Vendasta, to me, is a dream come true. I have worked with professionals most of my life but have never seen this level of care anywhere else before, let alone having a great Platform that is a complete business in a box. I have tried to establish my platform for a long time, been through all sorts of challenges. I was never able to make it; no matter how much money I spent or what team I worked with, it seemed impossible, even though when I had support and funding from the government, it was still not happening until I have found Vendasta. Vendasta finally has given me the confidence and the tools to go out there and start a great business without any effort in building a team or products, taking a lot of the stress away and leaving me to enjoy building my business the way I like it. The fact is, until now, I couldn't pick on one thing that is wrong with Vendasta. It's simply a team from heaven.

The customer service! Everyone I've ever spoken to is extremely friendly and very helpful. They've done everything to make sure we're up and running the best way possible.

There's a bit of a learning curve when you're setting everything up. But I just ask the chat team for help and they take care of it so that's not a huge deal.

We're able to offer more services at better prices. Also, the fulfillment service is a major time saver.

I appreciate how Vendasta provides so many unique options! The platform I use the most is Social Marketing Pro, and this has been an amazing tool for effectively and efficiently reaching our clients here at The Rock 98.5. I also appreciate how their support staff goes above and beyond to assist; if we have questions for tools we are using, they will gladly schedule a call and walk us through what we need to know.

I do wish that the financial documents listed which business purchased the product that I am being invoiced for.

We have assisted clients with creating beautiful, effective websites to help them better communicate with their clients. As mentioned above, we have also been able to reach many more of our own clients through Social Marketing Pro, and I have especially enjoyed being able to gather valuable content to share with our audience.
