Zoho provides wide variety of options to use for business purpose. It's very user friendly plaform. I daily use Zoho for business mail communication. Even Zoho has integration facilities which can let you integrate with third party applications and other Zoho apps.

I have no dislikes with Zoho. Because it has amazing Security, it provides protection to your emails with 2 factor authentication. It gives you easy and quick communication feature like chat.

Zoho has its mobile application and this allows me to manage my office work efficiently and reply quickly when I'm away from my system. Its folder and label option lets me keep my emails organised. It has very good storage space.

Zoho is a great application as it has multiple dynamics and can be integrated with different applications.

I had one issue with the CRM dashboard not being refreshed, despite doing it several times.

Zoho mail is very easy to use and it's save the mail id of your contact once you share the mail to them and in future you don't need to find out there mail id just by typing first word you can find out there mail.

Some times Zoho mail have a little glitch but rest all things make it a good app . And I do use this mail on my daily routine.

Saving the mail ID of my daily basis client I don't need to type it while sharing the files to client daily . Just by typing first letter the mail ID automatically shows the mail id.

I am a big fan of Zohomail. It gives me a complete ad free experience. If I would have known about it earlier, would have definitely opted for only this. One can be assured that Zohomail won't track each and every aspect of it's user.

IMAP process to integrate with services like Gmail and Outlook needs to be made simpler. Not every user is a tech sevy and can manually adjust it from the settings. The integration process with other email providers needs to be made simpler.

I have my Zohomail accounts and I find them way better than other email providers. One of the prominent reason is, it doesn't spam. It is completely user friendly and I just love the product.

Zoho email is one of the best email services and is great to use because of its easy navigation and auto-categorization of emails. I love and like the Zoho Mail honestly, because Zoho Mail generates a permalink for quick internal and external sharing of emails without knowing the email address of the recipients. This also has an expiry feature so that the content shared will be expired on your set date.

On the mobile, there is some glitch, and in my experience, it is having a minor problematic viewing experience to read the email but overall, for me, it's a great tool.

Well, as i said, the permanent link is there for any number of emails. If I want to run a campaign of say, avail 10% discount on membership only for a limited period, then this feature is handy as the link will expire after that date and time limit we set. Also, when we share project-related information and don't want clients to keep it, this permeant link feature is again helpful to maintain confidentiality at the next level. This is undoubtedly an addition to the regular emailing that we used to do.

Support is delayed as compared to other vendors in the segment. They response, but take time longer then 2-3 business days. Otherwise its good to go

I don't like that Zoho Mail is not as easy to use as GSuite Email Services. To use Zoho mail on mobile, we have to download the Zoho App, which is a bit inconvenient. Moreover, the Zoho Suite is not as powerful as the GSuite offered by Google with access to GDrive, GDocs, and all the powerful apps offered by Google

We didn't want to pay to use our domain business emails, which all other Business Email Suites force you to, such as Hostinger Email, and so on. But Zoho Mail is the only one we had found where it was fully free, no caveats. Zoho Mail offers a powerful search, even more powerful than Gmail's Offering!

The interface for basic usage is intuitive. Service is reliable. Basic tier is free, which is good for a lot of uses.

Beyond just reading and sending email, accessing the other features is clumsy and based on antiquitated UI.

I love it because I can sync it with my calendar, my zoho campaigns and zoho CRM and the most helpful thing is that you can put your own domain in here if you come from another email account

One of the disadvantages that zoho mail has is the layout of the email, the fonts and letters and I also can't configurate eith SMTP if you are using the free version

As I mentioned I use it for my own domain here and I'm way more productive brcause all my emails arrive right away and I can sync it with the zoho CRM and also my calendar

I love how easily you can organize incoming emails with filters and labels. The interface is relatively fast; it doesn't take long to load. There is a view of multimedia files, which is very good.

Every time they implement improvements. I haven't come across anything I don't like so far.

Zoho Mail is my preferred option for my professional email as it offers advanced features and high-level security. I can access my email from my mobile phone or any other device, and I use it in conjunction with other Zoho applications I already use, such as Zoho Books, Zoho Calendar, Zoho CRM, and others. Not only do I use Zoho Mail, but I also use other Zoho tools, all of which are located in the cloud.

The incredible thing is that it meets all your requirements regarding Sales, Account receivables, Zoho books, etc.

I like the ease with which I can use it, I really like the user interface of Zoho Mail because it is intuitive and very well defined, it is also organized, allowing me to quickly find what I want, I like the security that Zoho Mail uses to protect our information every time we collaborate as a team, plus the different tools included in your tray because it makes it easier for me to perform my individual and team work.

There is nothing about Zoho Mail that I dislike, it really is a great email hosting platform, it is efficient, secure and very easy to use honestly my experience is extremely positive.

Zoho Mail is so secure that sometimes it is exaggerated, for example there are computers where I have previously logged in and I have authorized the login in the browser, when I try to access again I have to start from scratch the authorization process even if 24 hours have not passed, I have to wait for the verification code to be sent to my mobile number which by the way sometimes arrives delayed and when I digit it turns out that it has already expired, this is sometimes annoying and even more when I want to validate a file urgently.

Since we started using Zoho Mail, our email accounts have acquired a more professional and branded appearance which has generated a greater sense of security and confidence when we share information with our work team. Also, Zoho Mail has integrated functions in the inbox that are very useful to fulfill our daily tasks; Such as the calendar function that allows us to manage all events, contacts module, a task module to manage our workload and other notes to save relevant information among others, thanks to this and the ease of use we have increased our productivity by having the necessary tools to exercise good communication and team collaboration.
