us a lot of time on getting qualified leads.

"Easy to use and great support/service"
What do you like best about Reply?

Really simple to use and get the hang of setting up sequences. The support has never let us down when we've had questions and as long as you stay in the standard limits, emails go out without an issue.

What do you dislike about Reply?

When you get to the point of having lots of sequences and different industries you're targeting, there could be some more automation but you want to manually be involved in those processes anyways so no real complaints.

What problems is Reply solving and how is that benefiting you?

Streamlining email automation and communication to prospects and clients. We've been able to quickly scale and only need one person to manage over a dozen email accounts.

What do you like best about Reply?

Very simple and intuative to use. Setting up a campaign can take just a few minutes once you have a list, then tracking the responses to the campaign is both simple and comprehensive.

What do you dislike about Reply?

I've learned to keep the numbers down in a sequence so that it works through the sequence quickly....with larger lists it can take weeks toget through the seqeunce

What problems is Reply solving and how is that benefiting you?

We used to make a lot of phone calls to try and generate new business, with reply we no longer have to do this as reply is effectively reaching to more people than we used to with phone calls, but without the effort

What do you like best about Reply?

Reply's drag and drop email sequences are genius. It's not only quick and easy to set up and edit later but the sequence steps Reply offer have improved our workflows. Everything is a lot simpler now.

What do you dislike about Reply?

I have to pay to verify email addresses in our database. Not a big deal as it's relatively inexpensive, but it would be nice if verification was built-in to sequencing itself.

What problems is Reply solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are benefiting wherever an email sequence is necessary. We use Reply for everything from email marketing to candidate experience and employee onboarding. There's more to Reply than sending emails, so other steps like Tasks, Phonecall or LinkedIn Message have enabled us to automate many different processes that require a variety of tools.

What do you like best about Reply?

I like the simplicity of setting up campaigns. It enables me to stay on top of my top leads with the convenience of replying to responses right in my gmail. The salesforce integration is also clutch.

What do you dislike about Reply?

The only downside is that the only trigger for keeping a lead in a campaign is "if no reply." It would be awesome to have a few other triggers that can route people into subsequent campaigns based on the type of reply. Perhaps this could be done with a gmail integration that allows you to tag an email response to route it to the campaign of your choice.

What problems is Reply solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have a lean sales team, so we don't always have the bandwidth to stay on top of leads that don't raise their hand. Reply allows us to nurture leads easily, and the tool is easy to retool as business needs change (as they often do in startups).

What do you like best about Reply?

Everything about reply.io is impressive. Especially the GTP-3 integrated while crafting your cold email templates. AI used at the back end is unique, which also shows insights that you would be likely able to receive a response.

What do you dislike about Reply?

Reply.io recently launched a Data extraction segment with the option of selecting Valid Emails only. Although this feature is not publically available, we were among the few folks who had the opportunity to use its BETA version. Unfortunately, the data is pretty old and invalid also for the emails which are supposed to be VALID.

What problems is Reply solving and how is that benefiting you?

Reply is solving a massive problem. Making sure that your cold email lands in your prospect's email inbox. Reply.io sent emails usually in a batch so that it doesn't look robotic and streamlines the outreach.

What do you like best about Reply?

-the on-boarding was very helpful, as I had no previous experience running e-mail campaigns -the technical support is always there and gets the job done — they are very responsive and kind -the business is always adding features

What do you dislike about Reply?

-there are occasional brief instances where a particular feature will go down, but these have been quite few and far between of late; the platform's reliability is much improved

What problems is Reply solving and how is that benefiting you?

-simply put, I could not run my operation with reply.io — it would be far too cumbersome a task to manage e-mail sequences manually

First of all, customer support is out of this world! I've never experienced this before. Secondly, it is the most feature packed SAT i know. The UE & UX ist great! Native integration to our CRM (Close.com) is also a killer feature.

What do you dislike about Reply?

LinkedIn Automation is not yet fully automated (or at least, I didn't figure it out)

It is incredibly intuitive and complete. I don't know of another platform that better solves everything related to digital business.

What do you dislike about Reply?

The TASK tool could be more complete, allowing the use of some type of popup alert

With reply I can measure the performance of all my copies without having to use another tool, thanks to the STATS section

What do you like best about Reply?

The statistics that Reply shows, its validation method, and all the features have been pretty helpful in getting a successful result out of my campaign. Its been a good experience using Reply so far.

What do you dislike about Reply?

Well, at the start, I found Reply a bit confusing to manage my Mass Email campaigns because of the complicated time scheduling process that this software offers. But then, after a few demo sessions with the Customer Success Manager assigned to my account, I understood how Reply works. From that moment onwards, it has been a great experience using Reply.

What problems is Reply solving and how is that benefiting you?

Reply has been the all-in-one tool for me to run my sales campaign. I was able to extract prospect emails, validate them and also send emails using multiple sequences running smoothly at the same time. It helped me save both time of running the campaign and the cost that it helped me save by providing all necessary functions in one place.
