Sometimes the Chat breaks up for some reason. I did not find how to turn off the chat subsript email. Option: The tool should turn the operator offline after some time of inactivity

Das Design ist klar, die Anpassungsmöglichkeiten insbesondere auch zum Thema Datenschutz gefallen mir sehr.
Ich kann es nur nutzen, wenn ich vor meinem Rechner sitze und den Browser geöffnet habe und tatsächlich eingeloggt bin. Mir ist es nach einem Browserabsturz bereits passiert, das ich nicht angemeldet war, dann bekommt man natürlich auch nichts mit. Desktop und Mobile App wäre da hilfreich.
Ursprünglich wollten wir Userlike Testen um abzusehen ob es für ein Kundenprojekt geeignet ist. Dazu haben wir es auf der Seite eines unserer eigenen Produkte eingesetzt. Tatsächlich konnten wir so 2 oder 3 Kontakte generieren. Es hilft durchaus Hürden zu überwinden und hilft dabei potentiellen Kunden auf schnellem Wege Antworten zukommen zu lassen.

El diseño moderno y la UX en general. La posibilidad de personalizar los mensajes. La integración en mi Wordpress ha sido sencilla. Muchas opciones de configuración (aun no he explorado todas las opciones), la posibilidad de lanzar chats en determinados eventos.
Que no halla una app mobile con la cual responder los chats en cualquier lugar. Es una limitación tener que estar frente al labtop con el navegador abierto. Somos un pequeño ecommerce, no tenemos operadores, respondemos 24x7 allá donde estamos y ese es una de nuestras ventajas competitivas (la cercanía en el trato y la facilidad para contactarnos) Por otro lado pensabamos que con User Like podríamos responder los chats con Facebook Messenger desde nuestros móviles, pero tras leerlo detalladamente vemos que no es el caso.
Buscamos un chat para dinamizar nuestro e-commerce y userlike parece una buena opción (necesitamos probarlo un poco más). Usamos en el pasado Tidio Chat con buenos resultados pero tuvimos que desistalarlo por conflictos con otros plugins.
