I really like the look and feel and the user experience of the platform! The UI/UX is neat and clean; navigating through the dashboard is quite simple, even for first-time users. The actual event experience is also quite rich. Infact even before the event you can go to the lounge area and see how it will look like on the day of the event. The experience on the day of the event is also quite nice! It is just like you are backstage then you go the frontstage then you go to the networking arena. It is quite close to inperson experience. The audience engagement features help you connect with your audience to improve the effectiveness of the event. Streaming features are also very cool and easy to setup even for non tech people.
There is one feature of live streaming. In case you pause the event the stream is disconnected and the video breaks into two parts. Instead, the streaming engine should stream some dummy stream showing some text like "we will be right back" and connect the new stream when live. Also, I am wondering why is there no direct stream option to LinkedIn? Other than this, the product is quite fantastic!
We want to connect with people. Pre pandemic, we were doing this through physical events, meetups, and workshops. Post pandemic, this is all virtual, and there is where Airmeet fits in. The experience is very close to that of a physical event, plus you get an international audience which was not possible. I am curious to try how it is in a hybrid setup, although!
The best feature of Airmeet is absolutely the Social Lounge, a virtual place with virtual tables where people can talk (by videocall) before and after the official event session. There is also the Speed Networking feature by which you can be randomly assigned to another participant and talk for very few minutes. Those features are the winning point of Airmeet: they let the networking be part of events again! I also liked very much the Conference event type with sponsors' booths and related virtual tables.
That you can not co-host an entire event, but only single sessions. I mean that I would like to create an event and then give the host capabilities to another community member.
The problem was the lack of networking during online events! That lack is brilliantly solved with Airmeet.
The speed networking function is really helpful and takes no time or effort to set up. The video fade-out at the end of each speed-meeting helps to close each conversation smoothly. The Airmeet platform resembles a physical event room, with tables, a stage and the possibility to meet randomly one2one. It offers the chance to create a relaxed atmosphere amongst the attendees, and has fun interactive tools built in.
Each time you would like to broadcast a message to everyone in the event, you have to "go on stage" like when the event starts, and you would like to give a quick orientation or welcome message. It would be interesting to have a quick "broadcast to all" function without having to start a stage event. But it's also possible to plan enough stage time to work around this.
We used Airmeet back in November 2020 as an alternative platform to host several interactive events that required different functions, like tables, stage, speed networking. This was the only tool we found which was ready to use and resembled a physical event room. The Airmeet staff supported us in learning how to operate it and all. We continued to host social events on this platform over the winter, and we are happy to continue working with Airmeet for our events.
social lounge and ability for attendees to interact with each other.
limited polls, unable to expand on the options for the answers
I have been able to increase the social and networking aspect of my online community. Attendees are now able to talk directly to each other and engage on the sessions.
Networking lounge feature - way better than Zoom or similar platforms for virtual events. Real-time support in case you need any assistance.
Small technical glitches regularly. Phone support is minimal so far. UI has scope for improvement.
We are recreating offline meetup experiences virtually. Customers from across the globe can meet each other and interact with our team. COVID has helped increase the usage of Airmeet.
Easy to set up and manage as a host, simple to share with participants, virtually unlimited participants, nice interface, the social lounge and backstage feature are great. The free offering is excellent. Everyone I use it with enjoys the experience.
Only the limitation of 8 participants at a table has caused any qualms about using it. It also does not appear to have the option to pipe audio from screen sharing.
Most online conference tools have limitations on the number of participants. Airmeet allows a presentation to a larger audience, plus the benefit of allowing participants to break out to tables and collaborate.
Il love the fact they are very open in what the can do for you and what not yet. So far when they promised a feature to be ready at a certain date it was. They keep their promises and even go beyond... No software or service is perfect for all. But Airmeet just works and delivers good quality. It's easy to use, both for you as well as the end users. Very user-friendly and intuitive.
Some basic security features are not in place yet. We should have the option to remove access in full for certain attendees upon misbehaviour or non payment or whatever the reason. At this moment once registered you can only block access to certain features in Airmeet.
Getting people to be interactive in workshops or webinars without attendees taking over the show.... Adding value to sponsors/partners above and beyond the mere logo and link to their website.
Airmeet provides a seamless experience for attendees and event producers alike, with huge numbers of hours in event production saved due to their added features like hand mic , social lounge tables, etc.
A potential improvement id like to see is a green room or speakers lounge .
Thousands of euros and hundreds of hours are lost building the virtual platform experience like lego blocks. Airmeet provides a smooth, seamless platform with lots of add ons , a stage backdrop facility, agenda, questions, roving mic, suppprt lounge etc.
I plan networking events for a university. Networking virtually does spark excitement for anyone. However, airmeet helps to make you feel like you are in person. it is fun to see the activities at the table. It is great that there is a back stage for planners to privately chat.
The only thing that I wish airmeet had is the ability to see the audience when you are speaking on the main stage. It would be great to see peoples reactions. the emojis work well if you encourage people to use them as you speak.
we are able to help students connect with mentors, and potential employers. This platform saves our department 100's of dollars on food and parking and travel cost.
The platform has an amazing interface and provides useful features to have a great online meetup!
Nothing specifically, but they can have some specific subsidised plans for non profit organisations to host meet-ups.
in work from home, team collaboration and engagement has come down substantially. Airmeet helps create a very engaging environment for teams and also holding online meet-ups which have replaced tradition conferences.
We have been trying to recreate a personal experience, virtually. Airmeet allows our attendees to meet face to face.
There are still some needed things. Better control over sending invites. Many of the companies we dealt with could not access airmeet through their corp network or the emails were getting blocked. Better polls, access control. It would be nice to be able to completely control what attendees have access to. Yes you can visit the arena for free but you have to pay to get the classes.
Recreating that personal one to one connection.
I liked the backstage option, speakers and host can have brief informal chats and they wont be audible and visible to the attendees. Organizers if encountering a problem with a speaker or event can quicky pause the session and go to backstage to resolve it out.
Sometimes it was not possible to grant mic access to attendees and hence had to call them on stage as a speaker to ask a question. Other than the before mentioned problem everything else was flawless!
We were able to use Airmeet to make our organization's (Insta: @vishwaconclave) online mini event, which was a mini conclave, happen smoothly. Host and speaker interaction was made easier. We could assign links for different speakers with their respective sessions, also we could provide interactive information about different sessions and their speakers.
Really like the backstage features and incredible support for each event which the Airmeet team provides. Also, the seating feature for the guests is incredible since it gives a chance for attendees to network and communicate between themselves before the event starts.
Not too much of a downside in the platform, maybe mobile compatibility would be good since users could attend events through mobile easily.
Giving the events a professional look becomes easy with Airmeet and managing guest speakers before the event starts.
Combines a lot of elements of online platforms for our event (chat/q&a, mix of live and recorded sessions, attendee engagement options, on-demand recording viewing)
Recent price increases without really adding new features. But as mentioned above, seems fair for the amount of features. Limited customer support without paying extra.
Allows us to host a national virtual event with on-demand access for attendees after live sessions.
I like that the Airmeet platform is very interactive for end users. When we ran our first large-scale event hosted on Airmeet, our customers were pleasantly surprised and enjoyed the whole experience. They kept asking what platform it was. The tool offers a great deal of functionalities that ensure a great virtual event, including emojis, live feeds, and notifications. This is such an upgrade from using an ordinary webinar platform. As a whole, it was relatively easy to navigate around and familiarize oneself with the tool. I especially value the fact that Airmeet has native integrations with other platforms, such as HubSpot and Salesforce, which makes the operation much easier to handle data-wise. In addition, support is quick. We had a Slack channel where we could chat directly with the Airmeet team and get answers to our questions in a timely manner. On the same note, I appreciate that Airmeet updates its platform based on customers' feedback.
Some features were not available on Airmeet when we ran our first event using the tool, such as the native feedback survey. When we used Zoom for normal webinars, this type of survey proved to be useful in collecting not only feedback but also leads post-webinar. The second thing that I believe Airmeet could improve upon is the customization capabilities for landing pages. We spent a lot of time trying to figure out how to make the most out of the current capabilities on Airmeet while ensuring the visuals match our brand guidelines. It would be great to have more options for adding banners, backgrounds, and blocks of content. Finally, I'd prefer to have the option to remove the footers of Airmeet's branding from the landing page as well as the emails. It doesn't look nice showing a third-party's information on a company's events, and it might harm our traffic and SEO wise.
Airmeet helps us elevate our events from being a single webinar to a multiple-session large-scale event. This enables us to reach a wider range of audience and provides them with a great interactive virtual experience. As a result, our brand is more recognized and better received by our target audiences.
Airmeet provides a very seamless experience for the attendees as well as the organizers. The Airmeet team supported us in creating an engaging event from the get-go. The account manager and customer support team members were available throughout and accommodated various requests we had. The ease of integration with our webpage was seamless too. The 24*7 support helpdesk is also a very useful feature. The user engagement features were definitely one of the key highlights for us. Appreciate the help!
There is not much to add here, there were some minor hiccups that Airmeet's product & engineering teams resolved very quickly.
Organizing and managing virtual conferences and webinars.
Airmeet's ease of integration and resultant use have proven exceptionally valuable to us. In our ongoing research, we find that Airmeet is not only a leader in event and market-facing activities but also highly adaptable to our complex workflow-laden use cases.
Believe it or not, we have not identified any dislikes yet! Any general user-perspective-based mini-dislikes that might have been reported are always professionally and satisfactorily addressed by Airmeet.

Sometimes new features are made available then removed. Account management structures could be better.
We include sponsored webinar events with our client engagements.
