The ability to use this software from my pc, my phone or my tablet
If you want all options, you'll have to pay
Focusing on what to do next !
Customizable lists and extensions in other apps and platforms
Not particularly sophisticated, I was hoping for something a little more interesting to look at
Time management and organization
Simplicity of use and easy learning, it is one of the most completes on its field. I like specially the possibility of opening my list in all platforms and to edit them and see the changes automatically
I don't like the lack of client for every platform and neither the old android interface. Also I think the possibility of sketching over a list is not well implemented and could be a positive point
Lost information and to do list unfilled because of the bad communication between members that can be solved due to this tool.
I like the ability to receive emails for due items.
I can't get reminders on my phone the way I can with my apple Remind app and I would like a notes feature where I can make freehand lists
I wanted to use this to be able to write lists as well
It's a great to-do list, and I like it for family use or for keeping track of personal tasks at work.
Our organization used todoist when we were smaller, but now that we are a larger team (15) and need more project-management functions, we outgrew it. It doesn't group tasks well.
We were trying to solve the problem of understanding tasks of an entire team. What we realized is that todoist is good for one person to track their to-dos, but doesn't work well for more complicated assignments and team structures.
I like the idea of a ToDo list that can be used to plan your tasks and time and have used several over the years. Todoist has the features to become a good tool including a good mobile App.
I have found that I use Todoist less and less. I put things that I need to do on it but somehow it has not earned its place in my daily workflow, probably because it is a standalone system. It does integrate with Google Calendar but I had to switch that off because it did not integrate in way that saves time.
Time and priority management.
Easy task management system. Great for managing individual tasks and due dates.
Too simple. Not a good tool for teams or collaborations.
Personal and business tasks.
Todoist was very intuitive and had a nice simplistic design.
Todoist is missing lots of features compared to competitors like TickTick and are more expensive.
I used Todoist as my main to do list for some time. Todoist helped me manage my to do's but was missing features. I had to use clunky IFTTT integrations to get functionality that already exists in TickTick
I like that it is easy to collaborate and share tasks with others (on the business plan).
I dislike the fact that you cannot export tasks and that you cannot easily see task history. I also don't like the fact that you cannot have push notifications on the desktop app.
It helps to make tasks more visible for a team that does not work in the same location
It is very easy to create tasks. Prioritization is okay.
It's too easy to ignore. I need more than one reminder, but customizing reminders for each task is time-consuming.
Helps things from falling through the cracks.
I enjoyed the idea of having a To Do list on my computer with reminders. I also like that it links with your calendar for the reminders. You can also set up projects and sub-projects.
I just didnt find I used it. I think I prefered to have a written calendar in my hands that I can add and edit to. I found the online version less exciting to cross off things on the list and feel accomplished. This may entirely be a personal preference, but I also think others would probably agree with me once using it.
We were trying to solve problems of deadlines and missed tasks. It was used mostly at the beginning of 2018 and then stopped being utilized.
I like that you can add tasks with deadlines and it shows overdue tasks towards the top to help with task prioritization.
I wish the program would always be pinned to the desktop, and would start up on computer start up so my to do list would always be visible and top of mind.
task prioritization, increasing efficiency
