With Zoho Projects, I can administer and manage my projects with great ease. This platform gives us an agile and efficient management of our projects thanks to its robust tools. With Zoho Projects, I can add multiple projects, assign tags, validate the time and progress of the project, as well as add comments, among others. In addition, this tool allows me to create and assign tasks quickly and visualize them in a calendar. Zoho Projects also offers a team collaboration space. Finally, I highlight its native integration with other tools in the Zoho suite.

So far, I have not found any difficulty and I have not had any inconvenience with this tool, there is nothing that displeases me. Zoho Projects works very well, besides being a great ally in the administration and management of projects.

With Zoho Projects, we gained the ability to structure and develop projects, as well as create and assign tasks. It provided us with a space to communicate and collaborate with the team throughout the development process of our projects.

I mainly deal with onboardings and the entire client life cycle. Zoho projects is very helpful is creating main tasks and sub tasks for tracking the project lifecycle. It has many features like document upload, assigninhg deadlines, creating tags. These all features are very helpful in keeping a track of the tasks like threaded view.

So far I did not find any issues with zoho projects. Its a well balanced project manager. In case anything comes up I will definitely update my review for the betterment.

To be honest, there is nothing I dislike about Zoho Projects, it is a really good and easy to use cloud based project management software, no bad reviews or dislikes with this software so far.

It is simple, easy to use and hassle free. I appreciate its smooth & consistent UI/UX. The best thing is how quick the reports are generated and sent to the registered mail ID.

The downside of ZOHO people is that their is no scope for bulk entry. Each entry is to be done manually one-by-one. It consumes a lot of time during the initial setup.

Tracking of tasks requires precision. Zoho people has helped to maintain the level of accuracy and strengthen our day-to-day operations. All the informations and progress can be easily analyzed

Good calendar and time management to assure our projects are doing well

It’s user friendly, simple and provides different options for visualisation of all projects. Also, it's great collaboration tool between team members. It simply provides us with the opportunity to stay on top of different developments. Morover, it provides the opportunity for clients to have live insight into all the latest tasks and milestones.

Design. I do believe Zoho team should invrst a bit more time and resources into a bit more modern design and adapt their design to competitors. This could give Zoho even better competitive advantage.

We can give a project to a particular person by including other people in the loop and setting a deadline, and we can include a description, a task, and requirements so that anyone can fulfil the task.

With my internal team, I am currently satisfied with using Zoho Projects, thus I don't think any more features are required. When a deadline is approaching, I advise adding sound notifications.

Since most of my team and I follow to task deadlines, our work will be completed on schedule. Therefore, we need to become more productive to meet our business goals.

Ease of access along with foolproof system which can be readily explained to anyone even without any sort of prior experience.

A lot of dashboards have to be shared individually instead of providing view access to anyone with a link.

Zoho projects allows to visualise data in a seamless manner while drawing insights from tons of rows and columns.

The ability to organize large projects, task out assignments and have space to communicate and collaborate throughout the entire process. It allows for keeping track of time working on the project and where its progress status.

With the current aesthetic and interface, it can appear overwhelming. It can be confusing to distinguish it from Connect Boards as they are both similar with similar features.
