Chiara is always available at our request and takes the time to explain every opportunity and all aspects of the products and services we inquire about. She is always checking in with the team and seeing where she can assist in opportunities or training.

I do wish when Vendasta bills out the account it was in one bulk transaction for all products and services, instead of individual transactions.

The online App & Dashboard are amazing to keep track of all digital marketing activities and analytics in one place! The white-label service is excellent and very timely. The support is rapid and thorough in answering all questions and helping you understand and sell products.

It is expensive but worth the investment.

The completeness of their strategy and the elegance of their app design

Not every package can be separated into individual apps and sold separately. Example the Reputaiton app has an ADA accessibility widget but I asked about just the widget and was told it could not be sold separately

We want to offer DFY services and don't want to staff up. I have product/service offer strategy and development done for me with excellent marketing assets.

Vendasta has been a great partner with their tools but Hashim Syed, Partner Development Manager, takes the experience to a higher level. He wants each client to succeed and goes above and beyond to help in every way possible. There are other platforms out there but it is people like Hashim that contribute to our success.

Vendasta has allowed my digital agency to appear larger than what I am. Because they have a list of products/solutions that I serve my clients with, I no longer have to hire staff to work on my projects... All I need to do is log on to the partner center, look in the marketplace for a given solution and launch my project. It has helped me streamline my processes.

I have been with Vendasta for 15 months now, and in these 15 months, I have had 3 different PDMs handling my account. I would have liked that number to be less so that we can work on a plan together. I am happy with the PDM that I have now and I hope he stays on.

The biggest problem Vendasta is solving with me is solving for me is the automation of reports being sent to my customers. This used to be a burden every month for me prior to working with Vendasta's ecosystem.

The platform is robust. It takes some time to learn its many features and capabilities. However, it's incredibly powerful and ready to handle large sales teams!

Vendasta offers a wide range of resellable products and services. This allows my agency to provide custom packages to businesses large and small to expand their marketing. In addition to the resellable services, their fulfillment teams help keep projects moving forward smoothly and efficiently. And to top it off, the account reps, like Chiara Traverse, act as fantastic guides and cheerleaders, coaching you along the way and celebrating wins.

The only downside to having such a large fulfillment team needing those streamlined processes can sometimes reduce the ability to do custom work through the platform. But this is sufficiently made up for by the team's willingness to do their best to provide the highest quality of service and fulfillment at a price that allows agencies to maintain healthy margins.

Before Vendasta, I had issues finding people to fulfill work for my agency. Contractors were sometimes unavailable or didn't deliver quality work. Vendasta gave me access to quality, vetted fulfillment teams that have helped us scale our work and take on more clients.

Some products are not available for my country but the vendors do what they can to accommodate.

Vendasta provides a user-friendly dashboard and excellent communication!

There are some parts of the dashboard that are a little hard to understand.

I primarily have used Vendasta's services for Reputation Management. This has proven to be very useful for clients that do not have time to manage their online presence.

My expert, Alfred Umasor, has been patient and has directed me to meet MY goals, not his, this platform has awesome ideas for business software's to website tools!

I haven't found anything I dislike. The site truly is very well put together. There was just a few sections that has multiple tile selections that were duplicate.

I want to package my own product for my writers niche. I have found there isn't one fix all do all product for what I need. Vendetta has made SaS bundling a breeze! I can create my own bundle! This is awesome for any business in softwares!

Vendasta creates opportunities for an agency to increase it's offerings to clients via it's marketplace.

If there is something that I have to choose, it would be the lack of centralized marketing pieces from the vendors within the marketplace.

Vendasta is a complete platform for an advertising agency.

The relationships with everyone along the way make you feel like you have little cheerleaders! The platform and people are fantastic. The onboarding and 1:1 I don't think does compare, the people assigned to me were amazing to work with.

I do wish I could have a grid to use for Instagram posting as it is a visual platform, also the ability to post to stories...I would like to be able to utilize my clients for a CRM or an automated email campaign as well as for myself.

I really haven't had the opportunity to solve any problems yet with my type of business or clients. However, the posting platform saves me a lot of time!

There are many elements to what Vendasta offers to Partners that coincide with the vision I have for my company, Corporate Diagnostic Center. As I become more knowledgeable of the types of services available to me, I can help other business owners scale their businesses on a global level confidently, and more importantly, I can do this with efficiency and ease. There is not enough time to learn everything I want to learn to enhance the user experience for my clients. I would love to do an in-person onboarding to help get to the solution quicker.

In our business we used Vendasta for SEO Marketing, Website optimization and to increase business sales easily. In Task manager we can personalized our dashboard. It gives extra ordinary review management services to increase the trust with customers. We can create email marketing campaigns to boost business sales using business apps. Our users can create multiple email campaigns using drag and drop features. All email campaigns are responsive tested and set marketing campaigns for our business products.

The Vendasta dashboard is clean and easy to navigate. The Business app is fantastic for a freebie for new clients and the Snapshot Report is awesome to land those new clients!

I actually don't have any dislikes. Maybe make Customer Voice a bit easier to use.

The biggest advantages are being able to outsource work I would have previously not provide and have a client dashboard to keep everything organized!

I can't say enough good things about Vendasta. They have been a trusted partner of ours and are always there when we've needed them most! They also offer great customer and care, which makes it so easy to work alongside them in our growth stages.
