Me and my team are migrating from JIRA to Zoho. Since its cheaper than JIRA with the features that almost the same.
The font is to big. I hope the font is smaller so it saves space
Scrum daily routine. Reporting.
Price and features seem competitive, I like that it has a mobile app also.
Sometimes its hard to switch accounts on a shared pc.
We are building a new software solution for the music industry.
sprint planning is very detailed and epics/stories can be planned easily
not clear differenciation between the tasks and stores
we are trying to get the projects streamlined and tracked
The free tier that Zoho normally offers is worth it for teams who are just starting out or need something small and lightweight to use until they grow.
Because the free tier is so accessible, some features aren't as good as other products have.
Agile sprint management for software development teams. More organization and a single place to plan and house the sprint information.
I like that you can plan and prioritize, your projects using their software and the project management tool. It has easy organization and is very easy to use. It gets the job done quickly and efficiently.
Currently there is nothing that I dislike about the program, I do not currently use as it was a trial to see if we could implement it into our core system
I was creating and maintain projects through out the use of the Zoho Sprints Program. The benefits of course are being able to keep up and organize your projects.
The initial look and feel of the tool will have you thinking this may just be a passable product for project management. But that facade crumbles quickly once you spend any appreciable time with the product.
How do I count the ways I dislike Zoho Sprints? Myself and my team spent 6 months with it and found it to be awful in almost every facet. Save your business the grief and loss of productivity by using another product. The description below only scratches the surface of the problems with this product: - Confusing UI - Basic workflows are convoluted, hard to execute and unintuitive - Sluggish - Some pages take ages to load or just time out entirely - Buggy - Bugs come and go, and come back again. One of the most annoying is when notifications for comments on a particular story would show up days late. This is a notification, something you're supposed to get notified of instantly. Nope, not with Zoho Sprints. Another is the janky way the UI operated. Dragging items on the kanban board from one status column to the next is sometimes impossible or requires voodoo mouse movement to drop where you want to place them. Pages like the backlog are so difficult to use, difficult to filter, and difficult to find what you're looking. Fields within items are poorly sized. Textarea fields do not allow rich text. The layout is poor and elements like page dividers that are meant to allow horizontal resizing of panels work for a moment and then only drag one pixel per drag. It makes no sense, but this is the norm for this product. Nothing makes sense. - Search - Search works so poorly that it became an exercise in anger management. As with most things in this product, it is poorly implemented and requires the user to bend over backward to get results that other systems can do with ease. My company began using Zoho Sprints for project management work because it was included in our Zoho One subscription. That was a huge mistake and we've since rectified it by moving to another product (we've used several and Zoho Sprints (and sister product Zoho Projects) is by far the worst). It should be called Zoho Crawl. The more we use Zoho products, the clearer it is that the utopia they sell of one subscription with many products to manage your business is just marketing hype. I could describe all the Zoho products I've used with the above description, and the problems would be the same. All junk, poor UX, buggy, frustrating to use and will cost your business greatly in productivity and overall morale. Sidenote: I've noticed that there are A LOT of brief 5 star reviews for this product with glowing statements, but with no real substance. Don't be deceived. No experienced PM that has spent any appreciable time with this product would ever recommend it or give it positive reviews.
Zoho Sprints only created problems for us and lowered our productivity until we pulled the plug and moved to another product.
