Easy to integrate to site, the backend is very functional. Also the auto message option is a great tool while you are offline.

What do you dislike about Userlike?

so far there is nothing to dislike, all works properly.

What problems is Userlike solving and how is that benefiting you?

with Userlike I can contact the visitors immediately and they honour it very much. we got great ratings.

I have not to say that I don't like it. For now, it is working just fine.

Für die digitalen Ausbildungsmessen ist userlike eine sehr gute Option um mit den Bewerbern in Kontakt zu treten. Die Einrichtung und die Bedienung ist wirklich sehr einfach und intuitiv. Der Support ist bei Fragen rund um userlike sehr hilfsbereit und außerdem sehr schnell.

Leider kann bei userlike nach der Testphase nur ein Widget weiterverwendet werden.

Everything is in german and easy to understand and use. Widget is easy to customize.

What do you dislike about Userlike?

Message center could be more clear. To many options at all for me. When Login failed (any user) account is blocked, but no information how long. There is only the message: Wait a little bit and try again.

What problems is Userlike solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are even more easy to reach now! Easy support for customers
