This new platform was a breeze to walk through.

It would be nice to have a better intro page helping to explain a brief background of Rippling.

Rippling was more user-friendly and had a better interface and workflow.

What I like most about rippling is the fact that everything is labeled and I get emails sent to myself as reminders to complete different work tasks.

I don't feel as though there are any downsides to rippling. I would only suggest having rippling user-friendly as a mobile app, if not already.

Rippling is solving the problem of being late on things like signing up for insurance; I received a notification that I had to submit that for work and was able to offer in time because of the rippling reports that I received.

Rippling is the most complete system I have ever worked with. It has everything on the same please, very easy and intuitive to use and navigate. You can find all your needs in two or three clicks. I highly recommend it!

Why not have other systems that look like Rippling? I believe that we have to spread the word and help other developers to work simply and just as Rippling does. Amazing job!

It makes my life easier. It reminds me about what I have to do, pending actions. It shows me where the documents are very easy. I don't have headaches using this system. On the desktop or online, It always works!

The most helpful thing about Rippling is being able to see our pay stubs and our clocked-in timing. I love the easy access to everything I need and the ability to look over our profiles.

I don't think there are any downsides to Rippling. I have used many other websites at other jobs, and nothing compares to Rippling and the easy access to the information I need

Sometimes the app is a little glitchy. I'd also prefer if it gave a week-by-week hour summary. Rather than a two-week long one. Sometimes on week two Idk my hours

It helps keeps track of all my working hours, my insurance, my payroll and my time off days are also included. It is beneficial to have all of those in one place.

Rippling makes everything super easy to navigate. On one site, you can fill out your time card, request PTO, handle your health insurance, and a lot more. It is very user-friendly and is designed to make everything as simple as possible. I am thrilled my company uses it!

I honestly cannot think of anything I do not like. It does what it is designed to do, and it's pretty hard not to be able to find what you are looking for. I have nothing bad to say about it.

It's mainly helping me solve any issues with payroll, insurance, PTO, etc. I never have to reach out to an employee for help, because Rippling takes care of it all.

To be honest, I have yet to discover downsides to Rippling; the platform is robust without becoming overwhelming. And their CS team is very responsive to any questions or requests.

Rippling has helped our organization compile necessary internal HR functions in a way that's user friendly for the entire org and enables the team to utilize it in a self-service capacity, eliminating a lot of the need for manual assistance.

That it's a one-stop shop! I also love the aesthetic.

I wish there were more integrations. I still have to manually generate log-ins.

I leverage Rippling to view payments and my insurance plans. The platform is very intuitive and easy to use.

Really nothing. The interface is user friendly and the platform guides users where they need to go to complete tasks.

Typically it is a daunting process to select, check-in on, and enroll in insurance plans, as well as view payment information. Rippling as it all in one place.

Rippling reminders are the best at keeping me on track when it comes to deadlines for benefit selection, reviewing and signing off on direct reports PTO, and the user interface is clear and direct.

PTO accrual can be a tad confusing initially when identifying what hours you have left, hours used, and how many hours are projected.

There are times when switching between different devices when I find it hard to locate specific files or I can't see the same options on my phone as my laptop. It can be quite tedious.

Rippling makes it easy for businesses and their employees to access and distribute all types of work-related onboarding and exiting materials.

I appreciate the transparent tracking of items like FSA and 401K. I use the SSO to Guideline and WeWork almost once a week. Everything is in the place I'd expect.

Some of the dropdowns are a little confusing around the time of benefits turnover - when a new policy year starts, some of the old information is hidden and tough to locate.

Rippling is demystifying benefits and HR selections. The reminders and access are top-notch and I can always find what I need in the platform without assistance.

How all the tabs are easy to see and there is no questions on where things are

That is an excellent interface; easy to find what you need and get answers. If this is your first time installing an app or a group, they will walk you step-by-step It only sends you notifications for things that are important

There is no phone number to call, so they are pretty good at responding within a few hours, but sometimes I need immediate attention. Maybe a live chat or a phone number would help.

It has all the apps I need. They do a lot of the work I'd need to do and are automated by them, like SPDs, payroll deductions and customized reports. It also doesn't allow for missing information making reports the most complete and accurate.

It is simple to use and navigate. I like getting emails about action items.

I have not come across any downsides yet.
