Shopify has absolutely no downsides, the pricing is fair, the staff is amazing, it has all of the tools, and is the best E-Commerce business platform that is out there! I have had some downtime on my site, but its only for a couple of seconds. Otherwise this is the perfect site for beginners and experts!

They do have glitches in their site, and some downtime occasionally. Some of the options are confusing, and there is a lot going on in the site, but you can get used to it. Another thing that I don't really like is that there are no good free themes, and some people like me don't have enough $ to purchase them, and without that its hard, but can make do.

The benefits of Shopify is E-commerce made simple, not all of the coding your own website, making your own product, etc. You can just simply import a product, and setup your theme, and make sales! Shopify is good for beginners, and has a lot of tutorials online.

This makes rolling out new ecommerce stores incredibly straight forward, meaning i can focus on marketing my products/business, safe in the knowledge that my store can handle whatever traffic comes its way.

After I created a Appypie mobile apps account to launch my shopify website, I seek help from Appypie Support team to publish my app into Google & Apple store which is a very big difficult issue because we are really not familiar with this. And Appypie offer a "Let Appypie help" service to user which we are only filled the apps information and support team will help to follow up the submission procedure. And then the 2-3 weeks after, I keep receiving different email notice about my apps submission progress, every time when I ask Appypie support team, they were so nice that they describe the situation to my everytime and keep monitor the apps for me. And at the ended my apps successfully launch in Google & Apple store. I really thank you Appypie Support team, especially Justin.

Even I entered the apps name & contact email, the support team will ask me again and again.

It's easy to build Ecommerce solution and backend. No need for heavy investment in developing features, Shopify App Store is a real deal breaker.

Many Apps can make your store load slow. Problem comes in once the Online Store gets too big products and sales.

We were able to get into Ecommerce pretty fast and scaling business here is more convenient than other Ecommerce engines.

Shopify has an intuitive platform and is easy to access between many users.

Shopify is THE go-to platform for e-commerce entrepreneurs. It is extremely user friendly and has many resources within the platform to be able to take your e-commerce business to new heights!

The one disadvantage about Shopify is that it does cost money past the 2 week free trial. Adding on important apps that you need to help run your business, also cost money. It can add up. So, it is important to have a game plan BEFORE you start your 2 week free trial. That way you can have a big head start before your monthly charges kick in!

How simple it is to use shopify everyday. The app on my phone is very easy to use, and is fast/responsive to load into. I also like how many options there are with the plans, and how you can receive many different levels of analytics for each plan.

Limitations on customizable options. You can’t always make the site look perfect. Pretty much, the themes are customizable and you can drag and drop.... however there are definitely times when you can't do exactly what you want due to certain limitations.

Unable to fully customize every single aspect of the themes for my website. You can change the look, but can’t do everything and anything you’d like to do (nit picky small things). Such as moving a logo slightly, or changing certain aesthetic designs.

My favorite part is Shopify Shipping. I love being able to create my shipments within my Shopify site and taking advantage of their shipping discounts. It's much easier than having to connect with a 3rd party to ship and the discounts are great. Shopify support has always been great as well.

It can be challenging to work with different apps.

We also have a Printful store that we use for print on demand products and our Shopify has worked seamlessly with that.

Easy UX for clients and customers. We have the full functionality to design what we need to - to our clients’ specifications - while allowing them to an easy to use dashboard to manage their store thereafter.

The only negative about Shopify (from a developers standpoint) is that they don’t allow much customization of the cart/checkout process.

I only send my clients to Shopify. It’s functionality allows my team to develop killer eCommerce stores for our clients while simultaneously giving my clients and easy experience in the backend of their site and providing their customers with an easy user experience.

Easiest setup for a website ever! Glad I played around with wix then shopify and ultimately decided on shopify! Love how they integrate with everything! Shopify makes being in the retail business a reward.

What I dislike about shopify is well nothing! I can’t recommend it enough! Anytime I’ve had even the slightest issue, I can count on supporting to answer my questions or help me with anything.

I love how many amazing features you can add on with the thousands of apps that are available. You can really customize your store to your needs and the needs of your customer, no matter how big or small your brand is.

I wish customizing the look and feel of the site was easier. They have great tutorials available, but I wish building a site was more user-friendly.

I use Shopify currently for a business army fiancé owns, but I run it. Shopify is so easy with managing orders, completing order processes, and printing shipping labels. It’s our saving grace!

With a clean, easy-to-use interface Shopify allows for a seamless integration of a business with E-commerce. It allows for easy access to professional reporting that can be used to make good business and sales decisions. I also like the fact that Shopify has a Button’ allows you to use it to sell products easily on an existing website that you might already have in your possession.

You are tied to using Shopify's payment Gateway, and even if you use a third-party payment gateway you still cant avoid transaction fees. Exporting Blog posts from Shopify can be cumbersome

I like their payments platform. They really make it easy to get an online store up and running.

They need to take another look at their abandoned cart emails. They only allow you to send one email out and you can only select from four different options to send after a certain amount of hours. You can install a cart abandonment app that requires more functionality.

Being able to get an online store up and running within a few hours is amazing.
