There isn't anything I dislike about Basecamp. I think it is heading in the right direction, and I believe as the years go by it will become even better than it is today.

Basecamp is extremely user-friendly. It has all the features you will need to complete any project management task. It also has a chat feature built-in, so you do not have to use an external program such as slack.

I wish they would not have so many features that are only available on premium subscriptions. The features that you are really going to want to use are premium features.

Initially, I used it while taking a PM class and decided to continue because of the chat features. It is the most user-friendly one out of all the PM software.

BaseCamp is the perfect solution for my project management needs. I can easily work with colleagues and agencies, seamlessly. It's easy to focus, create and manage projects, update the status of a project and set clear expectations for delivery. This is, by far, the best and most affordable project management software out there. Their desktop app works great and doesn't bog down my system.

The only change I would like to see is being able to open multiple projects at once. Sometimes I need to reference information in another project and have to open a browser window in addition to my desktop app.
