The customer service is unlike any other CRM platform our team has used. 24/7 LIVE human support and onboarding training and demonstration that covers everything and anything you need in the process. The Vendasta team has truly ensured our team is set for success, and no other platform has been so responsive and eager to help.

There is essentially nothing I dislike about Vendasta that I can think of. I suppose if you don't like incredible support, a great level of customer care and excellent communication, AND a robust set of tools/resources all in one place, then it might not be something for you...otherwise, I have not only been a happy partner using Vendasta and implemented it within the systems and processes for our whole team, I have referred those in my network who are also amazed at the resources and support within Vendasta as well.

Simplified softwares and tools. Created a good communication process for our team in one location. Created packages for our leads, clients to purchase our services. Increased productivity and expanded prospecting outreach.

Vendasta is genuinely interested in their client's success as much as their own. 10/10 will recommend.

In order to access all the products, you must upgrade to the mid-grade package.

I love all the support, both from people and the great tools. I love the business app I can give my clients. I love the support I get from my Vendasta rep Ally. The snapshot reports are impressive to virtually all people I share them.

Not much to dislike. A few minor product complaints. Usually, they are way ahead of me towards fixing them or improving them. I am disappointed that the digital ads marketing services team will not directly interact with the client as other marketing services teams will do.

Delivery of services to cover all my prospects and clients digital marketing needs. The main benefit is that I can run a business without a bunch of employees. Even when I am big enough to need a few employees I will still need far less than if I were to run the business without Vendasta.

When I really get into an account, I find that there are a lot of add-on/add-value parts of this platform. It is really set up well for me to start them on at least a proof of concept deal and then as they get used to can introduce other products and build a decent account over just a few months. Josh always has my back.

that I didn't find this earlier. I would have been a lot happier and not had to try to work so hard. They may want to make a summarized version of the abilities they have and also start administrators off with a basic , most used for starting up, tools. There are just so many that I can see how someone could get lost

Quoting, SEO solutions, Ratings, Social Media you name the digital need and the platform has everything handled. Before I had to run Social Media, SEO, Google anything and more through 3 to 4 people to make sure I didn't miss anything. Generating and tracking more and more business and having the ability to automate the processes of marketing to clients and customers.
