We were able to check the progress of the team's common task in a visible shared space called 'work space' and check issues related to the tasks. The larger the project, the more employees involved, so it is convenient to be able to check the progress of all tasks at any time during each task.

It wasn't easy to register tags or color labels in batches by selecting multiple tasks simultaneously. Since it is often helpful to register and manage the same label for several similar tasks, it will be convenient to use if the label registration method after multiple selection or area selection is allowed.

We are using "SWIT" for projects that require multiple tasks to be performed simultaneously based on a long-term timeline. It was a significant advantage that project members could check the status of their work in the workspace from time to time without a separate email or other contact methods to share the progress of their work. Especially since we're using Google Shared Docs, it also feels convenient to connect with Google.

We can share all information about the business task in real-time.

I strongly recommend this tool. we are using in huge project. This tool contributes very much to work productivity and makes employees evaluate this tool very high.

Nothing to tell dislike stuff. Account management is a bit uncomfortable. However, there is no big problem with using it. I hope there will be support for various languages.

It was excellent in managing and reporting multiple projects at once. It contributed greatly to productivity improvement by shortening working hours and sharing work progress with all employees.

Swit is very easy to understand the project progress and organize the task.

It is not easy to set tasks order to timeline. So sometimes I have to go back to check the subject not finished yet.

Visualization of project roadmaps, various viewing functionalities, and connectivity with other platforms such as Google Drive are all exemplifications of the numerous features that Swit provides, helping to build a stronger and more competitive work environment. Although Swit is a reasonably novel workspace, it is substantially developed and can be used intuitively.

Personally, no inconveniences have been found within the Swit workspace.

Tracking project timelines cannot be more manageable and easier with Swit. Keeping all relevant personnel updated with necessary tasks without having to alert each and every person is extremely convenient.

Best of all, it is compatible with Google Workspace.As you know, any great feature is useless if it's not compatible with Google Workspace these days.

It is a pity that sometimes there are properties that cannot be sorted.

swit has very powerful compatibility with google documents so that the user can input the progress of projects very easily and it is also very helpful to check the progress at a glance.

With regard to the functions of this project manangement tool, there is not that much dislikes so far. But as for the signout method, the one thing what was inconvenient is that I need to log out every time when I finish my work for the securites. Swit is not providing automatic log out when I close the swit webpage.

Swit is a powerful project management tool when we have lots of projects simultaneously. We can cooperate with team by inviting person in related department easily.

It is good to utilize many perspectives of views(Bucket/Team/Timeline)

We are using this tool for our M&A, so there are so many counterparts involved. With this tool properly I can assign my counterpart to follow up.

This project management tool is very helpful when quickly accessing task-related data and keeping tasks on schedule.

Not everyone participating in the project is familiar with using this program. If Swot helps people easy to understand and feel like they are part of the project, that would be perfect.

For information sharing, people in the project could load and share some files and communicate at the Swit.

It's perfectly connected with google workspace.

I had little difficulty in understanding the hierarchy and concept of the workspace, activity, task, action plan, etc.

I am working on a complex project with multiple teams through SWIT, and everyone is working on the project comfortably through SWIT. SWIT is easy to use, highly visible, and the program is lightweight.

During a pandemic, it is hard to cooperate with co-workers. Swit helps collaboration.

Connection with chat and work. I can be assigned tasks on the direct message. Also, visibility of the project and task assign system is convenient.

The alarm isn't working well sometimes, so I missed messages.

I can connect google calendar and spreadsheets. It's easier to manage schedules and deal with deadlines.

SWIT is the one tool and all of the works about the company.

In the beginning, it was possible to use the Workspace and the Direct Message. But now impossible

Higher level of support on WBS would be appreciated; it is currently at level three.
