Even large events can be organized with ease and the interface is pretty smooth.
It is difficult to know about the profile of the attendees as there is barely much information mentioned.
Attended many events on airmeet.
The interface of the entire platform is very convenient which makes it a very easy to use platform
Nothing as such. Have to explore more to find.
Conducting meeting with colleagues has become easy by using Airmeet
I feel that the kind of platform that Airmeet has created has a unique feature about it that solves the issue at hand and also adds value to the user experience.
The platform can be a little confusing at first.
Meetings with Airmeet are the best way to keep a track of my day.
It was real in virtual feel. Every experience and touch points were humanized. It was really amazing
There was nothing to dislike. It was seamless and above expectations
I am currently making all my physical engagements real and in this virtual world, it's helping cope up my business
There is no need to download a seperate app to join the meeting. Large number of participants can join at a time.
Nothing in particular. Overall had a good experience.
Multiple participants can join at a time. No seperate app download required. Easier way to connect and host meetings. Provides an immersive experience.
It's very light on my system and it has most of the options I require
There are some features that I require seldomly require but importantly
Knowledge transfer to wider audience. Meeting with colleagues across geographies
Easy interface, multiple options to stream the video based on my internet connectivity, access to recorded events, great graphics for virtual themes for events.
Excessive design elements, aspect ratio of non speaker panelists gets auto reduced, it should be customizable based on the user's choice.
Virtual meetings can be hasslefree, there were issues with video quality earlier but with lots of options like audio only/ low quality video, etc meetings can be organised quote efficiently.
The Quality of streaming and interface of the app
Sometimes it's hard to navigate between panels during events with parallel sessions
Attended virtual events during the due course of my MBA. Easier and efficient track on virtual fests with multiple scheduled events
- It doesn't unlike zoom, signify the number of participants - this is especially helpful in a massy seminar arrangement
- Limitations with regards to annotation
Ability to host truly massy webinars Seems like a great tool to network
Backstage functions for speakers and presenters
Currently there is no group photos option
Conference mode that empowered the host to do more (ie. poll, organised structured Q&A, leaderboard
Easy to setup and use with minimal supervision. The customer support and service is impeccable and leaves no stone unturned while solving the problem.
The platform can be developed according to different client profiles.
Engagement and reaching a wide audience with minimal supervision as a host has helped my event immensely
Quite seamless, easy UI, great that sessions can be recorded as well.
Slightly complicated UX, graphics can be made better
A platform exclusively for virtual events and conferences. No financial benefits for me
Speed networking feature and ease of navigation
Unable to view full profile of other attending the meet
It has some really amazing audience networking features and for sessions that allow speed networking, airmeet is the go-to option.
It is easy to use, highly customisable platform that provides a richer viewing experience. As someone who organised an event on this, I would definitely recommend Airmeet.
While the presence of too many features gives a lot of options to the organisers, it often becomes confusing to decide which aspects to try and which to avoid. Nonetheless, it is an incredible substitute for the existing platforms.
Airmeet directly sends invites to the attendees and integrates the event with the calendar. These saved a lot of our time as specific links were sent which enabled us to track the people joining the event.
I like the easy sign up for airmeet. The round table before session to interact with other attendees. The chat feature
Lack of supprt from airmeet team. They don't respond to queries swiftly
Arranging for team meets and sessions becomes easy with airmeet.
Design, Feeling, Stability of the platform
There is a need for a fast and problem-free exchange of contact details. AKA a function to show the other one his digital business card and the other has the option to save it easily for later.
Doing an event easy.
The best thing about Airmeet is that it is very easy to use the application. more than that it is easy to set up events as well as market those events. So, Airmeet is a great platform for business meetings as well as networking.
The downside, in my opinion, is that at times we are not able to share system sound, which is a feature present in every platform. Moreover, it requires a good connection always, which may be an issue for people with persistent network issues.
I have personally used Airmeet to attend various events organized by my institute, and as I could observe it was very easy for the institute to market the event.
I love that we can brand the experience. The "event stage", exhibitor booths, and tables all have unique features to enhance the attendee's experience. It's better than just looking at a screen of webcams 100%
For the most part, Airmeet satisfies what I expect from a virtual event platform. I wish there was a little more interaction in the matters of moving an avatar/bubble around the event space. This concept however is currently being employed called "Fluid Spaces". It is still being worked on but when it is polished, I expect nothing less than amazing for Airmeet users.
Attempting to re-engage people virtually after having Zoom fatigue. You won't have that endless screen of webcams like normal. Smaller breakouts are encouraged!
Airmeet is easy to use, clean and has a whole host of brilliant features to make your event stand out.
It needs some work on accessibility options but having spoken to them there are plans in place on their roadmap.
You can bring people together from around the world to meet, discuss, learn and network. It's the greener way to do events & gives you access to more people.
It helps make multiparticipant calls very hassle-free and convenient for the user. Additionally, the interface is also very simple.
Nothing. Overall it is a great application
multiple participants calls and meetings. listen to lectures and webinars
The online platform is very sleek, easy to use, and engaging. The networking tables are a great feature and really help keep the audience engaged virtually as well.
I wish that Airmeet had built-in ticket types that could be different without using an additional platform. I also wish there was an in-person check-in functionality.
We now have a streamlined online experience that is intuitive for our users. Also it gives us an added bonus of professionalism for our events that we have such a robust tool.
The team was super responsive and explained when I reported a bug. I like the point where you guys heard me and responded from your end. Thank you for the wonderful service. Airmeet is the go-to platform to host anything without any hassle.
For there isn't anything that I dislike about, but I will post if I find anything which the company can improve upon.
Hosting any event becomes much simpler and easier. Anyone can host an event and be ensured that the event will be a hit.
Airmeet has a backstage, where speakers can talk with the host before going on stage. Also, Airmeet makes it easy for participants to engage by asking questions, voting, clapping, and participating in breakout rooms. And the 24/7 staff are amazing and always reliable.
Between sessions, there's a good 15-30 second blackout/countdown. I wish this could be optional and removed. I also wish the backstage mics were muted as default. Video quality issues do exist, even when using Lo-Fi options and high-speed 5G internet. I wish participants could engage just as easily on mobile rather than desktop only. When users register, they fill out a form that uses awkward vocabulary like "Designation" - this seems to be commonly used in India where Airmeet is from but can be confusing to others who are more familiar with "Title" or "Position." Also, I don't like being charged for the number of registrants rather than actual attendees, as this could be manipulated by others. **Please note that while there is a lot of information here in the dislike section, I still believe Airmeet is better than any other platform.
I'm able to host online pitch events where startups can meet investors from all over the world. And it's so much more professional than using Zoom. It seems like a real event rather than just a casual online meeting. We can also start the event with intro videos to make it look even more professional. It's a great experience, and I get amazing feedback from participants anytime.
It was very user-friendly. I felt it is way better than the other websites that I have used in the past or for similar purposes.
Nothing that I dislike as such. But, if it can offer a more personalized touch then it would be amazing.
My work has become super easy. My needs are met much faster and I can use my time in a better manner.
Really loved the interface of the platform. Seamless for virtual meetups. No need to download another app for logging into a meeting. Useful for multiple participants logged in at same time.
Nothing about the application in particular. Really a good app for virtual meetups!
Integration with existing web service. No seperate application needed for meetings. Makes the meetings seamless and hassle-free
All events scheduled are easy to access from airmeet portal. We do not need to keep track of our meetings.
The email sent for instruction regarding airmeet, is complicated and sometimes confuses attendees
Hosting seminars and webinars for large audience is easy.
The interface looks neat and professional and stands out from that of its competitors as well.
The fact that there exists a certain perception towards it that it is not user friendly. It requires one to take a moment and figure out things initially.
Airmeet gives more professional look and honestly appears far better than Google Meet and Zoom. It seems very appropriate for events especially.
The design of the user interface and the overall experience
The internet it requires to start a meet.
Holding meets at a scale without a limitation on the number of attendees!
I Liked; - Data Onboarding - Back End Support (Especially Analytics - Easy and Efficient User Experience Support via Design. - Faster than usual in setting up complete Event.
- Agenda/Schedule Space could be more well designed that gives users a better outlook on what sessions are happening when. - Booth space design could be updated, making it more visually appealing
Airmeet is helping us get better at community events and communications portals. We use it mainly for a large-scale events, and it has been very efficient. Main benefit being cost supportive, very user friendly, Data Driven Back End Support (That helps us in bettering our event. programming experience)
Exciting and easy to use. It allows for moderation and other controls, which are fairly easy to understand. It allows for maximum engagement with minimal effort.
Including some polls and surveys during the session would help further engage the users.
Airmeet was used as a one-stop solution for connecting with international speakers and artists at our campus fest. The platform's flawless experience aided us in rendering a near to perfection seamless experience online.
