I like that it keeps track of my contacts automatically by based on certain criteria in Zapier integration which integrates with other business solutions I use.
Some of the interface can be a little confusing, and not all of it is really needed by me. I'd like to see a few more features I can actually use and for the ones that just clutter things up to be removed.
managing contacts on auto pilot. contacts that get entered into our website polls automatically get synced to Bigin via Zapier. as well as the Paid Membership section on our website, syncs with it.
Bigin is a very simple and uncomplicated CRM for SMB and SME verticals.
Should get a few more options in the Express Edition with respect to creating workflows and profiles.
This is helping in creating the sales funnel and following up till the deal is closed.
Ease of use and simplicity that allows utilisation of features.
For specific users this is a good service and may not be useful for heavy users.

We have not experienced anything sofar that we dislike about the feature. Unless we get it expericed for a longer period. We will keep posting the reviews perodically.
