Agility CMS Reviews: 4.4/5 — Solid Choice

I like the flexibility of the agility CMS.

Only thing I dislike about the CMS is that it can be overwhelming for a new user. I feel there is a steep learning curve but once users get past it, they will apprciate the wide variety of features.

After Plenum, Agility looks better than ever. It's a modern, sleek platform that editors and marketers can use to build websites and web apps on the fly using modern architectures.

Honestly, I disliked Agility's Classic UI, but that's fixed now so there's nothing to complain now <3

Website creation and maintenance for clients. It's a timesaver.

I like how easy it is to use with nextiva and how seamless the order pad to sales order process is.

We migrated from a static site to headless CMS. Now we have all our content in one place and we are able to manage content easily. Anyone from the team with access can add new content and update the existing one whenever needed.

The support and knowledge of the team helped us decide that Agility CMS was the tool for us. At multiple times before we committed, Joel and James were there to help us with any questions we had.

Compared to other CMS's available, some of the configurations required for complex modules can become hard to follow, especially when new to the Agility way of thinking. However, support is always on hand to explain why Agility thinks their way is the right way. Given time, you also begin to understand these decisions enhance the experience of both the editor and the developer.

I think the biggest problem that will be solved by moving to Agility CMS will be seperating our content from our other functionality. Having a bespoke application dedicated to just content will make us rethink how we push content out to our customers in an engaging way.

Modelling: Very easy and intuitive API Consumption: API is very fast. No limit on the number of Content Models; pricing is the most competitive of all SaaS providers I assessed, which was a *lot*. Custom Extensions: can be built in the tech of your choice for bespoke configuration items. React SDK for easy implementation. The Agility team are great to work with, very helpful and quick to respond to queries or support issues.

Nothing yet :-) I have been evaluating and using there software for 6 months and still haven't found anything I dislike. And now 6 months into an Enterprise agreement - it is still great.

It provides immediate customer support which is helpful for the user. This software is an efficient tool that allows for managing data and keeps it organized for the ease of users. Information handling furthermore, provides increases the growth of businesses. Export of information becomes simple with agility CMS and satisfies the customers’ needs.

Agility CMS completely transformed how our content team functioned. We could publish and edit content without having to rely on our technical team. We found editor tools such as sitemaps, previews, and image uploads especially helpful.

Not a huge fan of the UI, but they’re apparently in the midst of altering it.

Prior to this software, we were using an all-in-one solution that came with tools we never used and didn't let our marketing team make site edits without developers’ assistance. Thanks to Agility CMS, we could build pages and more on our own.

Agility CMS is focused on providing a great UX experience for non-tech folks (marketers, content editors...) as well as on making developers' life easier. It provides tools and excellent documentation and support so the dev team can build better and faster. As a developer, one of the things I appreciate the most is the ability to create modules, and from those modules, you can compose different pages and reuse them across the site. It's a flexible and robust approach that has been built on top of bleeding-edge technology, and they continue to add more and to listen to the customer needs.

Nothing that I dislike so far, it's been a great experience using it

- As a headless CMS, the website can be re-written many times with different tech, but the content always persists on Agility. For websites migration (which is something that a company usually does every few years), not needing to re-architect the content is priceless. - Modularization - Customer support - It's a solid CMS; they've been around for a while, so they know the industry, and they are not going away. It's a safe bet.

The interface is easy to understand, and they are reachable and responsive in the event of needing help.

It's more aimed toward Static Websites, but really, not an issue.

Agility CMS is a very robust and smart CMS with all key features. It is very intuitive and customizable; it evolves with our digital solution as various needs arrive. We have been using this platform for years and it was supporting our evolving needs through many iterations. The team is very helpful, always provides the best support possible. Their roadmap never has any unexpected surprises, always being side by side with our requirements and needs. It is very flexible and extensible, and we never feel limited by the software when it comes to new digital projects.

It could benefit from more built-in integrations and 3rd party plug-ins. I am looking forward to better collaborations tools.Otherwise, no major dislikes. We have been using this CMS for so long that I guess we are used to its UI, but I think some UX design improvements could help in the future.

If you have experience with WordPress, it is an easy transition to Agility CMS because they also have page creation functionality and modules. It is designed to be headless, API-based so you really can go ahead and create any omnichannel experience while still taking care of all your website needs. No compromise. Migration from WordPress is very easy too.

It might be confusing to fully understand content modules and schemas, but once you grasp it, it is easy sailing from there. It is easy to talk with support team.

Used for content development, brand building. It is also used for new launches and products. Its like Headless CMS, easy to use and to integrated with other parts.

Unlike other headless CMS, Agility CMS actually has some easy tools that save time for developers. As a developer. I appreciate that I dont need to write code for sitemap and URL management from scratch. Usually, Headless CMSs dont offer that or offer that for extra fees! Their Page builder is also included in all plans which save me hours and hours. Developing a page builder from scratch for each client is a big time-wasting process and their page builder is very solid. I did not encounter any problems with content modeling and it is very intuitive even for first-time users and users without any technical background. I also like their community and support team on their slack, everyone is super friendly and knowledgeable!

I wish their UI was a bit more light, it looks very enterprise-focused, which is fine by me, I can see their launching new UI improvements every other week and it is great to see. It feels like they keep evolving and improving things, they are not some old stagnated cms.

I am building jamstack websites with next.js and Agility's integration with Vercel is very handy. I have been building static sites for a while now and it is nice to save time during deployment - it only takes a few clicks to get your website live and set up the preview for the next.js website and host it on Vercel. Which is also a very economical and lightweight solution. This is my favorite stack right now.

One of my personal favourite features of Agility has got to be the version/page history feature.

Agility CMS was my preferred choice when I switched from traditional WordPress to Headless. It's my number one tool for content management on the website, which is way better than my previous CMS experience.

The fact its web based, and easy to train non-technical users on. If you can use a website and understand some basic workflows you can be an expert on the CMS.

There are few downsides i've run into, sometimes publishing requires a cache cleanup, but this has been a rare event and i believe it has more to do with our customizations than the core product itself. There are a never ending amount of customizations

The flexibility in Contents management, the page and site management features has been so helpful in building websites as a beginner compared to other platforms I have used.

Agility is a perfect CMS I'm going to recommend because the features are really working perfectly, but then the pricing doesn't seem too friendly, I really wished it can be worked upon.

As someone who is passionate quality education, I'm using Agility Cms to reach out young people and then my organization website has been reflecting success by how much young ones check what we do.

Agility makes developers' life SO MUCH easier. The support is excellent, and it just makes sense as a Headless CMS. Compared to other CMSs, Agility CMS streamlines many things that we would typically have to do manually, over and over again.

For me, there's nothing to dislike. The UI is a bit outdated, but don't let that fool you. It's the most powerful CMS for Jamstack right now.

Agility CMS allows us to work faster, more organized, and it just makes sense. With other CMSs, we constantly have to do tedious manual labor for sitemap management, component queries, and much more. With Agility, all this comes out of the box.

The customer support team is super friendly and helpful by debugging and guiding the development team into some inline codes. And the issue has been successfully fixed.

After Agility CMS changes the security level for uploaded URLs (being HTTPS rather than HTTP), our previous codebase got some issues by not handling https requests correctly. But it's good to level up the security and we'll find solutions to resolve https requests instead.
