The interface is simple and flat, one becomes almost instantly familiar with the use of the tool. Registration is fast, popular and well structured. The integration functionality with google calendar and others makes it easy to add tasks. Finally, it is compatible with all types of mobile devices, which gives it a clear flexibility.
Punctually it is necessary to reinforce the native application in Windows 10, since it lacks functionality related to notifications, on the other hand, I have had problems with regards to synchronization.
I create my work plans in the short and medium term by using the classification of tasks, handling from all points of view better my personal productivity.
It is a service that has helped me clearly in my productivity, with Todoist I have been able to keep an order of my daily activities from the professional and personal point of view. The interface is light only has the exclusive tools to list and schedule the activities to be performed.
I have had failures with the synchronization, they should correct this inconvenience to have more effectiveness of the tool.
To have my activities in order and not to break with the commitments of my work and the one that I have with me in my personal development.
I like being able to see all my tasks in one place. It’s also really satisfying to check them off as I complete them. The interface is pretty nice as well, and it does the job.
There isn’t really anything in particular I dislike about this; it serves the function that I need it to.
One thing ya really helped with is in my work as an Events Manager. I’m able to make lists of tasks for other board members and streamline everything while still making sure everybody knows their tasks for the week.
Simple to use and learn. Great to coordinate team work and to control deliverables. Multi platform allows for all time all place collaboration and coordination.
No practical mean to do backups. A more flexible mean to categorize tasks are need it. Better dashboards for capacity planning.
Service delivering control. Capacity planning. Quality control.
Because it's cross-platform, it can work on everything from Gmail to Outlook to Android to IOS. It's so customizable for your own system and the sync feature allows you to keep track of everything no matter what device you are on.
Sometimes using Todoist for simple tasks can take more time to create the task than if I ever just to do it right away. That's not really the software fault as it is more a task-oriented attitude. At times, it can be a bit obtrusive of your screen space if you're only working on one computer. The calendar syncing can be faulty and doesn't work very well with Google Calendar.
The biggest thing is that it integrates with my email allowing me to see everything at a glance. By being able to incorporate my tasks along with current emails, nothing slips by. Which gives me a great efficiency to get things done!
LOVE Todoist. Keeps our team organized, and I like that I can share checklists with team members. Helps me keep my work items organized in one space. I also like that I can set reminders and prioritize items and assign items to my coworkers.
Haven't had any issues with the platform yet. A few features not available to free users.
Keeps our team all on our page since we work from different locations. Cuts back on email communication since we can just log into our account and see what tasks are getting worked on and what tasks are completed.
I love that it is an easy, beautiful interface to manage my tasks on my mac or iphone. The integration with Siri is essential to my workflow.
I do no like how sometimes it does not sync between devices and I have to go in and double check which was the latest change. I also do not like how many notifications it sends/
I've seen more productivity and communication in my team. I've also seen more productivity in myself at work AND at home!
A clean interface combined with useful features makes Todoist a great tool for keeping yourself or your team on task. I really enjoy the ability to group tasks into projects or labels and organize based on priority. The productivity score feature is a great measure of how well you're crossing items off your list regularly.
While the desktop app is extremely useful, I felt like the phone app doesn't have quite the same utility. I'm also a very visual person, so it would be great to incorporate different color codes into tasks or projects. I also wish the act of completing an item had a little more gamification and reward to it.
Todoist allows me to see what I need to accomplish at a quick glance. As a writer I can keep track of due dates as well as other miscellaneous subtasks and notes on tasks. I definitely feel like my productivity has improved since using Todoist.
It makes it easier and more motivating to meet deadlines. It also ensures everything gets done in a company where theres many tasks
Hard to discover all the options and features of the product at first.
making sure everything gets done when there are many tasks to do
Todoist keeps all my lists separate but easily accessible all in one place. It's simple to jump from one thing to another.
I wish I could assign tasks on various lists to project team members.
Task management. I'm able to track the progress of mutliple projects and hundreds of tasks all in one place.
I use Todoist as a simple task manager for my own personal management as a professional. I love the reminders, comments section, and the ability to label tasks across different projects or priorities I have.
There seems to be slow movement on updating this product. I've been using it for a few years now and haven't seen very many improvements or added features.
Really I'm using it for my own personal investment. I use it to keep myself on track which then leads to meeting important deadlines and showing progress in my work.
So much customization. I can split my to-do list into projects, as well as add labels to them for more clarification. I can mark priority levels, create reminders, etc.
Some of the features I want to use are premium, but I can't pay for a subscription with my budget.
This helps me keep my various projects separate but still keep all the tasks in an organized list so I don't miss anything. It also means I use paper less.

Recordatorio de tareas a nivel individual
Todoist offers great organization for businesses. you are able to delegate tasks, assign priorities and even place deadlines on given items. The ability to have multiple lists allows me and my team to stay organized personally and professionally.
The notification system could be improved. For example, the iphone application only allows for notifications to be put on the "notification" page of your iphone rather than a push notification.
Todoist helps us get our everyday tasks done. It helps to improve efficiency as we are making the best use of our time and increasing awareness of how we spend it.
I like the ways todoist give you a score so you can get track of your things done
I do not like that todoist is not yet compatible with google or the mail
organizational issues, plus I help to make my things done faster and priorize
Clean interface and very sumple and easy to use. Also it really does increase productivity!!!
The plans are are bit too expensive at first. However, after using it for a while the costs are justified!
Internal communication is streamlined and has improved. Less confusion and everyone knows what to do and what not to do. Productivity and less stress!!
Todoist has many features to make delegating tasks easy. You can divide big task into sub-tasks and sub-task into smaller sub-tasks. The sub-tasks show up indented under the mother task in both Todoist phone app and web app, giving the users the overview of their to-do list. You have the options to assign each task or sub-task to other users and have a comment section for group communication and file sharing. Todoist also has integration with time tracking apps which is a great feature for basic users who simply want to monitor how much time is spent for each time and professional users (eg: freelancer) who need to track time for billing purposes.
It would be great if the time tracking integration is embedded into the app or if one of the time tracking apps can import and sync all the tasks and shared people from Todoist app.
I use Todoist to plan out a project that has multiple phases and requires various co-workers' input and I have found that this app is great for keeping track of our progress.
Intuitive UI, Timely Updates, Good color scheme for task segregation and management
More features need to be included. Alarm functionality can be better
Time management is better, task prioritization and completing tasks on time
I like that I can make categories and sub-categories. It allows me to make different types of lists for work and for personal use. I'm able to keep track of my to-do lists and deadlines.
Sometimes, it's difficult to move things around on the phone version to put them in the right categories or sub-categories.
I'm able to keep track of my work tasks and meet my deadlines better. It keeps me organised and by reminding me of the tasks that I need to complete on a particular day through its notifications. It also hides the tasks that I've completed making the to-do lists less cluttered.
My favorite feature about Todoist is how easy it is to add a new task and tag it with the proper date and level of priority.
The only thing I currently dislike about it is that some features are for paid subscribers only.
Todoist has really helped make the overwhelming simple. It's helped to break down larger projects and make each day manageable.
