Unclaimed: Are you working at WooCommerce?
WooCommerce Reviews: 4.4/5 — Solid Choice
WooCommerce is the top choice for eCommerce businesses on WordPress. While it’s not a standalone site builder, it works seamlessly with the WordPress environment which makes it easy to use and simple, even for beginners. Anyone familiar with WordPress will find WooCommerce a great tool as they attempt to build out their site. WooCommerce works well with add-ons and integrations, with tools that include email marketing, social media selling, and one-click upsells. It does require basic coding know-how and developer insight as you scale the site, but learning the ins and outs of the platform ultimately makes management of the site so much simpler.

I use WooCommerce as a robust integration with WordPress. In general, the software is user-friendly and a shop can be operated and run as a non-developer. Its wide range of customisable features and extensions make it ideal for my e-commerce needs. Due to the large community, you find quickly help or resources like training videos or forums.
While WooCommerce excels in versatility, its complexity can, especially during integrations be overwhelming. I would not recommend implementing without experience. You need a lot of additional plugins and also some clue about local regulations in e-commerce as WooCommerce is an international tool and you need to customize it with configurations or with additional modules to make it compliant. Don´t underestimate the costs of setup and operations.
WooCommerce has been instrumental in streamlining my online store operations, offering a comprehensive solution for managing products, processing payments, and handling customer interactions. Its seamless integration with payment gateways, my CRM and ticket system for customer care. WooCommerce and WordPress are the backbone of my online shop front, backend and service operations.
La capacidad de modificación y personalizacion que tiene frente a otros competidores como Shopiffy
Llega a ser un poco mas tedioso de configurar que sus competidores
La gestión y configuración de mis tiendas online con una base en wordpress
Woocommerce is too easy and customised as per requirement. Product change OMS and CMS are easy to manage as per business requirements.
Woocommerce should work on customer grouping, coupon management and on marketing things to capture customers. Apart from this woocommerce working fantastic.
We want a electronic store for mobile phones, tv, ac and for other gadgets. We have around 800 items which listed on woocommerce. My sale is going in fine way.
We use it on a regular basis. WooCommerce stands out for its seamless integration within WordPress, boasting an intuitive setup wizard and diverse payment gateway options. Its compatibility with almost all the site editors without extra plugins is a boon. It provides various hooks to customize the behavior for a specific user based on their needs. Thanks to its open source environment it has the best online support. The robust support for sales statistics across various timeframes and the effortless transition between physical and digital product creation, along with its extensive integration capabilities with shipping, inventory, CRM, and email marketing applications, truly redefine the online retail experience. Its ability to transform websites into cost-effective, versatile online stores while offering an extensive array of connections remains its unparalleled strength, making WooCommerce an invaluable asset for businesses seeking an efficient, adaptable e-commerce solution.
WooCommerce is an outstanding e-commerce solution that I find impeccably customizable, seamlessly integrating with WordPress. While flawless in most aspects, enhancing the statistics feature would further elevate its already stellar performance.
WooCommerce has been an invaluable asset for me, empowering the seamless selling of products across various websites effortlessly. I have used it personally as well as for my clients. Its user-friendly interface, coupled with a vast plugin ecosystem, simplifies inventory management and sales updates. While offering extensive customization and integration capabilities, enhanced analytics would further elevate its already impressive functionality, making it an even more comprehensive eCommerce solution.
WooCommerce is a great option for tech writers considering e-commerce content production since it makes the process of writing for e-commerce easier by providing a user-friendly platform, smooth integration, and a helpful community.
Honestly, hardly find anything to dislike. Quality, working, and delivery everything is amazing.
WooCommerce is giving me edge by offering an abundance of community assistance and documentation. It means that tech writers will have access to more helpful tools and extensive support while writing articles about e-commerce features. Moreover, it gives you flexibility and scaleblity no matter if you are a small business or a large scale business.
WooCommerce is a platform where you can start your online business and sell your goods anywhere in the world. Where you get a good facility and for this you do not need to spend much money and in this you get many options. Can sell products online.
For e-commerce business, you need WordPress and you should have knowledge of CSS to make the website attractive in WordPress, because in this you can face any problem at any time which you find difficult to solve.
I have the advantage of Woocommerce business that you get everything for free. Only domain and hosting have to be bought. You get theme plugins and builder for free and create your business website easily.
Simplicity. Just add WooCommerce as a WordPress plug-in, answer a few questions via the configuration wizard and you are up and running in no time with a functional shopping cart.
Many of the optiona features aren't updated on a regular basis and might not be compatible with the current versions of WordPress.
Being about to sharing, describe and take orders for products online 24x7 instead of the traditional sales process of demo's and phone calls.
- Very easy to use and customize - Quick and straightforward to set up - I can customize the plugin to match the design/theme of website - Positive feedback from customers - Open-source and free!
- At this price it is nitpicking but the sheer volume of available features and settings can be a bit overwhelming, and there is no official manual to help or guide you in this regard
We tried multiple plugins on our wordpress website to get a payment model working till we came across WooCommerce. Unlike our previous plugins, WooCommerce was offered as a free plugin for WordPress. It simplified the process of setting up our e-commerce model and also reduced the time and resources that went into mainenance. There are a ton of customization options to let us match the online store with our branding. We have also received very positive feedback from the customers and they have expressed their confidence in the secure payment gateways. Trust goes a long way in business and WooCommerce nailed that!
WooCommerce is awhole new level for customers and retailers to remove all hurdles of transactions because of its easier to customize and operate.
I have not experience any hitches so far.
Easy calculations of products and summery stock is just fantastic.
The free version of WooCommerce is complete, I was able to start here and have all my products assembled and organized by category. I currently use the paid version along with other extensions to improve my customer service, payments and cart.
WooCommerce has performance issues with code runners and pre-built Pro templates, this limits my performance for users.
I have paid WooCommerce with extensions added to improve the customer structure and categories within the store, colors, sizes and objects with independent services.
I develop many e-commerce websites on wordpress using woocommerce for my clinets. Woocommerce is the best choice for ecommerce shops because it is so easy to setup. We don't need to have deep knowledge about it. Every step is defined that what to do and when to do.
There is nothing which I dislike about woocommerce. Every feature of woocommerce is amazing. All the functions are placed in one box. Products, shipping, Payment methods and many more.
I am developing many e-commerce websites on wordpress using woocommerce for my clinets. Woocommerce is the best choice for ecommerce shops because it is so easy to setup. Able to easily upload, manage and maintain products and orders
Current no issues at this time regarding
We were able to host this platform for a client to help sell and manage products.
WooCommerce has a user-friendly interface that makes it easy to integrate with WordPress. It is suitable for both small businesses and larger enterprises in handling a considerable number of customers.
Although WooCommerce is free, the use of advanced features can add up to significant costs. Users should be aware of the self-hosted nature, potential costs, and the need for technical proficiency to handle updates and security.
I'm using WooCommerce to create and manage my online stores on various WordPress websites that I own. The familiar WordPress dashboard and straightforward setup process make it easy for beginners to get started with their online store.
Good membership overview with option to freeze and unfreeze memberships. Also total numbers and good reports were very good to have in there.
We were launching a credit system in our platform. This was unfortunately not able to fix in Woocommerce. Therefore we had to change over to a diffrent tool.
To have memberships and payments coming in. This was very benefitial to do via WooCommerce! We really enjoyed the time using Woocommerce. that's for sure
User friendly, coding can be done seamlessly
More reports & proper attribution can be added
E-commerce
Once set up, capturing online payments is always consistent. It is also very straightforward to set up and specify discount codes, with many options.
There are many aspects of the backend that are not easily editable on the user-end without needing the help of a website developer or coder. Essentially, it's not as user-friendly to create more product pages and change the pricing of current products.
Receiving online payments and differentiating products purchased. Implementing discount codes.
Keeping the page updated is very simple to be based on Wordpress, with this we do not have much problem to keep the tasks up to date with little difficulty, has a variety of third-party plugins that are easily integrated and enrich the experience in the application, has a large number of systems to receive payments which makes working with customers much easier. We use WooCommerce in order to keep active and running our online sales sector for retailers, having quite impressive results with a very simple to configure tool to be based on Wordpress, has a large number of functions and allows us to prolong our sales of small portions of our products and services.
The tool is not of immediate use as it is usually sold, the truth is that everything needs to be configured correctly to be able to take full advantage of its features, it requires constant work to be able to create a really eye-catching store, the additional extensions seem to be very expensive to integrate, which can lead to an excessive expense that should be taken into account in the final prices.
The tool plays an important role in our company as it allows us to easily manage our retail sales, by means of the tool we keep our inventories and needs updated, the software works perfectly well in small and medium sized companies that take advantage of retail sales in their daily operations.
You can't beat the price. The features and functionality you get for a free plugin are fantastic.
There is nothing I really dislike about Woocommerce due to the cost, but certain custom functions would be great if they were included in the software by default.
WooCommerce allows me to set up an e-commerce site for clients quickly. The plugin also allows for the ability to customize to our client's needs. Having the ability to install the e-commerce platform instead of developing a platform from scratch saves many hours. Great for our business and great for the clients.
WooCommerce is entirely free to use and doesn't require any subscription or purchase. There are lots of plugins you can install to make it fit all of your needs.
If you have particular use cases, you often have to buy (a subscription for) a plugin or make it on your own which requires advanced coding skills in PHP and more.
WooCommerce makes it possible to create a free and innovative online shop. You only have to rent a domain.
I use Woocommerce because it is really simple and immediate to use. With Wordpress you have the possibility to do a good SEO job and you can keep the site fast while increasing the complexity.
The shipping methods are not very evolved, dedicated plugins are needed and they are not easy to find and adapt. The import/export of products and orders is difficult.
It has made the creation of an online store straightforward and accessible. The customization of the template makes it customizable and suitable for any online sale.
I have an e-commerce platform and I use Woocommerce for the last 2 years. The best part of this platform is that this is easy to use like a beginner also manages their product. Also from payment management to shipping all features are free to use.
The worst part is that to use WooCommerce we must have a website. If we can create a free website through WooCommerce and start listing our product then this is going to be awesome. But till now this feature is not available hopefully in future it comes.
To start an online business the main problem is to pay online and offline also track the shipping and manage real-time orders and send an invoice. But Whenever WooCommerce is used it solves all these problems. And it is very to maintain all products at any time where we can save our time
Su facilidad de uso y versatibilidad para cualquier tippo de tienda
Para una tienda más avanzada puede estar un poco limitado, aunque se puede solventar con otros complementos de wordpress
Ayuda a crear una tienda online de manera fácil y rápida
It fits easily into WordPress with an immediate installation, managing the store is simple and adding products is done from the WordPress panel grouping by categories. Further, refine the store with additional plugins.
I have limitations to export product base list to other services other than WordPress.
I have added products by categories and services for customers, and manage payments by bank accounts and PayPal; it is perfect for generating payment orders and web delivery processes and managing users.
Woocommerce allows me to integrate a shop section on my wordpress sites easily. The basic out-of-the-box functionality is quite straightforward plus there are numerous plugins, both paid and free available to do almost anything you can think of. For those who can do a little bit of coding, there is often no need for plugins as the web is full of tutorials and various workarounds thanks to the product's popularity.
I sometimes find the software a little slow. While this is of course an issue with server speed on your side, I still feel that it can be a bit clunky with spinning wheels waiting for search queries and so on. This is where a good coder can certainly refine things.
Allowing my customers to easily shop for products in various niches across multiple wordpress websites thanks to ever-evolving software that continues to break new ground.
Thanks to the software's ease of use and the ease with which it connects to WordPress and other platforms, I have been able to create a number of profitable online businesses. WooCommerce excels at adapting to the specific needs of each website. With the help of this application, we advertise all our products on our selling websites and make adjustments as needed.
It's annoying that I can't get a quick answer when I have questions about the program's features.
It is a program that helps with data retention while setting up an online retail outlet. We can use it to coordinate creating and maintaining WordPress landing page procedures. Sincerity aside, it is a strong product that helps the business outperform the competition for client websites. Because of the program's ability to reward a large number of website connectors for additional marketing, I approve. Notable, isn't it? It means your life will improve in some way.
The best part of WooCommerce is that it's a part of an really good Open Source CMS WordPress, WooCommerce is free and you can create a working E-Commerce website within minutes and start selling your products online. I talso comes with differnt plugins and addons which increases the features and functionalities of this plugin.
Becaus it is free and open source plugin, sometimes it requires some expertise to setup properly or change some settings. You will struggle for some changes if you are beginner or not familiar with coding. Yes, it has it's documentation and forums but it takes time to read and research and an expert developer can do that tasks easily for you in no time.
We have been using WooCommerce in our ecommerce website in WordPress, it also comes with addon to accept booking, reservation or even sell digital products. Basically it solves our multiple requirements.
WooCommerce is one of the best integration software that goes well with WordPress for all e-commerce solutions. It gives the dashboard access to add inventory, update pricing, view orders, etc.
There's nothing much to dislike in WooCommerce, but it can have extensive features like Shopify.
WooCommerce is a one-stop e-commerce solution; we have integrated our WordPress website with WooCommerce. It helps us to access the complete backend admin panel of the website.
who have interested to make an e-commerce website woo-commerce is the one and best option. stunning features are available in woocommerce it's extremely appreciated
Lack of plugins and themes most good themes and plugins are payable. compared to other platforms. so provide some free plugins and themes for a better experience.
everything under one roof so the middle-scale business can make an e-commerce website easily. the main thing after the website is launched managing the website is very simple.
The best part of this tool is the integration of it with various other plugins and it is based on wordpress. Another benefit is that it supports multiple gateways and shipping providers from all regions on earth.
Some plugins related to this tool are a bit costly especially the ones from woocommerce itself.
I am using it for preparing the the eCommerce platform for the brand for medicines and audio components.
