Being able to share projects (tasks & milestones) with people outside our organisation
Navigating from Tasks to Milestones to Lists can be a bit confusing sometimes
We are running Zoho Projects to manage the refurbishment of our offices, so it requires contributions from several team members: project manager (external), client (internal), architect (external), legal (external), design & decorating (external), etc, etc
The UI/UX is what got me going. Such a clean modern interface with everything so easy to reach, easy to add/edit projects/tasks/users. And the clean modern dashboards. Just love everything about it.
Some pretty basic and standard features missing - such as adding a cost manually to a task that's not based on any calculation. That's seriously a drawback.
We have been able to load all our projects into one place and have an overview of where we stand in the organization. Great tools for senior/executive management who are able to see a high-level update across projects. We have definitely started to save time and plan projects better.
The interface is simple and easy to access and customize. There is little difficulty navigating through the multitude functionalities offered by projects.
Comments inside of tasks can be easy to lose track of, with no easy way to search for them outside of manually clicking to each task and scrolling down.
Zoho Projects has saved countless headaches in managing our team. Over time we've tweaked our usage of the Resource Utilization charts to know exactly who's available for new work, and the spreadsheet exports and time tracking systems are invaluable for our bookkeeping.

Actualmente, no encuentro nada que no me guste de Zoho Project
Reporte de bugs al equipo de desarrollo de una aplicación a la cual hago control de calidad.
Zoho Projects is a simple to use project administration platform that offers all the tools you need for software development. We were able to work with publicly accessible changes that help us to determine exactly when a change happened and why. I've come to appreciate Zoho Projects mostly because of the potential to toggle between list and kanban mode. Also, there are no limits on the number of works you can handle with Zoho Projects. It has some very useful features that are very common among clients, applications, and collaboration, like the Global Reporting feature.
The on-board practice seemed to be a little hard, so, at least for me, it was hard to be immersed in Zoho Projects. Although the new design looks very good, a simpler layout is perhaps preferred for some clients. Also, Zoho Projects needs some adjustment to agile the whole process completely.
Zoho Projects is used it for all our projects across every department of my organization. We chose it because it offers an interactive positive environment to ensure consistency with our goals and priorities. We are now using it for public transparency studies, where general leadership and goals have been supported.
I like the design of the platform, it is practical and effective. The interface is easy to navigate and generally their tools are easy to use. Zoho Projects makes planning easier with task lists, templates, and Gantt charts, and also incorporates functions to import files from other systems. Provides detailed reports for viewing in detail the distribution of tasks and progress for each project. It is a very versatile software.
I have no negatives to point out, this tool has worked seamlessly.
Zoho structures our projects in an organized and easy sequence. We do not lose sight of the most important tasks and avoid falling behind thanks to the reminders. It helps us work efficiently and also makes team collaboration more dynamic and assertive.
The ease of use is the best thing. It is very easy for any team member tech or non-tech to understand and manage. With a few sessions, our whole team could very easily adapt the usage. For management it has become very handy to take our reports, daily log etc. and do the team analysis which was otherwise very cumbersome. I highly recommend Zoho projects to small size teams
No downsides but more features can be added. The Zoho team can explore a lot of new features that can further make it more team-friendly. Enhancements will also be a plus for small size teams like us.
Time-saving Strong log details Daily tasks updates Milestones to understand efficiency gaps Team performance analysis Easy and detailed reporting One solution for the complete project management
I customised the portal to do my sprint planning and it is amazing and would recommend everyone to play with it and onboard your tech teams to plan sprints and manage releases.
Every week there is something new coming up and it is fun to be on ever evolving platform. So absolutely nothing to dislike
Sprint planning and Project Executions
Zoho is excellent at managing projects tasks and link them with the issues, documentation and collaboration. Allowing us to keep everything at one place.
The enterprise plan we use we would have liked ability to add additional fields. I think that's a limitation on the plan but I don't really see a dislike.
We are a technology start-up and since our team & projects were agile, many tools we tried had a learning curve. Once we switched to Zoho transition was very smooth and UI is very intuitive. All of our new hires start using this from day 1 without any formal training. Since all the project tasks, issues, documentation and collaboration is at one place it makes our project tracking a breeze.
Zoho Projects gives us the capacity to build custom functions that cause event-based actions that enable system uniformity. It helps us to exchange text documents, reports, charts, or function together with the entire team, as well as identifying areas of the system that, from a development standpoint, are most intensive. This enables me to provide a clear idea of where we have different kinds of events by showing me a detailed list of projects. Also, an additional bonus to recording events comes with the use of the mobile app.
In Zoho Projects there are minimal monitoring methods, so there is no initial push or motivation to continue either. I would like to see some schedule alignment with information about the participation process.
Zoho Projects is used in my business to monitor project privileges, timeframes, and workloads as a collaborative tool across the company. We frequently use it to document bugs and updates and monitor the progress of a project. This tool aims to give everyone a central site where the status of the project can be viewed without having to reach it via email, telephone or any other communication platform.
