The options for services are all great and well-vetted. The support from our partner Chiara is second to none. She is always responsive, helpful and looking to help increase our client acquisition and retention. We truly have a partnership looking out for our best needs and those of our clients.

There is nothing that I dislike with the service.

The benefits of having options for services and providers are great. With the different industries and sectors we work within, we need options based on our client's needs. Having our partner Chiara has been very beneficial as our questions, concerns and additional support is always met promptly and with our and our client's goals in mind.

I love working with Chiara the best. She makes the massive Vendasta ecosystem manageable and navigatable.

There are periodic glitches and duplicative work.

Staffing concerns and infrastrucutre. We are having lots of success with Vendasta simply taking over some of the management for us.

Vendasta offers a wide range of resellable products and services. This allows my agency to provide custom packages to businesses large and small to expand their marketing. In addition to the resellable services, their fulfillment teams help keep projects moving forward smoothly and efficiently. And to top it off, the account reps, like Chiara Traverse, act as fantastic guides and cheerleaders, coaching you along the way and celebrating wins.

The only downside to having such a large fulfillment team needing those streamlined processes can sometimes reduce the ability to do custom work through the platform. But this is sufficiently made up for by the team's willingness to do their best to provide the highest quality of service and fulfillment at a price that allows agencies to maintain healthy margins.

Before Vendasta, I had issues finding people to fulfill work for my agency. Contractors were sometimes unavailable or didn't deliver quality work. Vendasta gave me access to quality, vetted fulfillment teams that have helped us scale our work and take on more clients.

Ease of communication with our Partner Development Manager, as well as the ability to manage multiple clients and resellers in one place.

The Vendasta dashboard platform takes some getting used to, but overall no significant dislikes yet.

Customer acquisition, for one. And the ability to scale up with reselling.

The products work for my clients, and I love the support from the entire support staff. The staff at Vendasta couldn't be more helpful or supportive. My current sales support team member, Dakota, is AMAZING!! We meet regularly to discuss sales opportunities, products that would be most helpful to my clients and suggests tips to help close the deal. He has been instrumental in helping my business grow as a sole owner of a bustlng marketing company, its great to have someone so supportive on my team. He is always there to answer questions, offer support and guidance. LOVE working with Dakota and the team at Vendasta!

The learning curve, in the beginning, was a little complicated, but once I learned to navigate the dashboard and the tools available, it's been smooth sailing.

I love that they have an app that you can use along side your business. This helps to sell the product

I would rather have employees my own in all areas, so the systems of our business are ours alone, but honestly, it's still incredible

Some products are not available for my country but the vendors do what they can to accommodate.

Vendasta provides my business with an all-in-one platform and marketplace of digital marketing tools, apps and guidance I provide to help local businesses grow. They make it easy to find products to sell, market with ease, and to fulfill under my brand while delivering an amazing experience for my customers and truly make a difference.

I love that we are able to completely customize our platform to fit our Branding and company culture.

There is really it much to dislike, I guess things could always be easier to manage. But then we'd be being lazy.

Vendasta provides a user-friendly dashboard and excellent communication!

There are some parts of the dashboard that are a little hard to understand.

I primarily have used Vendasta's services for Reputation Management. This has proven to be very useful for clients that do not have time to manage their online presence.

My expert, Alfred Umasor, has been patient and has directed me to meet MY goals, not his, this platform has awesome ideas for business software's to website tools!

I haven't found anything I dislike. The site truly is very well put together. There was just a few sections that has multiple tile selections that were duplicate.

I want to package my own product for my writers niche. I have found there isn't one fix all do all product for what I need. Vendetta has made SaS bundling a breeze! I can create my own bundle! This is awesome for any business in softwares!
