Its a user friendly tool and it allows to generate multiple invoice simultaneously. It helps in generating invoice notifications automatically. It also allows yo generate required reports within the tool.
The learning material is not much for beginners. support services can be improved. I observed sometimes tool gets stuck and it needs to be ended from task manager.

Zoho Marketing Automation integrates extremely well with the whole Zoho suite which we use. It has a very useful visual drag-and-drop interface for building out automation flows (journeys) with a number of configurable actions and triggers. You can trigger actions based on actions on a contact in Zoho CRM, from a webhook, a custom set of tags, set time delays for messaging, add customers to list based on actions and many more variables. Customers can be assigned to move to another journey, or they can exit the journey once they have completed the journey. It's feature set is more advanced than other email marketing software I have previously used.
The learning curve for Zoho Marketing Automation is a little higher than other tools, but once you get the hang of it, it is extremely powerful. The email WYSIWYG builder has some limitations and is not as user friendly as the drag and drop interface that some other email marketing tools offer.
We are actively marketing to customers who have purchased a certain product from us. When the customer is moved to a certain status within Zoho CRM, that triggers them to enter a list. The entrance to a list starts the customer in the marketing automation journey. This means we are able to better retain customers to come back to purchase other products from us after their initial purchase. A little bit heavy in size and sometimes I feel like the sync takes time for previous work, apart from this, Zoho is a good tool. Zoho should change the logo and chat system with users and tickets.

Since our product is service based and new in market we were trying to figure out some good tools which can help us with marketing and converting leads. Zoho marketing automation has complete set of package for every business we can customise it with our requirements which is best thing to do. Getting leads is fine but tracking the behaviour and changing the things as per user to have a conversion is what I like with this tool also the ease of having all things within flow is very good and stressless.
