As one of the pioneering Kanban web-based project management platforms, more than 2 million teams are now using Trello worldwide since its launch in 2011. Trello is best known for its simple visual interface, with cards that can be moved across different columns. Each card holds all the information teams and assignees need to deliver on projects and execute tasks efficiently. Over the years, Trello has introduced robust improvements to its systems, which include a proprietary built-in and no-code automation feature called Butler. There are also add-ons called Power-Ups that allow teams to link your most-used productivity and business tools with Trello plugins.

I organize everything in trello, from house shores to work projects. It is simple, I can share it with my co-workers, wife etc. I really love the colored labels that keep me attention right to what item is more important. and wait for it is free.
It would be nice a github integration, also to improve the search, sometimes I don't find certain card when the projects become too large, also for the closed or archives boards.
Having all my work items in one place. And allow visibility of my work
the way trello allowed me to better organize myself. Very easy to use and extremely intuitive.
In my opinion, they could put the shortcuts more clearly. It took me a while to figure them out
With trello I was able to organize myself better. Sprinting is easier to define, tasks to do, and mapping of tasks that have already been done. Follow up is recorded and everything flows naturally
Trello is used across freelancers, companies and different proyects. Very nice ux and ui. Flexible and reporting and progress visualization is nice
Mobile version needs more upgrade, it sent too many notifications about the same thing,Is not usefull to use it mobile, just to move or create cards but not too much more
I am acrum master and product owner, i am freelancer working for multiple organizations, everyone knows trello and i ve been invited to ongoing projects as a viewer and let me Edit as needed
It is very simple to build a board, you just have to be clear about what you want. When you organize activities you can organize a checklist to organize the card activities. It is excellent that it shows the history of changes of each card, so you know who is the update. Particularly link it to another application and it has been very simple for the whole group that we use that board and that we find out all the changes.
If you have not linked the trello to another application, the notifications are not seen, that is, if you put an expiration date on a card it does not generate a blunt alert that until it is not attended does not end. It would help a lot to put an expiration date on the activities of the check list, since depending on what you handle it is very useful to place the expiration date at that level. It is not easy to configure to integrate trello with other applications. it is very little inductive.
In the office we started using it to distribute marketing activities, since they were very scattered because many people interact in different departments. With the board we managed to track the pending activities per person and close the processes satisfactorily.
Trello is super streamlined and an easy way to communicate between office and field. We sure it daily to track our story development over a 2000 mile distance. It also allows us to make sure we are filming everything we need to create a full show.
Honestly theres not much I dislike about Trello. I do wish you could upload your own photo for the background of boards though.
Trello is crucial for our story team in the field to communicate with editors and story producers in post about how the story is playing out in the field. We use this to tweak and change the order of scenes in television shows. It allows us to play with how scenes flow without spending a ton of time cutting and rearranging in the edit bay. This used to be done on paper (paper edit), but I'm so glad that Trello has made it easy to do digitally.
I can keep track of multiple projects and duties at once, as well as set reminders
I honestly do not like about this program it has saved me so much time
I'm working on so many different things all at once that I sometimes get side tracked. Well This program helps me to keep organized Well as maintain a steady pace with the projects that I am working on. I don't have the issue of forgetting to do something anymore or remembering about it at the last minute and being in a rush to get it done
Trello helps you stay organized, channel your goals and initiatives, and divide and conquer work tasks by dividing up tasks into boards, cards, and more. It also integrates neatly with other software products to make your workflow seamless and enjoyable.
Trello's design hasn't been updated in a while. Other than that, I would give Trello 10 stars. Highly recommended.
Trello helps me organize tasks for my software engineers, product designers, marketers, and business development associates. It allows me to plan out my execution strategy and to divide up work appropriately, while holding people accountable for their deliverables.
I like the way Trello gives you the ability to manage different tasks that everyone has on a team. It also gives you the ability to put details on those tasks which really comes in hand.
I really don't have any legitimate dislikes about Trello as it allows me to do everything that I need to do when tackling a project.
The problems that I have solved with Trello is Project Management and Quality Analyst tasks for two different projects in which I has to test out the requirements of a website and give out task as a scrum master.
I love how easy it is to teach my colleague and interns how to use! It is also great that we can organize cards by adding labels, members, and due dates. I also appreciate that you can get most of trello for FREE.
The only thing I dislike is that I have to pay for powerups. Certain powerups would be very helpful to me, but I do not want to pay for them.
Intern management, onboarding, task management, project management. We are doing lots of important work to boost science education in DC, and Trello makes it so much easier on our end.
I have found Trello to be so user-friendly. Keeping everything in it's place for ease of use. It's been a real game changer in my workflow.
Nothing. I haven't found anything I dislike.
It has been my #1 social media project management tool. Keeping all content for all platforms in one place and easily accessible.
This is one of the app that I most use. I sterted using it at the company then now I use it for personal project. Its super simple but yet powerful. Its easy to set goals and manage a progress with a big or small team.
Not much, for me its perfect, some times there is some glitch at the android app, specially with size of cards or when you share an screenshot. But still great app
Setting goals, specially with checkbox and following progress, separating project between different teams and people. The easy centralized place where you can even add files and screenshot as fast as a copy paste.
Easy to use for any skill level. We started out using Trello for a single project. The UX is well designed that it enhanced our work productivity more than other custom-reinforcement tools that had been built for other tracking systems. It works great for individual and team projects, and allows both mixing of teams and separate teams as case may be. The creation and sharing of multiple workspaces also allows for easy communication and interaction with all team members.
Depending on your team's specific use case, there are limitations that may act as barriers. Might be a challenge to manage a Trello board with many cards added to it. Adding expected time to completion for a task, adding the completion percentage of an individual card can be more helpful.
I live Trello because it that saves time. Trello helped my team to collaborate effectively and I am satisfied with its features. I use it for personal projects and it helped me to better organize my entire work. I was able to help launch a startup company using this product.
Trello helps me manage my todo list with a kanban board. I can easily keep track of my tasks in progress, the ones done and the next ones to do.
I am satisfied with everything Trello offers
Because I can keep better track of my tasks, Trello helps me be a more efficient engineer
Very simple and quick to get going. Interface is unobtrusive, and it's really easy to get ideas down.
Sometimes a little too lightweight... And any significant expansion beyond the original Kanban features requires a paid account.
Simple project management, for hobby projects, or to show people how a Kanban board works and give them some ideas of how to use it in their day-to-day life.
The user interface in Trello is very simple. Basically you create lists and cards. Cards are like tasks, and lists are ... whatever you like, it can be statuses "TODO, In progress, done" or you can make one list by project if you have a lots of tiny projects.
Nothing, Trello is very simple, it does one thing and it does it great. There is a free version, and you can buy power ups for extra features like Google Drive intégration.
I'm using it to keep track of all the things that need to be done, and order them by priority.
I was so hesitant to use this app because I am a pen and paper kind of gal. However, at the urging of my marketing strategist, she recommended I just try it out so we can collaborate on projects and tasks and it completely changed my life. First of all the ability to have teams to share certain tasks and projects with plus having your own individual boards is great. It means I can go to one place to see what I need to do as an individual and where my team is at. I don't have to bounce around to multiple places. It keeps things organized and neat. You can personalize with pictures. You can communicate with each other on there. It even helps with accountability because you can schedule due dates and it will remind you of them.
Nothing. I love everything. I have the free version and it's amazing. I wonder what it would be like to upgrade because I am already in love with this application.
This helps with organization, staying on task and collaborating with teammates.
Very good software for the administration of projects and tasks, it is very easy to use in a web interface or in mobile clients. It is a very good alternative to manage our group tasks or the project of any measure, it is very easy to upload files, images, create subtasks with process measurement. It is possible to share with the members of the work team, the update is real-time and secure on the internet network. Easy to assign task to members and check the tasks already completed.
At the moment without any problem, the very efficient tool in the functionalities.
Very easy to see wherever, easy to present and summarize the phases of tasks and be able to monitor. It makes it easy to see the progress process and assign it to the work team. Managers can view the status of the project or tasks from anywhere.
Trello. I love Trello - I've been using it for years. Being able to add things quick, move them around super easy, adding attachments, comments, lists, links, linking cards. I have used Trello for Task and Project management, data repository, problem/solution tracking, information dump, and more. It is a very versatile app. And the mobile version is just as good as the desktop.
Task management is a bit tough for me personally, as I like list view and and dependencies, which is a little difficult with Trello. The other thing is on the Mobile app, when you have links to other cards it just shows the links instead of converting them to the card titles like the desktop/web app does.
I use Trello to collaborate with our marketing team, tracking projects in there. I use it is an information dump for personal projects, I use it also as a large data repository for IT accounts and problems/solutions. And with the mobile app that makes IT much nicer for problem tracking and logging hardware.
Being able to centralize information about a particular task (assignees, deadlines, files, chek-lists) makes the tool very powerful and easy to use at the same time.
I miss some option to sort the cards in the lists. Otherwise, nothing to complain about.
I solved the problem of centralization and organization of my tasks at work. The benefits are many, but especially having real time control of everyone's activities.
