I like the functionality of the interactive nodes you can use to engage customers. This feature by far is why I chose Agile CRM over competitors.
I do not like the the CRM does not allow for folks to unsubscribe to SMS campaigns, and is something that will require some human input for those that send an SMS with STOP, to take them off the list. If the system did this it would make the system a lot better.
Keeping in touch with the customer regularly. Also planning our email sequence without having to think about when we sent the last email, the system just does this automatically.
It has so many functions and are so easy to implement with Wordpress.
Nothing, all seems to in order, as the support team is always eager to help.
Auto-responders, client follow ups and client web access trails
This has really made the difference for us in automating sales
Email configoration wasn't too easy but got there
Much more organized sales structure
I like the integration with our website.
the support, I've had dropped calls and not been called back at all at times. I'm still trying to figurire out how to copy templates.
Marketing automation
Pretty much everything. Ease of use. Simplicity. Video Email. Simple Integration. Instant Notifcations. Popup Builder. Landing Page Builder. Made for SALESPEOPLE not Geeky Marketers. Fast implementation. You guys have created a tremendous tool at a tremendous price.
The app needs to be improved. Its clunky and slow. And the Email usage volume, if you increased it for starters, would put you in easy competition with Wishpond, Clickfunnels, Unbounce, etc.
Intergated Marketing, Sales, and Delivery. Website Data. Instant Notifcations. Easy Setup.
The best feature is the support they offer start-ups. Before you have enough revenue you can use Agile CRM as a full fledged CRM system without running into major hurdles. Other CRM systems force users over to a paid plan too early making it dangerous to start building your database there. The support is also fantastic as are the many useful integrations.
This is not an issue with Agile CRM but all CRM software I have come across: It is hard to have an integrated to-do list with emails. On that note, I know one can write emails from within Agile so maybe I could actually leave Googles user interface alltogether and do all my business from within Agile. That's how fulle featured this CRM suite is. And no I did not get any monetary compensation for writing this, I am just really happy with this product.
I am able to launch a start-up and delay paying for the CRM until I have revenue that supports it.
We have created a Landing page and kept track of deals. They make it simple and straight forward. I have already recommended it to my podcast partner.
Sometimes it can be fiddly moving between clients and getting the email connectivity sometimes takes a bit.
Client contact, external engagement, and deal tracking.
I really appreciate the marketing campaign interface. We looked at SalesForce's product, which is similar, and it was going to cost thousands of dollars and a 3rd party to set it up. That was overwhelming. This is much easier to get up and running.
We are still implementing the software however at this time, I don't have any complaints. So far, it meets my expectations and I am happy with all of the features I have used so far.
We are able to get rid of Aweber and MailChimp and centralize our company CRM. The drip campaigns make past client follow-up much easier and consistent.
We really appreciate the marketing automation tool that makes really easy acquisition campaigns launch
The mobile app need to be optimize, concerning UI design mostly
Agile CRM helps us managing all our business processes in a single platform: both online and offline. We now have a global view of how our business is going, without umping from a tool to another. Other applications can do so, as SalesForce but for a higher cost.
Speed, User Interface, Integrations, Landing Pages, HTML email templates similar to Mail Chimp, Marketing / Workflow Automation, Simplistic yet extremely robust. 10% the price of other software with fewer features.
That it took me weeks to find! I seriously searched for an all-in-one CRM and business management solution. Not hours, or days... weeks. Once I finally did, I bought a subscription same-day. Been loving it ever since!
Communication and information centralization. Everything is lost in emails. Hard to keep track of every little thing that needs to happen, especially as I'm acquiring more clients. More and more was falling through the cracks. As a young company, I needed to upgrade my public image to attract even larger clients. Agile CRM has built-in so many features that I don't need to keep paying for separate services to maintain professionalism. Super easy to build a new landing page and point it to a new sub-domain (super easy to do using domains.google.com ) ... Don't even have to for web hosting at this point. By having nice looking HTML templates, I can state information in a very non-confrontational way. I can represent information in a standardized format with images, rather than allowing for misinterpretation. This is becoming a huge time saver, and severe public image enhancement. The landing pages are snappy and easy to build. They have built in little pop-ups to try help capture a site visitors email address, to then assign them to an email campaign or flag for follow-up. I love how it integrates with my Quickbooks Online account, and more importantly, Gmail! ...Their Chrome extension is crucial! Incredibly easy to stay on top of things, add new tasks, and insert premade email templates on the fly! ...You can customize the text and links in the email before sending off, of course.
