I could write paragraphs based on WordPress. I have been using WordPress for the past five years even though at first I did not have any prior experience. I was able to set up beautiful website thanks to the Themes available and the cherry on the cake: the unlimited and non-exhaustive Plug-Ins library that can basically make your website have every features that you desire. And the best past: most of the services are free. I love WordPress.
The initial plug-ins with which it comes, plus the "twenty-fourteen" and other themes alike. I also dislike the fact that there is no option for automatic plug-ins update or automatic WordPress update. This has to be done manually. Furthermore, the limited security features for WordPress is something which makes me very concerned.
WordPress helped us gain visibility build our brand and make financial gains.
I've used a few website platforms. I like Wordpress the most because it allows you to make your website exactly how you want it. If you want to use a funnel method and engage customers more, you can. If you want more of a store feel, you can do that. There are no templates and everything is customizable.
There is a bit of a learning curve. There are no drag and drop features so you'll have to play around with it to really understand how to use it.
I used Wordpress for a blog and plan to use it again for a much bigger-sized business. The benefits are numerous. You can truly fit the website to your needs for an optimal customer experience.
It's so writer friendly. It's perfect for a blog or an online magazine and great with managing a team of writers. The plugins and features give you exactly the functions you need without needing to know how to code. I also love how clean and professional my site looks, and how many layouts there are to choose from. A lot of the free layouts are great to get started with. The platform as a whole is a great site to start using if you're on a budget because you can always upgrade to a more premium subscription or a more expensive layout once you've committed to it. The community aspect is amazing as well and really unique, since you don't get that on a lot of the other platforms.
I wish you could do more dragging and dropping. You can't really deviate from the theme too much unless you know how to edit the CSS. There should be more flexibility with the customization of the visual aesthetic. I've had to google how to change certain things, when on other platforms it's just a matter of adjusting the settings near the feature. It could be more user friendly in that way.
My blog is run through Wordpress. From a writing perspective, it's so easy to build a community there. It can be a bit of a learning curve because there are so many useful features but I've been using it for over 5 years and don't plan to switch to another platform.

Now don't get me wrong, I could bust out a decent looking website within 24 hours. BUT, it was a painful 24 hours. Wordpress is most popular and convenient platform for blogs and creating websites. The UI is easy to navigate with features like multiple persons can contribute, readibility, SEO makes life more easy.
You have to see lots of plugins for best fit to your requirements which also makes navigation slow.
It is a ready to use solution for projects whose deadline is near and budget is less.

You work the blog in the back-end and is really usefull to see what are you doing in real time. Now they have build Guttenberg, a visual constructor for wordpress, but it doesn't work well.

WordPress has allowed the open-source commu it to build upon a platform originally design for bloggers that has grown to possibilities only limited by your imagination. We use it daily and develop based on its platform to provide our customers dreams into reality.
There bot much to dislike, it's free powerful and every growing.
We have solved endless amounts of obstacles for clients of all sizes and budgets thanks to the WordPress platform.
I had a website hosted on a different site before switching to WordPress to actually build it. Had I tried to build the site on the other domain hoster, it would have been an absolute crapshow. As it stands, WordPress cut the time it took me to get my campaign website up tenfold. Also, the analytics WordPress provides are top-notch, especially for being free.
WordPress is extremely user-friendly and all in all an incredible resource, but it updates quite frequently, and if you're not careful about backing up your site those updates can easily change your site without warning. A mitigate-able problem.
I needed to build a site for my political campaign. WordPress gave me both a space to build and a space to host. I had the latter but didn't have the former, and to have both in the same place was a huge benefit. Also, due to WordPress's intuitive nature, the website when finished looked professional.
I was just part of a huge website re-launch project and we switched to the WordPress platform. WOW! What a difference! WordPress makes website content management so easy and so intuitive.
Every once in a while there is a know, buggy issue on the developer side that takes a little while to resolve, but they are minor and always resolved eventually.
WordPress makes it incredibly fast and easy for us to update our website. Things look professional and are also easily customized.
Simply put...the best CMS out there. Many website development companies use their own "proprietary" CMS... no need...Wordpress is the easiest to use with a host of robust features
There are, at times, some bugs -- mostly related to bad plugins -- but all in, it's great

As one of the worlds most popular platforms for developing a site, WordPress includes an exceptionally lively and active assistance neighborhood. As an outcome, there is hardly any required direct consumer assistance.
