The interface is smooth and the experience is consolidated. Features are quite amazing and they keep deploying new ones on a regular basis.
A few features are now tagged as "Premium", which feels a bit concerning for those of us that supported the platform through their Appsumo campaign.
We needed an effective online platform to engage with our consituents in our monthly events.
The UI/UX and the concept of lounge. It was just amazing.
Very limited facilities and restrictions fofree users and a lot of premium things which are costly as well.
Conducting workshop, and meets. And I really liked it for the bacstage support.
Ease of use + support is top-notch! Earlier, we might have had to stitch together multiple different platforms to host the session, send reminders, feedback and networking - with Airmeet we get all in one in a beautiful interface
There are certain occasions where due to low internet bandwidth the audio isn't very clear. However, I think the team has now come up with a lo-fi mode that allows streaming even in such situations
Time and ease of management. As an organizer, I think the interface is fairly straightforward and we've heard great reviews from participants joining the events lately
1. Interface 2. Detailed analytics report 3. No reminders needed for video recording 4. Backstage feature works well for building momentum before speakers go live 5. Multiple engagement points for the audience 6. Post-event networking & feedback
No downsides. Have shared feedback on specific features earlier
I was earlier using Google meet for our sessions and events and it was a task coordinating with different tools separately for the entire event (Google form, database management, Razorpay, learner engagement tools, recording etc). Airmeet brought it all together in one platform making it time saving and hassle free.
The features and the support provided by Airmeet are superb. They provide a first-class experience to any virtual event with their customisable features and add ons.
It would be helpful if Airmeet can provide editable design templates for various sections of the platform (Like, Lounge, Booths, Reception, etc).
Conducting seamless virtual events, fairs, or conferences on Airmeet.
It is reliable and works on mobile, the mobile app is one of the best features it has compared to the competition. We live in a mobile world so it is so much easier that people are able to connect and engage via mobile. The experience of having replays is such big crowd favorite in terms of timing since we all live in different timezones it give the audience more accessibility to attend events around the world.
Not all features are available yet on mobile yet.
Connecting with like-minded audiences. There are no physical limitations to connect and engage with people.
Airmeet is an extremely powerful and intuitive platform for hosting virtual events. I enjoy creating sessions that also auto-record, which makes it easier to share later (or turn into a course). I also like the ability to network, including speed networking, by joining tables. You can set up ticket sales directly with Airmeet but I prefer the Eventbrite integration which is seemless and has boosted attendance (and revenue) immensely.
The process to end an event is clunky. You can't do it directly from within the event, you have to exit and end it via the Admin dashboard. The integrations are also limited and while there is Zapier connectivity I don't find it works reliably. However they do have a request feature and are actively developing more integrations.
I found webinar platforms were too limiting in terms of engagement and capacity and not cost effective. Airmeet has solved this for me with the host of interactive features, the ability to schedule sessions, upload pre-recorded content and social networking (essentially breakout rooms). It's also allowed me to monetize my live events (I can't say enough about the Eventbrite integration - it's BRILLIANT).
You can run summits, parallel presentations etc as well as booths. So you can get sponsored events.
The only think is the fact I can;t delete past events and there is a little too much Airmeet branding, but believe I can remove that.
Create a new different experience for my attendees.
I collaborated on an event with Airmeet and was so impressed with their platform! It's so easy-to-use and engaging and meets all the needs of every community leader (1:1 matching, sponsor booths, question prompts, etc.). I especially loved their "backstage" feature where you could meet with speakers ahead of going live. Plus, their team is so helpful with the logistics and customer experience!
I haven't played around with this as much, but I'd love to be able to customize the colors and branding. I think that is a feature for one of the tiers, though!
Connecting my community in a fun and authentic way with an all-in-one platform.
They are very focused on virtual events. They facilitate the virtual realization of the event with an exceptionally complete tool. With a 24/7 customer service, they are available at any moment to assist you with any inconveniences. They're open to receiving user suggestions to continue improving the platform.
I keep waiting for the 100% white-label version and the cname.
I organize virtual events for clients and they love the platform. The UI and UX are excellent and allow to have 3D receptions and booths extremely easily. I usually use the platform weekly and I am pleased to see that several improvements have been made each two weeks.
I love the interface and how easy it is to use. The platform has some great features such as the virtual tables in the social lounge and the raise your hand feature.
I don't like how emails don't go out to attendees that register on the site. The support is not always good and sometimes you get conflicting information.
I am able to host fabulous and engaging events. I also help my clients do that same. With social networking in the app my clients are able to engage one on one with their audience.
Airmeet provides a platform that naturally encourages participant interaction, similar to attending an event in a hotel ballroom. The transition from "in person" to "online" has been easier for our audiences due to this behavior - our user adoption from some of the other webinar platforms we support has been impressive. From a producer's perspective, the environment is straightforward to operate, so much so, we have moved the producer role in Airmeet to our Event Coordinators - no longer do we require specialized skills to produce a beautiful webinar. When they run into trouble, the Airmeet support team is always there to help them get through the obstacle(s) and deliver the final product. The support from Airmeet is spectacular; they have been hands-on - conducting debugging sessions when things just haven't gone right to get to the bottom of the problem with their own eyes - not endless email chains and finger pointing like some other vendors.
Airmeet is a new paradigm for interactive webinars. Client adoption is a bit of a hurdle - at least in our demographic. It is hard to knock a toolset that does what it claims and does it well. They have consistently brought new features and capabilities to the platform and to date, have not suffered any severe quality hiccups that can happen with rapidly evolving technology. We are hoping to see improvement in the engagement analytics portion of the platform. Co
Airmeet has helped us scale our webinar production services at a lower cost than we were projecting. We accomplished this by leveraging in-house resources who readily adapted to Airmeet vs. needing to find and hire specialized skills to meet increasing demand. As we have hosted more events on Airmeet, our inbound new business calls are increasing - explicitly looking for Airmeet based events.
It's not boring to look at during a 60-minute live show - the layout, design, font, and colors. It makes Zoom feel really old and corporate. The networking tables after the events are awesome for people to bounce around.
We can't set our own options for how many people per table.
We're getting people in our Seoul Startups community to talk to each other and get to hear each other's stories at a time when they cannot do that in person. We're achieving a human-level connection through this platform.
- Multitude of Integrations - Social Lounge - Private Meetings - Exhibitor Booths - Session Backstage - Seperate Q&A and Chats Panel - Invite audience to stage - Present polls/Q&A to the stage - Superior presenter voice quality compared to Zoom/Meet/Teams/WebEx etc Overall the audience who attended Airmeet events are thrilled to experience the amazing near true-to-life conference experience where they can "move/walk" freely around the conference event. Airmeet has ease of integration to other platforms either natively or via a third party integration platform thus we can spend minimal time and effort when organizing or managing the event. Airmeet has a live streaming feature to various social network as well via the RTMP link protocol which is great for hybrid events. When it comes to Analytics Airmeet has them all and improving each day as previously it is only available after the event ended, but it is now available 10 minutes after the event has started and hopefully it will be real-time in the near future. Speakers presentation is the core and best part of Airmeet. We can hear the speaker louder and clearer as compared to other virtual conferencing platform especially when they are equipped with great internet connection. However the lip sync between the video and audio stream goes out of sync when there is a sudden video glitch due to sudden poor internet connection. Airmeet is improving everyday adding more and more features to the already-great platform so kudos to the team. You will be pleasantly surprise when you are using the platform for your virtual conference.
- Better attendee contact import - Private Meeting schedule without notifications - Only one One-hour-before email reminder - Certain Windows machine unable to share full-screen PPT presentation - No voice announcement to audience - No ambient music at social lounge - No virtual background for Speakers/Host These are nonetheless minor issues that we can live without or there is walkaround solutions when hosting our virtual events without any hiccups. Just some improvement for Airmeet team to move ahead of the current competition (which Airmeet is already miles ahead currently). Mobile app is still playing a catch-up with the desktop version of Airmeet, but it is not a big hassle for us as most of the event visitors are joining with their Desktop/Laptop.
We solved a problem when the event organizers wanted to host multiple exhibitor booths and there is currently not many virtual event platform which supports that in the elegant way that Airmeet is currently designed for.
The overall experience of the platform which has the social lounge and features like real time analytics, showing chat messages on screen, customisable backdrops, themes.
Tends to use a lot of bandwidth even now. No device compatibility feature for speakers to access this from mobile and ipads, etc.
For the IET, during the pandemic, communication to our stakeholders, volunteers and members of the IET was paramount. I hosted more than 40 webinars on Airmeet on Future Tech, Future of Work, and Future of Mobility & Transport to address challenges in these areas and show how technology can help organisations and individuals navigate the crisis. The reach for these events has increased drastically as people from 50+ countries have attended these events and we have received tons of testimonials praising these events and how it has helped them gain knowledge.
The amazing diversity of features that replicate the real-life experience of events. It's also extremely easy to use and navigate, which makes the overall user experience even better!
There is nothing in particular that I dislike. The product is constantly evolving and I look forward to it.
Primarily ensuring that a virtual experience is no less than a physical one. This problem is solved by Airmeet the best providing a way superior experience that most everyday virtual conferencing tools.
I like how easy Airmeet is to operate and how it resembles a live fair. The price is also affordable.
I wish that mobile users could access the fairs, but you have to have a desktop or laptop. I also wish it was accessible with other internet browsers and not just Chrome. Lastly, I wish the character limit on tables was more adjustable and not just 24 characters.
Since we cannot travel, we are doing virtual fairs and it has been great!
- Can go live on YouTube & Facebook together - Good customer support - Free for small communities under 100 attendees
- Very complicated user interface and user experience - Not enough touchpoints for 'Help' except connecting with support directly - More branded customizations could be nice
I used to conduct my webinars and meetups for my readers community at www.merrative.com We used to come together to discuss ideas from books and used to go live on YouTube and Facebook at the same time.
The strategy behind the software is sound. You can tell that they understand the nuance of what attendees and sponsors need from a virtual experience. The speed networking and conference tables in the lounge are immediately familiar to attendees and sponsors alike, making the learning curve very short for virtual event paticipants.
Nothing. The platform is easy to use, both from an attendee and planner perspective.
The main problem we are solving is creating a compelling networking and non-session engagement strategy for our virtual events.
High quality, interactive video panels, roundtables and presentations Easy to navigate and personalize with lots of great features Designed to encourage networking and engagement from attendees Rich data capture for organisers and sponsors
Pricing has increased in recent months but still much better value than similiar alternatives
Hosting high-quality conferences, meetups, webinars, roundtables and pitching events
