Rippling's customizable functions have made onboarding and company-wide task management a breeze. We wish we had more capability with some features, but it looks like those are in development, and they hear out our pain points as they create updates.

One need our team has faced is creating "hidden" pre-hires in specific circumstances. Creating more confidentiality in the onboarding process would be beneficial.

The ease of being able to simplify our processes in Rippling have been great. If has made things much more efficient for most of our HR, benefits and payroll needs!

It was a bit more challenging to get all of our payroll data into Rippling then we expected, but once we got over that hump, it has been smooth. I would also say for a small company it is a bit challenging to be able to pay per employee for some of the added features.

Efficiency was the biggest issue we were facing and now with just a few short clicks we can get someone onboarded or off-boarded without having to sign into different accounts.

Used rippling to enroll in health insurance plan. The experience was smooth and frictionless. I completed the task very fast. I received a good summary at the end of dashboard notification and email. Very simple and easy process.

Signature process wasn’t easy since I have be using my computer only. It might be a good idea to be able to upload a signature file as it can be done with docusign for example. An alternative would be to request the signature through a mobile pad assistance where I can use my finger and sign on my mobile phone and use this signature in Ripple to sign the documents.

HR, training and on perform onboarding of new employee hires. Ripple is a single place we need to login to get information for new courses, task and team members. It's very simple to use, it is loading fast and has an intuitive modern looking user interface. I like that there are a lot of integrations that are available that can help us grow our automation as we grow our team and needs. Also support is pretty fast and we had resolved issues on time when they appeared. Great product to start and run a business with low cost and overhead. I highly recommend Ripple for that.

Rippling is my everyday need to manage the proper working of my organization and to bring the consistency in the work as well. Through this software I am at ease to fill the space in the working process as I am easily managing the pay rolls for my employees and to find the suitable candidate is no more difficulties I have the clear idea about the vacancy and I hire accordingly. This tool has lower my workload because I manage my data on this platform.

One of the drawbacks associated with this tool is that is that it is not so effective in terms of reporting so I have to look into the matter twice. Further while going on with it I have to sometimes go back to proceed again like it do not save the information along with the working that become very irritating.

It has enabled me to bring the transparency in my workings. Due to this software I have stream lined the operations and lower the cost too. Rippling is very user-friendly tool with intuitive interface which is very easy to customize too.

In just a few clicks I can enter my information or change it, additionally I can also look into the profiles of my direct reports. I can also easily change my bank information to get my salary into other account.

I think the design in general could look nicer.

When you have remote team it is hard to sign contracts and to concentrate all the information regarding RH and payment on one site. By using rippling we just solved one more problem and can focus in what really matter for our startup.

It's much easier to use than the platform I had before. Specifically, the design, organization, and UX makes things more convenient.

I love that I can easily see my past paystubs and each one has a super clear breakdown of taxes so I can see where my money is going. I also love that when I go to look at my payroll I can see the pay run for the time it is for and when the pay date was. This helps me manage my expenses and when I get paid. The most helpful thing about Rippling is that all of my payrolls is easily electronically available at any time.

The lease helpful thing about Rippling is that only one of my jobs use it so all of my payment information is in different places. Also, something I disliked about Rippling was the amount of information it required to sign up, I felt like it was violating my privacy and I wasn't completely sure if it was trustworthy.

Rippling helps me with understanding my taxes with the paystubs and providing the W-2 right on the website. I also realized the benefit of having all of my past payslips all in one place, I used to get emails with my paystubs that would get lost in my inbox so this is way more convenient.

Rippling has allowed our company to give the freedom to our trained personnel to carry out higher level tasks than managing a payroll account, our employees can have their profile and use it to carry their income in a very simple and effective way thanks to the tools that the software has. Compared to other platforms it is very complete.

It's basically customer service, it's bad. I have not been able to solve problems quickly that lead me to delay my work at the company, but I have been able to contact the person who helped us install and configure the Software and we have had an immediate response and resume work activities.

It has been one of the best decisions we have made as a company to use Rippling, since it allowed us to simplify and optimize the human resources area. I have been able to discuss this topic with personnel from other companies and some who use this software have told me.

Rippling provides a wholistic suite of tool for HR, especially for a startup. The onboarding experience was simple and we were able to sort out a lot of HR logistics without having to involve expensive HR consultants. Our insurance broker and accountant were able to take it from there - and they were impressed with how organized we are.

The insurance onboarding is rather confusing for Washington state. We had to go back and forth a few times with Rippling support to sort things out.

Rippling is a great cost saving software. It tracks real time. Interface is easy to use. Employee account set up is fast and easy and provides customized solutions

The user interface is very clean. It’s basically handled like iOS so it’s easy to know where to click and how to fill things without any training.

Although it’s intuitive, “pending” actions aren’t always very clear. For example, if you are waiting on approval, the UI could be better at separating requests and pending actions. This is an extremely small gripe and doesn’t detract from the product.

PTO requests and any other type of approval actions necessary are very simple with Rippling. It’s basically iOS icons that represent an action. Click, and you’re guided through every step. This solves the need for any formal trainings and logins can be given to entire teams at once.

Human resources based paperwork/payroll for my employer. Overall very easy to use

Rippling customer service is miles ahead of the competition, their dashboard UI / UX is extremely fast and well designed.

The Rippling password manager / chrome extension is a bit invasive. As a developer it tends to attach itself on every single input, and has caused weird bugs.

We are using it for payroll services and PTO / PSL. While I don't have access to the admin or setting up of anything, as a user it is very useful.

All of the integrations are great, makes for a wonderful hub for everything related to one's employment. The paystubs are fun, and being able to share credentials with rpass is a very useful tool.

I wish I could bulk export paystubs, documents and other personal data. Rpass adds some ugly icons to input fields for logging in on other sites.

Having a unified ecosystem for employees. In a young company having some stability in this realm is really nice.

I would say I am not the savviest person on accounting/payroll software, but Rippling was very easy to use. One thing in particular that stood out for me was the payroll feature that details the percetages of taxes deducted from my pay. I don't normally see that, but I was happy to know. I appreciate it as an end-user and I'm sure other people in the company appreciate it as well!

We are using Rippling for (a) Onboarding/offboarding (b) payroll management (c) IT and security. After transitioning from our previous provider all of the above have become exponentially smoother. In large part, I attribute this to Rippling's incredibly clean interface.

I really really enjoy the Hardware tool. The tool provided through Rippling allows me to check all of the needed details of en employee's computer without having to go and physically check.

Sometimes the Rippling installation tool to add a computer back into the system doesn't always work; it'll hang and never complete and then I'll have to ask the employee a couple of more times to redo the installation.

Benefits that I have realized are better computer and inventory management. It's also a breeze to order new company laptops in a certain setup that you're able to save for future purchases.

Very user-friendly and not much of a learning curve. You can catch on pretty fast without much help.

I requested a few features to be added or changed and there wasn't any push to make it happen. They would just say that they don't have any plans to make that change without any further help or explanation.

Employee tracking is very easy. Onboarding and offboarding was always a nightmare, but this has truly made that process easier. Tracking PTO is also super easy.

My favorite aspect of Rippling is the combination of all the different operations/HR related tools in one interface. Being able to run payroll, manage insurance, designate hardware and software access from a single application has been really simple.

There are definitely improvements that can be made to the account/password saving tool, RPass. At this point, we can't give up using LastPass because of the some of the free form account information we need to save.

Just having the ability to run a payroll when I need to without getting dinged has been a cost and time saver. Our previous payroll provided required us to interface directly with them every time we needed to have an off-cycle payroll run and then they charged us the same cost as a regularly scheduled payroll, even if we needed to pay a single employee. The payroll interface with Rippling takes a little bit of searching around when you're creating an off-cycle run, but it winds up being pretty straightforward.

I am a DJ and I work for a company that handles all my bookings. I get different pay for different types of events. With our old payroll system, it was often difficult to stay on top of my paychecks and ensure accuracy. But with Rippling, our payroll clerk is able to show us a simple breakdown of all my events, each pay amount, and the total. It's made my financial life MUCH easier!

I wish Rippling also showed a breakdown of the amount deducted from each paycheck due to state and federal income taxes.

Rippling has helped me to be more organized and on top of my fiscal life! It's even done some good for my mild OCD because it's so streamlined ;)

Great Ux/UI makes the onboarding and payroll process a breeze. Its everything you need for people management in one platform. Really is just the best platform out there for early-stage start-ups or even small businesses for that matter.

Wish the customer service was a little easier to get ahold of, other than that there is not much to dislike. I will say it be great to manage the entire hiring process on the platform and see which candidates were still interviewing, which ones we need to book travel for in-person interviews, and which ones we have gone ahead and sent offer letters out to.

It's free for your first 5 employees which is excellent for an early stage start-up such as us. Were able to run payroll, and quickly onboard contractors and new full-time employees so quickly and not have to pay a lawyer to create all the necessary docs

Something that has called me positively the attention is the function of the organization chart and the easy portal, since they are elements that allow that the information of the payroll and the payments can be visualized in a simple way. Another thing that is quite positive are important email notifications. In case of any change or relevant modification, an email arrives and also before an event occurs, such as a day of payment.

Some occasional bug or that some updates take time to appear, has only happened temporarily and in a few occasions. I would also add as a negative aspect that the mobile app is too limited, since you can consult information (almost all can be consulted via mobile, although there is some limitation) but you can not make any type of modification and you have to go to the web version to make changes.

Being able to see all the pay stubs in one place and add documentation in a moment is something that saves a human resources manager like me a lot of time. It has also made it easier for me to hire new employees, since with its organization chart and the facility to add data required for new incorporations, everything is easier and the election of candidates becomes a much easier process. Finally add, that in general this program has saved us a lot of time and also shows us updated information on documents, payments and employees helping us efficiently in business management.

It is an all in one, that is the most remarkable thing about this software for human resources. You can manage the payroll, consult the benefits of employees, manage employee access, modify configuration options and even have a password manager that facilitates access. In general, it is a very complete software with many utilities in only one program.

If there is something that I do not like, it is that the design is very limited. There are very few options that allow changes to the interface, colors are basic and simple. They should improve the design in future versions to make it more attractive and customizable.

Rippling has helped my company and me mainly, because thanks to having so many tools for the human resources sector, it has allowed me to manage employee data much more efficiently and be able to solve problems much more quickly.
