There is room for any and all data. It is easy for our team to log details about clients that we can review again months and years later.
It is difficult to navigate. There are too many tabs, whereas our previous system had all important information on one page, sales force makes you search for it within links and redirectories.
We are able to really pin down individual sales statistics with sales force to determine what marketing techniques work best.
Many options. Very extensive and a lot to offer.
It is very hard to understand, and seems too advanced for early stage startups.
Handling leads, marketing, sales.
Very simple, straight-forward to implement & customise, as long as you don't want anything too far out of the "ordinary"
Extremely rigid configuration, very hard to build automations & custom workflows without a certified developer/business partner (coded in a proprietary language) & costly API call business model for on-site implementation
Streamlines Sales workflow
Easy to find HCPs, add, delete, and edit.
Laptop version is very slow bit has more features.
Data capture.
Seamless and easy navigation, keeping me organized
There was too much info input to upkeep
None
Very flexible. Easy to search for information
Very difficult to use and not very sales friendly.
Global CRM
The extent of what you can do in order to keep donor records organized
Very confusing and difficult with a lack of instructional resources
Donor Management Event Management Silent Auction Implementation
Central hub for account management. Everything is in one space.
Difficult to navigate. Lots of sub areas where info can live
Good for housing all the account related details.
In my role the most appealing thing in Salesforce is the ability to set tasks and create opportunities.
Glitches. While some of the glitches my company experience come from a lack of training, the inability to see all activity has been an issue. In addition, the software has recently glitched, deleting accounts, contacts, and information.
The ability to communicate our pipeline to all individuals and the ability to supervise business development activity.
When properly configured it can revolutionize the lead tracking and management process at a large organization to increase efficiency and track individual sales performance in an effective way.
It's far too customizable, to the point where I never know where or how to tackle tasks in a consistent way. From a programming perspective, they have the most complex and convoluted API I've ever worked with. Most "SalesForce" developers I've met are looking to move to something else, as they also find it overly complex and difficult to work with. It's become the standard, and since the IPO and financial success it hasn't improved much and has actually gone down hill.
Integrating websites with lead tracking and sales management processes. It can improve the workflow of an older organization that is large and needs the ability to attribute leads and sales to channels with higher accuracy,
The capabilities to do whatever we want are there
There is no support for implementation, training, or even customer questions, unless you want to pay more
One place for lead management, contact database
I can tell what marketing pieces the salesforce is using
not too user friendly. it takes time to figure out how to generate reports, etc.
optimization of marketing pieces
Repository for customer info is good but if not maintained is worthless
The way it is used by managers to micromanage
History
It was very customizable. I liked being able to rearrange my dashboard for my most looked at sections.
Too many layers for what we use it for. I think it had to do more with how our company was setup. There were three different types of sales people and there were just too many people using it. I would recommend it for smaller departments and tell rhem to section them off better
It is simple to use for accounting purposes however we just use it as a contact book and for setting territories
Great way to keep on track with clients, stay organized and plan my day
cloud based, can have issues with poor connection
More resources available to better serve clients
I can see what my sales people are doing.
It is hard to work with and update. Needs to be more user friendly.
Monitoring my sales staff, the calls they make and follow up.
The capacity to store so much information
The interface feels like 1990. It feels very old school and I often have to start from the beginning in the middle of a task.
The ability to store so many contacts across many institutions
Availability of many bolt-on programs and ability to customize pretty much every aspect of the tool.
The process to customize is complicated, and Salesforce provides a very hands-off approach to educating and supporting users.
Capture, triage, and assigning sales leads. Managing and tracking opportunities and client information. Salesforce has allowed us to increase visibility and capture additional data points throughout our sales and client journeys.
Lots of data available and ability to pull reports.
Difficulty navigating and pulling reports.
All data can be stored/linked here instead of using multiple sources.
I like having 4 1/2 years of my personal work history. I also like having the whole company keep track of contacts in one place.
All the required fields that are not appropriate for everything and the pricing section for one of our product lines is not intuitive.
My management can track every move I make.
Contact management and searching through all records of contacts
How many steps it takes to do anything. Nothing can be done simply or with one click.
Solving contact management and have a historical record of all leads and contacts
I like that it is able to track all of our daily transactions into a financial report, and the breakdown of what was purchased and by whom.
I don’t like that is not very user friendly. There are not a lot of short cuts to create client accounts or complete transactions. We are constantly having to back track and double triple and quadruple check things because it sometimes doesn’t update or save information.,
We are solving problems with clients by being able to more accurately keep track of their accounts, purchases, and and potential future purchases. The benefits of Salesforce is the breakdown of stored information within a client profile.
The fact that there are extensive searchable databases available for me, and I don't have to go through the hassle of dealing with list brokers.
Just as with old-fashioned purchased lists, quality is extremely variable and extensive cleansing is required before the lists are ready to use.
I was able to get an extensive survey list for customer research quickly and inexpensively (though I had to do many hours of work on the list subsequently). This spared me the hassle of going back to my customer base yet again or buying a very experience list from a panel provider.
I like the ability it has to pull in contact data directly into SFDC as accounts and contacts
That all of the data seems to be outdated. It doesn't do much good when a contact's data is very old.
Cold call contact information and end user account info. We have had a lot of success with end user information - much better than account info
The CRM product defines the sales life cycle pretty well and we have. Been a user of the product and happiness gus in deal tracking and closure across multiple Accounts for various products
it needs to hAve more effective data management and sales forecasting capabilities which helps organisations plan their revenue better
Effective sales lead generation to closure
This system does a great job housing all of the information a company might have regarding projects or client information. Since it is web based it is able to be accessed 24-7 from wherever you may happen to be which is a wonderful thing in this fast moving world.
Unfortunately the system is clunky to move around and the reporting applications are sometimes hard to navigate. If your company doesnt start off with a thorough understanding of their wants and needs from the system it can become very cumbersome to work with
Tracking projects and client information for any and all uses, from day to day needs to large projects.
le produit est très bien mais il existe de nombreuses alternatives
le prix, qui est vraiment inaccessible pour pleins de boites
conquête marché
Can easily track and find leads. Chatter was quick
System was down a lot. Lots of errors. Way too many unused fields
Putting and changing orders for Waste Management customers
Easy to follow UI/UX. Easy to contact support. Cloud and on-prem offering.
Product is not intuitive. Very difficult to upgrade. Not easy to use and implement
Keeping all the prospect and customer information in one repository.
The ease of use and lack of overload on information, or even gathering non-pertinent information.
I do not believe this product offers as much information as other competitors, such as DiscoverOrg.
It is a quick and easy resource to obtain simplistic information, however the information gathered may not be complete or an exhaustive list may not be provided for some organizations.
