Vendasta is an incredibly robust platform that can literally transform every agency into a supremely multi-faceted, one-stop-shop. The partners and vendors are extremely well-appointed, and the support team is phenomenal. The Vendasta platform is easy to use, is wonderfully intuitive, and the design/engineering team has thought of everything! If you are looking for a fulfillment company for your agency, you have found it!
I dislike that I did not find them sooner!
I have not experienced any problems with Vendasta. The original proposal options were clear and concise and I went from having zero fulfillment services to having everything in one spot. This allows me to quickly scale my company and grow much faster than I would have previously been able to, while removing the headache of trying to find employees or contractors to fulfill orders. Partnering with Vendasta grants agencies an instant team of trained and proven employees!
Before you buy it they said it does not work
I bought it 2 months and the main issue that to allow users to register on our site does not work, and support team promised and given a deadline, and when the deadline came it said it did not work and they delayed me to start for two months and worst thing when I asked the, my account manager, to escalate the issue he said management is busy because it is the end of the months for sales, and he will get back to me after the weekend. Very Very Bad experience, it is the worst service i have ever paid for in my life.

I am now fully equipped with the ultimate platform for both growing my agency and providing clients with the tools they need to grow their business with confidence. The available vendors and marketing tools to both my agency and my clients are loaded and simplified in a way that clients can understand and start growing their marketing efforts from $0 up. The live support, coaching, and help documentation are unbelievable. There are so many sales resources that equip you instantly to close more clients.
It just takes a little bit of coaching and navigating through the platform before it starts to click on how you can use it all in your own agency.
I can now successfully outsource marketing services and grow my own agency with confidence. I have a strong marketing framework to bring clients into now.
They have a large variety of apps at different price points. In the past, we really just worked with bigger companies and I would pass on smaller business. But now I can have Vendasta team do the work or I can offer customer DIY marketing tools. I also used a lot of other local marketing tools for listings, review generation, reputation management, etc. They have a nice system and its a big positive that its all one location. The last thing that is really cool is the lead generation system, email marketing and sales CRM that is all combined. It took me awhile to learn the system and get my previous customers into it but now that I'm immersed, I've been able to increase business and provide marketing services that I couldn't provide before. But we still do high end web design and ad management when we get those projects
Its a big piece of software and sometimes it can be slow or take a lot of clicks to get to page, but this is really the only minor thing I can think of.
Better marketing to my clients. More offerings. Able to get smaller jobs. More automation. This will also help us scale.
The customer service and the ease of replying to reviews and posting to social media is the top reasons we love Vendasta! We truly enjoy the assistance from their customer service reps and more specifically Jeff Leibel! Being able to post with one click of a button to all social media and reviews is amazing.
We wish there was a way to respond to Yelp, opentable, TripAdvisor and other reviews through the dash and not having to log in each time would be wonderful. It would make things much easier on our end!

Being able to reply to all reviews on Facebook, GMB and seeing the reviews pulled in for Yelp, opentable, and other platforms definitely helps! Running digital ads with the team helps us keep everything together. The benefits of creating websites and the ease of connecting accounts has been wonderful

All of the support agents are very knowledgeable and if they don't know an answer they find someone who does. The platform is actually very easy to use and easy to learn. We like all the features being listed in a quick search so that when we are activating products it only takes minutes.
I wish you had 24/7 support or at least longer hours. Some of our clients are on different time zones and work late so when we have an issue during non-US work hours, the support is no longer active. There are 2 things, being able to log in to WordPress using /wp-admin as some of the clients are hesitant about using a new portal to login and also when developing a WordPress website, when we click preview - a new page keeps popping up instead of refreshing the same window which is kind of annoying when making multiple edits. Too many windows get opened up!
Organization. The platform allows us to better organize everyone now! With our old platform we had an issue about tracking accounts so it would be a major hassle looking for accounts and organizing them properly.
Vendasta's best feature is definitely how it is able to encourage clients to leave a review. That's all we use it for anyway.
Some parts of the user interface are not very intuitive. I remember having a hard time figuring out why the reviews widget was not working. I know its an add-on, but I could not find where to add it on at first.
We use vendasta to help our clients get reviews from their clients, which help them rank better with google. Everybody wins!
Vendasta has been extremely easy to use. The platform is accessible to everyone in our company, no matter where they are located. The help system is extensive, and using the chat has given us almost immediate solutions to our problems.
There have been a few limitations to our needs. We had to work around the markets to make it work for us. However, with guidance from their help team, we solved that as well.
Vendasta has so many pieces, we decided to roll it out in phases. The first phase was just to collect client database. Then we began tagging and sending campaigns. Now we have begun using it as a sales tool for our internal sales team. This has been very successful, I look forward to discovering future uses of this tool.
The best thing about vendasta is the vast number of products they sell. The companies are already vetted by the Vendasta team and ready to sell. Plus great training and support!
