It doesn’t really have a fix structure so it’s flexible for anything from personal life to-do list to projects at work. It’s simple to add and move tasks around, share it with team members, everyone gets to update the cards and boards.

While it’s definitely fine for agile, sometime you wish to see things in calendar view which is not a feature.

Organise and prioritize tasks. Track tasks. Share to team and stakeholder for transparency.

It is so easy to use for project management. The interface is quite inviting and clear.

Nothing actually. I don’t dislike anything.

The benefits was completing projects and keeping track of projects in a clear way for the entire team to completely monthly work.

I love it how all the required things i need are present in the project dashboard. I can easily my teams work and can add new ones. Its really brilliant how with such little efforts the whole team is on single page.

I think Trello is amazing and all its features are currently being used by our team. We love it !!

The major issue for our startup was that all the partners were assigned with individual tasks which were separate in nature in comparison to others but it was vital for all to know what all members where doing and how they are doing. With one look at trello before a Meeting with potential investors and other people would inform us exactly whats going on what are the issues the team is working on and how is it being dealt.

User Interface, The cards and then list, when done we just have to check those lists.

Notifications area should be improved. Notifications should have enough details

My personal life problems, business and work. I have realized that trello has designed their app so well.

I like card and board feature of trello. It can separate to-do-list, doing and done. It's really help me organize my work.

So far there is nothing I don't like about trello.

Trello list all of my work and organize it very well.

It's realy easy to use and the first steps let you build the board you need to follow a nice kanban board. Ideal for scrum projects and follow-ups, with check buttons, drag and drop options and comments sections. It also allows teams to collaborate and have trace of every activity without an "actual" live meeting. And you also have the visual options for customizing your objects, like the main background or notes.

The normal version should have many more features, for scrum projects like backlog section, details like Effort, duration, execution plan and numers, which can lead to other improvements like metrics and reports for a more featured experience.

Having post-it notes everywhere, the need to buy not-so eco-friendly materials like markers or pens for the notes. The need of space between physical areas, for you to improvise a board and then paste the annoying notes.The problem of the visual search when you have many projects in the same physical area/board.

I liked the “cards” feature. This technology enables you to seamlessly follow up with your team and know what sorts of events in the project need to be completed.

I disliked the experience from the mobile app perspective.

I’m solving problems of organization within a team of people and have benefitted greatly with better accountability because of it.

Very easy to use, easy to configure, you need few minute to handle this tool ! Link with JIRA very easy !

Mobile site work correctly, but sometime it's very sensitive, or sometimes menu appear but are not visible

Trello is a very good and totally online tool that allows me to organize tasks and projects, has options to be able to assign independent tasks to my work team, also allows me to keep track of all the work that is done.

The trello search option is very bad since it does not find what I need, in addition its interface becomes a bit confusing when it has a lot of information or many cards on the board.

Trello is very helpful in my work because it allows me to keep track of daily activities, with him I can be more productive in the office.

As a professional who is frequently traveling on business, Trello offers an easy solution to staying in contact, overseeing the progress of assignments, and placing a time stamp to each milestone.

Unfortunately, I find not everyone finds the Trello platform intuitive and can only enjoy some of the most basic function without further training. It would be great if Trello services came with an account manager who can onboard new team members by giving them a full tour of the platform.

I’m solving all communication issues with my team with Trello. I’m able to manage them remotely via my desktop or the Trello app. I receive push notifications from the team as they come in, I’m able to reply from nearly anywhere, and I can see where they’re at as they check things off their lists.

It has reduced our paper consumption, now our performance is effective and efficient.

It does not has sound ( voice notes ) support.

Time management , Team management , less use of Papers.

The browser integration and the ability to set alerts for deadlines helps organise workflow.

I can’t set the deadline alert in the browser extension, but hopefully that’ll be added one day.

I love the organizational structure of the program. Creating different boards to organize so many projects! I love how easy it is to use as well.

There is nothing really to dislike about it. It is a very practical tool that I use almost daily.

I have used it for job hunting, networking and project management.

It's really easy to use and as a remote freelancer, it helped organize my workflow between me and my colleagues in China.

Sometimes it's a bit unintuitive when attaching files, would be nice if there were a quicker way to do this by cutting out additional steps.

We’ve solved issues of ourselves forgetting tasks to be done before the use of trello.

What I love about Trello is that you can use it on your mobile phone and with any operating system and also it can be used with computers and laptops.It is also very easy to use and all you have to do is to create a board and add all the tasks you have to do.

It mostly favours small groups and it becomes tiresome to search for cards when you have so many of them.

Trello has so much helped me in that I can organise my projects according to their priority and on my To do list am able to know which one is next

I am solving project management issues. I have developed a full stack application and manage it through trello with my team

I love that we can easily type up or upload items and tag each other so we aren’t constantly texting and interrupting each other’s lives.

Our trello has become a bit overwhelming. I don’t think we use it to the full extent. I am also never sure where archived items go and how to find them.

We are creating a business through trello working in two different states.

I have never received notifications about the updates that my teammates made, I do not know whether it is an error or some misconfiguration.

It is great for organization! We use it currently as a process flow board for all of our marketing needs.

It is easy to delete or archive your boards that makes me a little nervous.

Trello makes it’s easy to track your process of projects, even those with multiple steps.

Trello provides email notifications a day prior to the due date selected, I would prefer if you could choose when you are notified. Maybe a follow up is needed a week prior to the due date, would be great if you could set the reminder the same way you do with Microsoft meetings.

Trello makes it easy to efficiently track and update your progress. You can also share this progress with other associates and other associates can jump with questions and updates, which in my opinion is more efficient than an email.

I think trello is a perfect tool for both work and personal because it is very easy to use with it you can create boards to organize projects and assign work, you can also share the board with your team and monitor the evolution of work, among the best tools that trello has I consider that the ability to attach files, images, create checklist, and also organize by priorities, also has a free version which I think is excellent and extremely complete and easy to use and customize.

It's a very easy tool to use, I don't think there's anything wrong with it, I think it's perfect and ideal and it's very easy to configure and customize.

Currently I use it for the organization of both work and personal projects and has helped me a lot because now I have a better organization and I can finish the projects faster because now I know what to do, I can also share it with my team and monitor the evolution of the project no matter where I am.

It would be cool if you could view your cards in spreadsheet layout as well.

I am able to easily prioritize the most important tasks in my life and unload any thoughts swirling around in my brain into a card where it will live and I won't lose it.

Able to track all my to do list, i have use it to track multiple projects and it is able to prompt that i have outstanding items which makes it easy.

The navigation might be hard at time but it is still one of the best i have used

You can organize your projects and add comments in all of them. Moreover, you can divide tasks in: lists of tasks, on going and done.

Maybe the app is less visual and the comments are very hiden.

We’re a collaborative team of visual thinkers. This is like someone reached into our head and pulled out the perfect solution.

I can track all the task/project assigned to me and I am able to know which is the priority out of all those which helps to estimate the time.

Just maybe it could also have sms feature for reminder for the due task.

I haven't encounter any problems yet, by using Trello my tasks are organised and it helps for time management.
