I love how easy Rippling is to use! I can find the information that I need so quickly and easily, including payroll, time off, and info on insurance.
I think my complaints revolve more around the timing that I get paid. Previously, when we used ADP as a provider, I would get paid a day or two early. It seems like my company is not sending in payroll as early as they used to, preventing me from getting paid early. However, I am not sure that this is a Rippling issue!
They are making it extremely easy to look at my payroll, request time off, and enroll in benefits.

The most helpful thing about Rippling is how easy it is to acces what I need. The buttons are simple and understandable.
I dislike that sometimes there is a slight delay which timings.
Clocking in and out, tracking the days hours and meal breaks, having one place for everything
Having everything together in one place makes the process of joining a new organization much more comfortable. Having every part of that experience well designed, makes me even more excited to work at a company that clearly does their homework.
So far I have not come into contact with any downsides. One may well surface, but the platform that my previous employer used was such a headache. So comparatively, I am elated.
Rippling has made my onboarding process and benefits administration process seamless.

The user interface is clean, easy to use, and visually appealing. It makes it simple to access and use benefits and lays out in clear terms what the benefits are.
Nothing that I have noticed at this time.
Rippling is solving the problem of confusion in what certain key terms in benefits actually mean as well as, what can be at times, a difficult process accessing and knowing your limits for benefits throughout the term. This helps me be able to access and use these benefits without undue stress, having to learn a whole separate language (medical related/insurance related).
The ease of use in the app/ website. Everything I need to look for or execute takes a few clicks. Additionally the UI makes rippling stand out from other previous solutions in the past.
No issues with the software to date. They tend to stay on top of updates and bugs. Would like to see more what future development has in store for the end users.
Rippling solves for benefits admin. Expense managment, global payroll, and spend managment. We benefit as we do not need to seek multiple vendors in order to fulfill this.
It's simple and straightforward. The design is nice and intuitive. Benefits enrollment, HR docs, etc., are not fun by nature. Rippling makes what is expected to be a mundane and tedious process pretty engaging. Keep that up.
Nothing. I truly don't spend enough time using it to form a negative opnion, which I think is a good thing. The point is not to spend a lot of time completing HR docs.
Making HR easy.
Rippling files all of my needed items as an employee, in spaces that are easy to locate and navigate. It has made meeting my needs easy! It recently helped me out a ton when I needed to re-enroll in my insurance under my company.
When first using Rippling, it takes some getting used to on the business side. Finding new entities entered can be a proccess if the entity has yet to fill their side out. For example, a contractor entered will always be "Contractor" until that party has filled in their information. If I have to go back as an admin, I have to search through every un completed profile marked "Contractor." That is a minutia filled process. However, it is a small enough to not effect my rating because overall, Rippling makes my job very easy!
Rippling is used most often by myself for onbaording contractors who sell for our company that we need to pay periodically. It makes it easier becuase they put all of the onbaroding documentation in one place and they send out the needed emails without me having to select every email every time. It makes it very efficient in my day to day use!
