As an attendee, I liked that I can go in and out of main halls and have sidebar discussions with colleagues, as needed.

When I first used it a year ago as an events organizer, setting up was not as intuitive as I would like it to be. I believe that these challenges were recently addressed.

I love the creativity of Airmeet for Hybrid conferences - wider audience reach at reasonable price points. Our Coalition has grown 25% in membership in the past year.

The upside of using Airmeet is the best UI Ux of the platform, It's so easy, or you can say subtle, to engage and present your events. Be it a hackathon, gaming anything

The downside of the platform is that it sometimes makes things complex for new users, but once you know the platform, you can quickly get into its processes and need high-speed internet.

Airmeet makes things easier if you have a large number of people who will be engaged in your event. They have some great features which zoom and Webex is not offering in their paid version, like employee engagements etc

Good for company events and conferences also if someone is having webinars in company. Nice engagement options and networking lounges and good. Fluid space is one the one we liked.

UI could have been a bit better also transitions between events. One feature that could be added is deleting events rather than archiving which creates confusion

I already mentioned above it solves engagement and networking for a company. A good tool for having company and org-wide events. Fluid space and lounge solves as a ice breaking in sessions

The best on this tool is the landing page and Booth along with the video in the resepction. Its an amazing experience for the virtual event

We had a session on virtual events on the Airmeet. It's amazing even their support team is great

Flexibility & customisation that i got in Airmeet was just excellent, starting from the branding aspect to creating the event, hosting live sessions everything was really smooth and great. Overall it's very user friendly as well, so we were able to create events with very minimum dependency.

The flexibility of designing the lobby could have been a little better compared to other players in the place i found that part lacks a bit in terms of customization, hence if that bit can be improved, nobody can beat Airmeet.

It helps in hosting Virtual Intuitive events with a real feel and there are excellent branding opportunities as well which makes it really good for us to host the events on Airmeet.

We used it for our online 3 days conference, and it worked flawlessly. Tons of features (I loved the announcement feature). No technical glitches, intiuitive. Net -net, it's a must if run online stuff.

Nothing, for the purpose it worked as expected.

3 days online conference

Airmeet was very easy to set up and manage during the events. Attendees had almost no trouble knowing where and what to do next. Each of our events contained multiple activities being held at the same time.

It was never a problem for attendees but as organizers, it seemed a bit awkward to manage multiple events from the opening dashboard. It seems like that could be better oprganized.

During the Pandemic, we used Airmeet to hold virtual conferences. We even held a virtual funeral when everything was shut down. The training events were awe4some.

I loved the versatility of the platform and the ability to easily meet with presenters before their timeslots began. As a moderator is gave me immense peace of mind that we were able to test all the AV details in situ and immediately transfer to the public presentation

The lounge was less useful than I had hoped. It would be lovely if we could automatically transfer remaining presentation attendees to a custom lounge where they could continue to chat with the presenter in an unmoderated fashion until all questions were answered. That way the moderator could move on to the next event without interrupting the conversation.

Virtual conferences are becoming more and more normalized and we desperately need software like Airmeet to satisfy those needs.

Airmeet is a wonderful platform to host large-scale digital events. The feature I appreciate the most is the lobby, where people have the chance to join different tables and network. The platform itself is pretty user-friendly. Airmeet made it possible for our participants to connect in real-time, hopefully leading to new business partnerships and investments. Additionally, support staff was really easy to reach when we had issues.

We had some difficulty on the backend, where hosts were kicked off the account if we had too many people logging in at once. Another issue we had was that we could only highlight two speakers at a time, so we had to toggle people on and off during a live event, which was rather stressful as we were on a schedule.

I work at a startup accelerator and Airmeet has made remote demo days run a lot smoother because of the platform's features and capabilities. Speakers can be separated from audience members, and we don't have to worry about large-scale events lagging and crashing the server.

It can handle a lot of participants in an event with participants having private video chats in many different rooms at once. The stability of such a complex video platform is impressive and very important for anyone who is running any event or class, especially if you have paying customers. The last thing you want when running an event is for there to be a problem with the delivery of your event on the day of, when you already have so much else you have to deal with. If you were to have a problem, they have 24/7 video chat support that can help you. Airmeet is such an impressive and intuitive event platform that all the participants of your event will be super impressed at how professional and cool your event is. I have personally been impressed with how fast the continued development of Airmeet has been. It seems like every week I log in there is a new major update released with an impressive feature I never even thought of, but makes your events better. Can say enough good things about my experience so far with Airmeet. It's so freaking good!

Nothing I dislike, but there are a couple of features I requested that are based on some of the new things they added that I'm hoping they'll add. Little things like adding a timer countdown option to the announcements to tell your attendees that a session will be beginning soon.

Being able to run events with many tables (think of an event with a bunch of tables you would go to, to meet other people - like a breakout room in zoom).

I love the ease of use most of all. It's easy to implement.

The only downside is that I sometimes struggle to find the instruction materials I need. BUT I always quickly get help whenever I reach out.

AirMeet allows for collaboration while allowing meeting leaders to maintain control of the room.

Sometimes the interface is a bit confusing- but I can make it work! Perhaps some more thorough onboarding instructions?

Annual commitment for paid plans. Would have loved if there was a shorter term or a one-time event option, saw this advertised on the site but the call didn't go well so seems a bit like false advertising

Webinars. We did a product launch webinar with airmeet and it was pretty simple to onboard and get set up so that was great, the event went well with no tech hiccups too

I like that Airmeet blends aspects of an in-person conference or trade show. You can have private group conversations and main stage presentations. There's a lot of functionality available in both environments, as well as opportunities to brand/customize the experience.

During our last virtual conference, the idea was posed to have private group conversations DURING the main stage presentation. Imagine the presenter posing a topic and asking a group to discuss the topic for 1-2 minutes before returning to the main stage conversation. It's fairly cumbersome to literally pause the main stage conversation, resume the private groups, and then go back to the main stage.

Airmeet allows us to host conferences and trade shows virtually. It facilitates group conversation and brainstorming while offering the convenience of remote work.

Airmeet has a fantastic team of well-qualified people who provide the world with the best virtual events platform I've ever used. I no longer need to bear the liabilities and expensive costs of hosting an in-person event. My event attendees, speakers, and my team no longer have to fly halfway across the nation or world. Event attendees no longer need to spend a small fortune on accommodations and event fees. It's a win-win for attendees, presenters, my team of organizers, and more importantly, the environment!

After relying upon Airmeet for more than a year, it is difficult to dislike the platform. Normally, I would point to customer support. However, Airmeet provides a 24/7 support lounge where I can meet with their event professionals who provide quick solutions. No matter where an organizer resides in the world, a team of Indian support members are available to answer any questions with the support of Airmeet developers. Perhaps I dislike the fact that Airmeet is browser based and doesn't offer a standalone application. However, the platform's stability has greatly improved since I first used it and is arguably making it difficult for me to imagine using it as a standalone app.

COVID and ballooning fuel prices have made traveling anywhere a burden. In-person event attendance has significantly reduced and although wearing a mask is essential, it is uncomfortable to do so at an event. Networking with masks isn't appealing. Airmeet gives me an impressive and customizable platform to wow my audiences and meets and even exceed their values. Not to mention, my event budgets and liabilities are far less by going virtual.

I like the ease of setting up conferences that have simultaneous sessions.

I would like an easier way to do breakout sessions with recordings.

Airmeet has truly solved the problem of holding a global conference that meets the internet capabilities of all internet signals.

The platform is formal & can arrange for informal meets. It has taken into account virtual networking which is a plus. The team is also very helpful when it comes to customizations.

The platform should allow more people on the tables in the free versions. Since the limit is 100 & tables allow 8, the proportions sometimes cause trouble. Hence it may be nice to have more people on the tables [up to 15] It doesn't show where the member is while the networking/booths are.

The interaction, and visuals are good. The best part is the setup. It's easy also, after the event we can view the analytics. don't need to wait for the airmeet people to send the details

Apple user is not able to enter. I have faced this issue with the speakers most of them own apple products and they got irritated with this issue. We can't even fix that.

We do conference and roundtables, airmeet helped us to do the best for our clients. There are so many things for the sponsors for branding which help them to get their target audience

I like how the architecture of space in Airmeet closely mimics that of in-person spaces.

That checking the schedule kicks you out of wherever you were. That there are not great options for private or ticketed roundtable experiences

Airmeet as a platform is allowing us to integrate online options to all of our events - this increases both accessibility and participation.

I like the user interface of Airmeet and the smooth running of the platform.

Sometimes I get logged out of the platform out of the blue. SO that can be looked into. Other than that all is good.

Conducting virtual events is really easy with airmeet.

Easy to use with great features for sharing content and engaging with the audience. We share presentations, videos, and utilize reports to measure engagement. The branding opportunities are great too.

There is a delay of a few seconds when sharing a screen or bringing on a new speaker. The "add to calendar" feature can be a bit wonky if you have a multi-day event (say one that starts on a Friday and another on a Monday - it books out your whol weekend instead of only adding the Friday/Monday session).

This platform is used primarily for internal company town hall events. It is a great way to connect team members without having to mute participants or compete with background noise.

The tables, booths, fluid meeting space, and leader boards provided a much more dynamic experience than other webinar platforms.

There were issues with some software and hardware setups. In particular, safari caused issues for presenters, and a speaker's surface tablet was unable to connect. This is relatively minor but meant things were a bit more complicated on the day.

Our issue was providing an engaging, interactive experience for people who have burnt out of video meetings. Airmeet's engagement tools stood out, and their price was very competitive.

The 24/7 Video tech support . Many options that are easy to use. Greatly emulates a real, live event.

There is nothing in particular that I dislike about the platform, it would be good if the background to the sponsor booths could be customisable, even if just by colour.

Interactivity at our events has always been important and we have found this to be the best platform to allow for that. This has driven engagement at the events and has kept our sponsors very happy, allowing us to get repeat business.

Airmeet as a platform I like the whole solution.

The Anonymous chat option is not there. That should be added as a feature.

Airmeet feels like a real conference. Many of the features mimic what you see at an in-person conference are reimagined well in this virtual platform. I loved the ability to speed network and the tables that were used to meet speakers.

Any tech carries the risk of WiFi issues, connectivity issues, and browser support. This all worked out for me personally and seemed to be adequately addressed for others who experienced problems.
